I really expected Manchester United to win this match today but they disappointed me, they were almost there but they could not maintain the lead till the end of the match, this is a very big disappointment to every Manchester United fan, I really don't know what is actually wrong with Manchester United, this week they will do very well, next week they will not play as expected anymore, what is actually the problem, Manchester United needs to really work on their self because if they continue like this they will not do well this season.

I didn't expect this match to end in a draw. I thought Manchester United would win, but they didn't. Everton managed to get a point from this tough match. Manchester United's performance isn't consistent. In some matches they play very well, but in others they are far from their best performance. The team needs to solve this problem.

Maintaining good performance throughout the game isn't easy, and the fact that Manchester has the player diversity to achieve this raises the fans' expectations.

Many might think that Everton drew the match due to luck. But what I understood from watching the match was that they were playing quite well. And they maintained consistency even after getting behind at the beginning of the match and attacked confidently. And Everton's attacks created goal scoring opportunities. When the 83rd minute goal score Everton back with confidently, I thought Everton might win the match. But later Manchester United scored another goal and went ahead. But Maitland Niles' outstanding goal brought Everton a draw at the very last moment. I watched that particular goal in the highlights  few times after the match ended and I think this goal is one of the best goal this season. Niles 96th minute goal was definitely a great individual moment, but Everton had created enough chances in the match before that too but in the end the fact that they were able to draw the match and that will be motivation for them.

It's true that Everton performances was great, not as many people think that it was a luck, despite they equalized the match at a die minute of a the match, I still rate thier performances and thier hardworking towards the match. Manchester united performance is so annoying ever since the beginning of this league, imagine a bigger team starting the season with poor steps, even thier second match was a luck, though the Ipswich Town team was a weak team to me and I do expected the Manchester united to defeated them easily.

I don’t understand what you meant by Chelsea have started misbehaving, being a rival fan or not, I think that was a decent performance from Chelsea. Facing the current league champions, with one of their best players and to lose 2-1 at the emirate is not a bad result for me. Chelsea have started the season in a very good way, they have 2 premier league win in 3 games, they are currently sitting 4th in the league, that decent enough from a new coach.

If you are sitting there and thinking Chelsea would beat this current arsenal team at this time of the season, then you are lying to yourself. So far chelsea have beat all the best possible team they can beat, we just wait to see their performance again against hull city.

Funny how Arsenal has suddenly become the topic of the day, and how terrified they are at the mention of the name Arsenal, kudos to Mikel Arteta he's really done a great job at that team, but on my opinion losing that game was not really a surprise to me, because I actually expected that win from Arsenal, the only that got me annoyed was how good Chelsea was in the beginning and later went ahead to lost that game, I sense fear in that game, that Arsenal's fierce name from last season also played a part in that lost, but all the same it's still a nice play for Chelsea, let's now focus upfront.

I do not think Chelsea misbehaved against Arsenal because Chelsea is like a wife to Arsenal, even if Chelsea scores 1st against Arsenal, Arsenal might come from behind to win the match. I expected Chelsea to win Arsenal after Rodgers gave Chelsea an early lead but Arsenal winning streak and dominance against Chelsea was what made it possible for Arsenal to come from a goal down to beat Chelsea 2:1 in emirates stadium, and i think it would take Chelsea a very long time to beat Arsenal under Mikel Arteta.

Yeah Arsenal won Chelsea by 2-1 at Emirates stadium and get away with 3 points kudos to them, Chelsea did there best on that match even when scored in 2 minutes i was wondering how came they where the first people to score a goal with the kind of defence they have. But immediately Chelsea scored Arsenal started pressurising Chelsea playing football as if they're in wrestling pitch, imagine what Gabriel's maglhaes did to Emi Martinez which was meant to be a red card offence but no car was given to him and if it was Chelsea players that did what he did to Arsenal keeper red card would gave Chelsea red card that last weekend.

Arsenal played rough match and the referee and the VAR did absolutely nothing I'm sure you saw what Rice did to Rogers and nothing was done, let me tell you if you're fan to Arsenal and you think they'll win this current league i think you got it wrong also if what Arsenal displayed last weekend with Chelsea is what they'll play in europe competition sorry for them because europe isn't premier league where some clubs are being favoured by referees  and with this they'll never in their life win any Europeans trophies.

Arsenal have a good record against Chelsea and that's why any Chelsea fan wouldn't have been so happy even after Chelsea scored the first goal and besides arsenal were already at home and they are one of the strongest team in England when they actually play from their home stadium. Arsenal have already started the season strong, probably with the way there are playing, it's definitely gonna be hard for any team even the top teams like Liverpool, United and Man city to stop them. It wouldn't be much of a surprise to see them finish the year on top of the premier League table.

I wouldn't say Pedro Neto is a bad player, he is a good player but sometimes he gets too indecisive and runs out of actions to take when he is with the ball,
He is a striker and should have goal scoring instinct, in the match Arsenal players gave him free space probably because they underated him, and behold he actually didn't do anything much to get a goal, I was so disappointed at his game play I hope he improves.

