Technically, whoever comes to Manchester United as a manager ends up being unable to get the team out of this situation, becomes confused, and eventually gets sacked. The same thing will happen again. They were good last season but couldn’t carry that form into this season. I’m not surprised because what Manchester United have been going through is always very similar. Diallo being injured is also a factor, but believe me, it’s a very small factor. Carrick needs to get back to the rhythm he had last season. A young and intelligent manager can achieve that.
Manchester United may well bounce back and become a team capable of dominating the league once Sir Alex Ferguson is no longer around. This is not meant to cast the legend in a negative light. Whoever has served as Manchester United’s coach so far has consistently failed to turn the team around or lift it out of its current slump. Last season, Carrick did a fantastic job as the interim coach, picking up where Amorim left off. Once he was officially named head coach, however, the team lost its final match in the third round of the EFL Cup—despite leading by two goals. Carrick is a good coach, but the front office needs to place their trust in him, just as Arsenal has done with Arteta.

Given that United have four times as many points as Fulham, the odds of 1.99 look attractive - the outcome is a foregone conclusion! It is certainly sad that, when discussing United, we have gone from talking about title ambitions to not even being confident of a win against a team in the relegation zone. What Fulham and Aston Villa are doing in the relegation zone is another question entirely. I’m thinking about placing a bet (it is double the profit, after all), but my reasoning boils down to "surely things can't be *that* bad", yes, I’m biased. The fact that the three teams mentioned by you are currently disappointing is something that will be annoying for fans. Regardless, these teams haven't gone down for us to say it's over, the season hasn't even gotten to match day 10 Manchester united are still favorite to win against Fulham, their recent performance has been poor and so I don't expect them to disappoint their fans. You know, for any of these teams, simply maintaining their place in the Premier League, or even, say, 7th or 8th place, would be considered a failure. Even for Fulham. As for United and Aston Villa, regardless of how unsuccessful certain seasons have been for them in recent years, the fans of these clubs harbor high ambitions and are accustomed to seeing their teams compete in European competitions. The current positions are unsatisfactory in any case, even if they do not reflect the clubs' true strength.

Just a random thoughts. Manchester United is really giving him what he wants, each time I look at him, sometimes I just ask myself certain questions. From indications his a direct hard Manchester United fan and his committed to his club. Yes of course everyone wants their club to win and in the same vein his also making from this through his contents. His a wise guy, if Manchester United wins a match, his page gets engagement and the countdown starts, if along the countdown and they lose of course the countdown will be reset, both fans of the club and rival fans will all troop to his page to either console him, banter or mock him, either of these his getting the engagement and making money from it. I consider him wise because of his method of content using him hair.

Who would have believed that Manchester United would stay this long to get 5 consecutive wins in all competitions. And even though it now a content, most people are now tired of it, his page gets major engagement when the countdown is remaining one game to 2 games. With the way things are going at Manchester United currently I still don’t see them getting a 5 consecutive wins in all competitions, especially now that they are playing in the champions league. Manchester United needs total change, just that way Manchester city did when Roberto manchini and pep Guadiola came in. With this current owners, I don’t see Manchester United ready to spend that much money.

Still I doubt Man United, even though their opponents are a team that has never won in the Premier League this team is often weak in terms of defense, especially Dalot and Dorgu who are often disappointed to see his game, somehow Carrick put this player in which obviously I think is bad. Man United's Odds look good, this could be a trap next in the Fulham game, I hope the bettors realize the weakness of Man United because it is clear this team is difficult to predict. Honestly don't like Asian Handicap --- Uh I think Carrick is no longer like Interim coach. Those teams we see as underdog tend to perform so well while playing with Manchester united, so for that I can't say Fulham is a weak team especially in the midst of Manchester united. even though surely they haven't won any premier league match, don't be surprise to see them starting their wining streak from Manchester united. Manchester united has dropped to the point where we don't longer have confident in them even while playing with weak teams, however, a lot of talks has been going on recently concerning Michael carricks. so the only way he could stop or calm the board and the fans a little bit is by wining this match, so I believe he would try as much as he could to win this match. What a terrible season for the great Manchester United, a team all used to be afraid of but now becoming a laughing stock for all and even say with them Fulham will secure their first win of the season, its indeed a bad one for Manchester United but am sure very soon they will get back on track and all this will stop. Same way they laughed at Manchester United last season without knowing they will make it to the champions league because of their poor beginning is Same way they are laughing at them now but I am sure what happened last season will repeat itself and Manchester United may even go home with a trophy. When Manchester United went 2-0 up in two minutes, I thought things could get tough for Brighton. However, Brighton recovered very well and then scored three goals to win the match. Manchester United's home defeat like this further diminishes confidence in the team. They are a far cry from the successful Manchester United of previous years. They need to start achieving success again. Hopefully, this defeat will be a lesson for them. This are the kind of come back I use to know Manchester united with, but now the table has turned, they are now the ones losing with this kind of come back, a clear indication that something is not actually right with this team, and what ever maybe the origin of this problem is best known to the Manchester united management, and finding a solution is still what they are not after, maybe they want Manchester united to go either 20+ or 30+ years like Liverpool and Arsenal before winning the league title again, like this club should do something they've got the money they should let it out to get a better manager and players.

