I think it is high time people change this rhetorics about this blame game and putting much pressure on the coaches because I still can't see how it is the fault of the coach that Gakpo couldn't convert a free header in front of goal and the other chances he failed to utilise Infront of goal, maybe it's time we also start calling out players also when they fail to do their job properly.

I don't only blame coaches when a club is not performing well i blame both the players and the coach, the coach is to make his fixture select players that will start the match and the right position for each players, the players job is just to deliver what the coach has taught them players missing goal scoring chances should be blame for that and not the coach, while the coach can only be blame when he makes a wrong and bad changing that lead to the club poor performance then the coach will be blamed.

Aston Villa have been on the rise recently you know. They won their last 5 official games and beat Tottenham away the last time. Manchester City are given 1.89 odds which doesn't surprise me. BTTS @1.65 seems nice for this one.  

The other game is even more difficult to predict... Tottenham can't beat them away for 7 years. Double chance on Everton @1.40 seems like a nice option. Their last 4 head-to-heads ended up with many goals too (3 of them over 3.5 goals and 1 with over 2.5 goals). That can also be considered for betting.

All 5 of 6 premier league teams that participated in the champions league win except for Tottenham who were held to a goalless draw at Monaco. It always good to see premier league teams prosper in the champions league and so far only Tottenham are a bit behind on points but they are all in good positions so far.

Liverpool get back to winning ways after that long run of defeats, they had to do it also from a goal behind. The premier league holders needed that win.

 Chelsea hosted Ajax and dealt with them, they won by 5 goals to 1. Chelsea youngster run the show with 3 of them scoring. Next chelsea host sunderland at the bridge.

Arsenal continue their fine foam and beat Atletico Madrid 4-0. So far the premier league leaders are destroying everything that comes their way, this weekend they host crystal palace.

Tottenham and Newcastle are also having a good run in the champions league, I really hope all 6 of premier league side qualifies for the knockout stage.

Exactly I agree with you I don't blame only coaches when a team is not doing well or performing well the coach only organized the players and give her the formation and the tactics why the players are to perform what the coach has instructed them to perform in some cases the coach will give a very good instruction and a very good tactics and formation but the players will not perform as expected or will not follow the lay down procedure that the coach has given in order to win the match so that is why I usually don't blame coach only I also blame the players.
In the case of Manchester United I don't usually blame the coach I blame the players there is a lot of mistake they Manchester united players were making which was not caused by the coach but, now the Manchester United playes have understood that they are the problem of Manchester United and that is why they are trying to improve and they are playing very well now blaming the coach alone means that you don't actually understand how football works because the coach is not the one playing the match players are, so if you are to blame you will blame both the Coach and the players.

The next game is going to be difficult for Manchester City to win, Aston Villa is quite strong at this level, despite the fact that they had a bad performance from the start of season. I assumed this season would be a tough one for the Villa because they struggled to score goals from the start of the season. Even though Manchester City end up winning, it would be a difficult game since both teams won one of their two games last season. Let’s see how the match goes since Manchester City players are also back from injury.

However, Everton will have a home advantage against Tottenham who has not win a single game in their last two matches in all competitions. Football can be unpredictable sometimes, otherwise, Tottenham should be able to get a point against Everton but we can’t tell what will happen since they always struggle against them. I will consider over 2.5 for betting.

That's one mistake people will keep making. Whenever a club is facing any challenges especially when the club isn't performing well the blame will be on the coach. The overall team performance isn't tied only to a coach performance, there others that also contribute to a team performance. Manchester United made this mistake and I think they have learnt from it by deciding not to sack there current coach. They have been changing coaches for quite some season now yet there hasn't been any improvement in the team performance instead the team seem to be getting worst sessions by season. Liverpool shouldn't learn from Manchester United that coach is solely to be blame for a team poor performance.

The dilemma that Liverpool are facing right now isn't new in football, every big club in history has once passed through this stage, Liverpool dominated and won the title last season but are finding it difficult to navigate through this season and this could be an issue of lack of motivation on the side of the team which I think they would sail through as time goes by, they are a great team with exceptional players and lots of individual talents and I believe they bounce back soon.

I agree that premier league is a competitive one, they have worked really hard to make sure that the gap between teams isn't as big as other leagues. While it got worse for a while, where City won four years in a row, so it looked like a farmers league there too, and became like a Bundesliga/Ligue One situation there too, as we have seen that recovered very quickly and other teams are doing fine right now.

