The first game, at 12.30 pm tomorrow, is between Brentford and Man United. United are a slight favourite, but the last time they won 2 games in a row in the same season was in May 2024. Ruben Amorim says this is the most important game in a long time. Personally, I wouldn't be betting on this game on either side. That's just too much uncertainty there. But yeah, it will be a good test to see if United are actually making any progress.

Yes but the main problem for Chelsea with Palmer taking a rest is the same as always, who replace him? Some player can fit on the team but is not the same at all, they dont have another star like him and they dont have a super decissive player to replace him, but well Marezca needs to find one to have a good rotation.

Brighton has always performed well against big teams including Chelsea, and now that some of Chelsea's key players will be absent, it will have an impact on them. This is the time for Enzo Maresca to use his best lineup so that he can play well against Brighton while also defending well.

For the last four past matches has not easy on  Chelsea club side, which the previous match they against Manchester United is was cleared to Chelsea club and the fans that they all believed that they are going win Manchester United for their home because Manchester United has been battling for the past two seasons to stand united as their implies, but it was so shocking to see that Manchester United happen to win Chelsea in their home which was a big win for Manchester United, so this week Chelsea is playing against Brighton and with the lost Chelsea club had previously I'm counting on Chelsea to be able to win Brighton over 2 goals.

I can see that some Chelsea fans haven't recovered fully yet after Manchester United defeated them at old Trafford. In that match,Manchester United dominated Chelsea in the entire first half of the game,played better and casemiro and Bruno Fernandez scored  two goals within 38 minutes. After returning from the half time break, Manchester United Loss their hold on Chelsea  which wasn't Cool at all. Chelsea returned with confidence to equalize the game, Chelsea dominated Manchester United to an extend that I thought the game would end as a draw. However I think Chelsea shouldn't be underestimated because they were defeated by Manchester United. Chelsea vs Brighton is a tough game,Brighton may be a hard team to crack but not for Chelsea.

I am thinking the same as you, you know for Aston villa to have gotten their first win of the season they are going to be motivated and the fact that they are playing at home, same place they won Bologna it's going to be an extra motivation for them. I don't see anything wrong with giving Aston villa the win today. It could be that they have identified and fixed their problem and they are back to winning ways.

I listened to a podcast and one of the analysis suggest that their momentum just got fucked over by their failure to participate in the UCL this season. It's a mentality thing, and they didn't really do a good job of rejuvenating their forwards/attacking players either. I think that makes sense. You need time to recover after a terrible result, especially when the disappointment is so big. It's not as easy as saying "let's do it again", even if you're a pro athlete.

It is not reasonable for players to just give up simply because they ended up not getting to play in UCL, that is not reasonable. I understand not being great at the moment, but that is not something they should be accepting all season long. They need to do better and I sure do hope that they do, because that team definitely deserves to stay in the league.

Worst case scenario they will have a bad season, finish like 14th or something for example, not a great year, but at least stay and be good. However, if something major happens, and they just fail to gain any good momentum at all, and end up with bad results for a long time? That is not going to be ok at all, they are going to get relegated and that's not fine.

Aston Villa finally got their first win of the season in their 7th official game... Even that wasn't an easy one at all.    Bologna also played very nicely and could have got points. Therefore I don't know why Emery is excited about their potential in the Europa League already according to his statement. Watkins missed a penalty as well. He still can't make any progress. How can they do something good in any tournament like this?

When it comes to their Fulham game tomorrow, I would never bet on Aston Villa in the circumstances. I would rather choose BTTS @1.84 if I decide to bet on it. They still need to do more than this to be convincing.

It's so unfortunate that Manchester United conceded two goals in space of 20, this is supposed to be their opportunity to boost their points on the table but I don't know why the easily concede against smaller teams in the league, anyways Sesko has finally scored his first goal for Manchester United, that should encourage him to do better.

  Manchester United seriously need to try and win this game I see no reason why they'll win Chelsea to go lose to Brentford or draw this week,  if they can score another goal before the first half is over then there's hope that they might win the game in the second half, a front line of Sesko, Cunha and Mbeumo should easily win Brentford but then this is Manchester United.

Manchester United is currently in high confidence after they managed to win against Chelsea in their last match so I think that is the reason why Amorim's team will do the same again and can win the match this weekend and on the other hand I also see that Brentford's strength this season is not that good and it is also seen overall so Manchester United has a big chance to win the match.

The confidence that has been built up does not necessarily make the situation easy for Manchester United. Even looking at the current situation, we are well aware that things are not looking too promising for them.