Do you have some metrics to back up this claim or you are giving them false hope because I don't know how u expect this team to bouce back with such a horrible defense. It's weak, they are not productive and they sleep on attacks. How could a team have 2 goals and don't know exactly when to change their game. Even if you decided play offensive, how about the defenders doing on good job but they slack off and conceded 3 goals, that's too bad. If there is anything I expect from Manchester united, I don't expect loss for now, draw can be accepted. This wasn't how Carrick was with the team last season, they were literally ahead of everyone toward the end of the season to even make a recovery to top others and qualify for the Champions League. Honestly, it's too early for what the team is playing right now.

It would be a truly stupid thing for them to think they would let all this time pass before Manchester United recover a league win in glory. The team isn't bad, last season I liked the comeback they made towards the second season, even if I'm not a fan I followed the climb back up pleasantly. It certainly wasn't a team capable of winning, but they tried to push hard and were reborn. This season they still have a good chance of getting what they want, but obviously they have to change course, otherwise they will always remain in the middle of the table.

If the standard pursued is the era of Sir Alex Ferguson then until any time Manchester United will never be able to repeat it again. What they need to accept is the current era, with many changes in the team for the better, the consistency of rivals getting ahead, seeing Manchester United current performance, then they must be willing to go through the process. Believe in progress and stop putting too high hopes for the title.

There’s always a tough transition when an experienced and successful manager steps down from a team. That includes Man United here. Remember Chelsea, Arsenal, they’ve also had their highs and lows just like Man United. But the great thing is, they slowly started to rebuild and you can see how they are today. Man United is going through the same phase. I think right now they are on a good path with Carrick. So the management should give him their full support. Deciding to fire coaches repeatedly will only make Man United worse. Fans should see this and be patient because everything takes a long process.

A change of manager means a slight change in the players' tactics. Every manager has a different strategy and players have to adapt to that strategy, so there is a possibility of losing in the initial stages. The same situation arises in the case of Chelsea, Arsenal or any other team, but in the case of Man United, it has become more severe. The team is not in the expected form, although I think the team is playing well and Michael Carrick probably needs to be given more time. It is not easy for a manager to be in charge of a team if the losing streak continues for a long time. If Manchester United lose another match against a relatively weak opponent, Carrick will probably have less opportunity to speak because he is responsible for the team's failure.

Terminating contracts with coaches has become something of a trend in modern soccer. Management believes that replacing a coach can be the solution to turning a team’s fortunes around. I’m not just talking about Man United and their current situation with Carrick. Liverpool did the same thing with Slot. Other teams treat their coaches no differently. As far as I’m concerned, Carrick is no different from your view that Manchester United, under Carrick, is already on the right track. Fans and the club’s internal staff need to be patient because, little by little, the team’s identity under this coach will take shape and grow stronger, ultimately leading to positive change.

The problem I have with Manchester United is that they were aware of their struggles and setbacks but did nothing serious to change that this season. Carrick was able to manage the squad and perform well but that wasn't enough reason to not try and improve the squad. No serious improvement was made in the attack and defense department, I believe that's why they are currently struggling again this season. They management should be more motivated to sign players after last season success, they should have backed Carrick up properly and see how far he takes the team but instead they didn't do much. Even Arsenal and Manchester City are busy signing players to improve their squad despite being much better. Carrick is already under pressure, I just hope he is able to save his job.