It doesn't mean we are going to get 10 different champions in 10 different years, but we can definitely be sure that no team will ever be the dominant power for too long. Mate am happy you called them manager, he is hired to over see and direct what's happening in that club, when a player is not doing well or form drops, he is the right person to check whats actually wrong and identify more problems if there are any so that they can be handle adequately, if at this point at the league level or even in other competitions, he hasn't done the needful by at least addressing the players on the need to change their pattern of play by doing what they are signed for, then he is putting his job at risk, club don't just spend money for nothing, it is for a result to be seen, losing three times at stretch is not good for him as a manager, so he better start doing what he has to do now.

This blame of a thing is transparent, sometimes it's the players fault sometimes it's the coach's fault, because if a coach make a wrong fixture it will affect the team sometimes it comes from formation so coaches have their flops, and again the coach have maximum authority over the players he decides whom to play and whom not to play whom to sub and whom not to sub, so if he sees a player making such mistakes I think the best thing is to sub the player and bring in a more formidable player to give what he wants but no he will feel adamant of that till they lost the game, then you expect fans to blame players while the coach can easily stop the nonsense at that very moment.

there is nothing new, actually, but people always have this belief that if a club wins a trophy, then they should maintain that status, and it works for some clubs, but the truth of it is that it is not work for every club because other clubs are also improving and the case of Liverpool, they were just lucky last season that most of the clubs were having difficulty in terms of performance, and Liverpool used that to their advantage to gather more points but it has become hard for them to trail on that part this season. and this season, they are not dominating anyone. And even Salah, I don't know what's happening with him, but maybe they will pick him up before the season ends, but with his performance, no way.  

And they can still meet up since they are the ones behind us, and Manchester City is leading with only one point, but I still feel we are going to do better than Liverpool this season.  But there are still a lot of games to be played, and even with all this i don't expect anything from Liverpool.

Mate your statement is correct no doubt, but hope you know that the club owner doesn't understand this, what club owner understands is good results and that was the reason why I said what I said earlier, ordinarily the manager is hired to handle the what the players does in the peach, so going by your words even though the players does not interpret what their manager told them after training, after match, it is the responsibility of the manager to call them to order but if such continues, the manager will take the mess because club management believe that any lapses from the team should be checked by the manager and straightened without allowing it to linger.

Great analysis you have done there, Aston villa rise is remarkable, they have been doing great lately, but they are going to lose the match this weekend. Manchester city are also in a good run of their own, their front looks good with Haaland looking sharp in front of goals. City defense looks compact now with Donnarumma coordinating them, He Donnarumma is making vital saves, midfield is thriving, so city are not a small side to be scared of Aston villa. City has welcomed back most their new signings back from injuries and they are all looking sharp. We saw their performance against Villarreal we are going to see a repetition of that against Aston villa.

Structurally, within an organization, the manager is the head coach, and if the team loses, he naturally bears responsibility. Similarly, in an organization, when a subordinate makes a mistake, the boss must take responsibility and apologize. What I mean is, there are players who don't meet the coach's expectations, but the manager has the authority to remove or bench any player who doesn't meet the coach's expectations.

I think it's actually very chaotic when the team loses and the blame is placed on the players, and this is what happened at Manchester United. Remember, during the Ten Hag era, every time Man United lost, the player was always the scapegoat, and what happened to that player was their performance declined due to a loss of confidence. That's why every coach rarely blames the players in interviews after a loss; instead, they promise to develop a better strategy going forward. Of course it's both players and coaches that are responsible for whatever outcome of a game, wether positive or negative. But the reason why coaches gets the blames and backlash is because they are responsible for the team, they are the ones who selects the players to be fielded and pick the formations. They pick the style and patterns of play and are also incharge of subs, so it's natural for them to take the most part of the blames. That's what I think.

Brentford is different and understand Liverpool game pattern which might make it difficult for Liverpool to win easily. @Frankolala are you been serious that, Liverpool played a week team that doesn't have a clue about their game pattern. Come on we should try and appreciate good things when we see one Liverpool was on another level last night and we all saw it in their game. Coming back to win with such a wide margin is not a flock but is a statement to me. Any team that is playing in the champions League is not a small club that, is what we all needs to know Frankfurt is a top team not only in the bundesliga which is one of the top five leagues in Europe but also in the champions League. So Liverpool should be given credit for this win.