I don’t think Pedro Neto lacks a scoring instinct, he’s fast, knows how to get around the corner and take a shot at goal. He does that but, we can’t expect that of him when he’s still trying to get into position with the ball. What I don’t find him to be very good at is dribbling, Estavao is better at that and that’s why I was wondering why Alonso took too long before bringing him on. He didn’t have to stay long on the pitch and was able to curl one shot to the post on target. The Arsenal game exposed a lot about Chelsea though, the team is still very unstable.

One thing about playing a big or tough team early in the league or if you lose a game early is that it gives the team an insight on where to reinforce or improve and i think this game against Arsenal actually shows Chelsea their lapses but I am thinking it’s a little late for the first half of the season. Chelsea problem is simply the midfield and sincerely I was disappointed they couldn’t get a replacement for Enzo Fernandez and that will really hurt them at least until January. Against Arsenal they ended the game with two right backs in the midfield and that cannot continue because even a lower team than Arsenal would hurt them.

Hopefully they get Caicedo back into the team in full fitness and I think with him it will reduce the dependence on players like Malo Gusto been used in the midfield. But another problem will be keeping James and Lavia fit until maybe winter transfer window as we know that both players are injury prone

Exactly what I want to say, manchester united only played 3 matches and among this 3 matches they played. they loss 1 and then win the second one while the third one ended with a score of draw,  So from this scores I don't think if there's anything wrong. although losing against hull city is something we didn't expect but that's football, but after the loss against hull city I noticed that there has been an increase in their performance so if you ask me I would say carrick is still doing his job rather the only thing he's lacking right now is defense, especially Left back because luke shew can't handle that position properly.

Easy opponents you say ?, lol the context of this your statement seems to be potraying them as pushovers which is not the case IMO.

Cos for them to even play in the UCL, it means that they are experienced, well coached and good enough to cause an upset if their opponents were to make any little mistake.

Aston villa and Manchester city were just the better team in their matchup and kudos to them too especially Man City because Halaand has been performing wonders for them this season.

For Aston Villa, Club Brugge is not an easy opponent for them, and don’t forget that they traveled to Belgium to play one of their best team in the Belgian League, it was not an easy match for Aston Villa as you can see from the scoreline, they did their best to secure the three points.
We can say that Manchester City had an easy opponent, Porto of this era is not a serious team, they were defeated 2-0 by Manchester City.
Overall, the two Premier League clubs that played today represented the best league in the world really well, others will play tomorrow including Arsenal, I believe most of the premier league teams will win their first match.

I know judging Michael Carrick now will be too sudden but at least he is supposed to do better than this, the team he is playing now are not strong enough and it is an opportunity so he should take advantage of those opportunity so when the season gets tougher he won't be struggling rather he would be at a good position where losing or draw won't affect him in anyway. But let's wait and see how the other ones will be and this season will be tough for him because he will be playing champions league.

Even before Carrick came along, Man United hasn't been giving us a very good performance... Infact that is why Careful was brought in, and since he happens to be the coach he is definitely gonna be blamed if his team isn't performing like expected.. One of the reasons why he was brought was to help the team win the EPL, but this their performance so far makes it very difficult for Man United to even win their competition talk of less of even making it to the top three.. Regardless of whether this is still the start of the season or not, we expect more from Man United because this isn't Laliga or Bundesliga, this is Epl for crying out loud and they will very well be facing is tougher opposition form teams like City and Arsenal who hasn't even drawn or lost any of their matches this season, so why should Man United now be amongst those dropping points...So Carrick really need to step up his game and do even better than he did last season if he wants to continue with his job..

Still it was a hard away game and it slipped away in last minutes and i agree with you Carrick needs a little more time to help out Man Utd and i think they should give him more time with the team.

Sometimes, pathetic performance of in domestic is not reflecting their performance in UCL. A club with bad and passive gameplay could win the game as long as they scored.
Villa showed improvement in UCL, but it's against a team with no intensity such as Brugge, and the result is not satisfying to watch because they almost lost it tho. Brugge is also much more dominant in possession.

I see Villa to struggle to win their next EPL game because EPL side won't let their midfielders to jogging with the ball. So i would not put to much honor by seeing them scoring there in UCL.
In the next game, Villa will face Nottingham Forest, i see a chance for Nottingham Forest to roughshod over them if they don't tighten up their gameplay especially when countering their opponent.

Carrick is a good good coach, but I think it was too early to give him a coaching job at United.  He did well last season, pushing Man United to top four which made them play in the champy league this season, but I just think he won't be able to get to the level they got to last season. If they continue to play like this, they might not qualify for the champions league next season. He needed more midfielders in that team after he lost Casemiro, but he  instead ended up not signing somebody to fill in that defensive midfield role.

He has to wait for January transfer window to come, and then he will sign a player that will play in that particular position, because as it stands, there is none in the Man U squad that can do what Casemiro was doing at United. He was the one doing that dirty job of clearing away balls and was comanding that midfield and dictating the tempo of their game. They have lost him without any proper replacement.  It will affect them if they do nothing about it.