Personally I feel like the guy is just using that to get enough engagement in his page, and I'm sure he must have achieved his target. Maybe he just decided to play along for some time to see if people will still find it interesting to look at his Page. It seems that alot of people are fed up with this game he's playing, I stopped following him up since the end of last season. However, with the way manchester united started this season I'm afraid that the young man's hair will remain unshaved for a very long time probably next season. Because I don't see manchester united wining 5 matches in a roll with their current performance.

Man, United have been around from their best for years and Chelsea and Arsenal are not necessarily the right example looking at the point given by you. During the era of Arsene Wenger there were periods where fans were annoyed at him and for Chelsea we haven't had a really long term manager. Regarding Carrick they still need to be more patient.

I don’t think the problem of Manchester United is about money, the club has been in this situation right from when sir Ferguson left and ever since David Moyes took over it has been from one problem to the other, different coaches have come to try and revive the club and the club have also in their own capacity try to support some of the coaches by signing some really good players. If you look at the history of this club since then till now you could count how many big players have come to the club with big money signings starting from Paul Pogba who was the British record signing that year, Angel Di Maria, Alexis Sanchez, Ibrahimovic, Mathijs de ligt, Antony, Sancho etc. all of them were brought in to the club for big money but none of them really have a breakthrough. And even till date they’ve been signing players. I think this is the more reason why the management of the club are being more careful with the way they sign players this days, they don’t want to spend huge amount of cash on a player who will end up flopping in the league. I think the club is trying to rebuild from young players who have more premier league experience.

With this current owners, I don’t see Manchester United ready to spend that much money.
Then, If the owners of Manchester United (i.e Avram Glazer) and its share holders aren't ready and willing to spend money in other to have a better restructuring of the club, including buying of new and vibrant players to the club, then they shouldn't be surprise when they see more of what Brighton did to them 2 days ago at old Trafford, whereby Brighton was able to equalized at the second half and even won, despite the fact that Manchester United were the first to score at the early start to the game, which gave the red devils the spirit of happiness that at least they were to win that game, which they ended up losing to Brighton. So its true that what Manchester United needs now is a total restructuring, because the chances of Manchester United winning against Fulham is still not guaranteed.

Carrick must take responsibility for the defeats against the smaller teams and against Manchester City. When the quality of the team is in question, defeats against the bigger teams are understandable. But the defeats against Everton, Hull City and Brighton are incomprehensible. Even the defeat against Manchester City is deserving of criticism. It is certainly very disappointing to play for a long time against 10 players and not score a goal and the match ended in defeat. It is not enough to question the quality of the team here, but the coach's strategy is also questionable. However, it must be admitted that Carrick did not receive enough support from the management to improve the team. I would not say that Carrick should be sacked for such a situation, but rather he should be given time and freedom to return to form.

Well At first I don’t think he planned to make it a content like it now looks likes.
Sometimes life just makes you become what you never planned to become yet. He started like a play and we all thought it would not exceed a month before he gets his cut but fast forward to a new season and he's still yet to get his hair cut. I think even the guy never expected Manchester united to go this long without 5 straight win in all competitions. I agree with you, last season was the perfect time for Manchester united to easily get 5 wins consecutively. Their form keeps dropping and now they have champions league added to it and automatically make it tough for them. You can't compare Manchester City to Manchester United in terms of spending. United don't even have that much money to spend like city even if they want to.

I don't think it's unusual for Manchester United fans to be disappointed by the club's lack of consistency since the Ferguson era. But the problem at the moment cannot be attributed to just one manager or one match result. Their problem has been building for many years. Manchester United's recruitment, team building and long-term planning were all at the root of this problem. I think if the arrival of Carrick changes the mentality and style of play of the team, then that is definitely a positive sign. However, when Carrick has to manage the Premier League, Champions League and other competitions all at the same time, it will be clear how well he can make decisions under pressure.

This Manchester United fan should just forget about cutting his hair because there's no way the club is going to have 5 straight wins this season not after dropping that stinker performance against Brighton. The Red Devils are not just that club that are competing for titles this season, because it's clear that they do not look like them. They're always struggling to win games and that's absolutely not how a team like Red Devils should operates. On a second thought, that Manchester United fan that gave himself conditions of seeing Manchester United winning 5 games in a row before he will cut his hair, it's just funny and he's making good money on his page since he has turned out to become content creator related to football.
