It doesn’t matter if Manchester City has a golden squad or the best players in the world. But if the coach leading them isn’t competent enough, that squad won’t be very useful, because the coach can’t maximize the players potential. Right now, anyone would be skeptical, especially after seeing Manchester City get mercilessly crushed by Arsenal without scoring a single goal in response, this should be a harsh blow for Enzo. Imagine a team that used to be very hard to beat, now it looks like it has lost control of its game. He isn’t even worth comparing to Pep Guardiola, Pep is on a whole different level.

I'm genuinely not sitting on the fence but I don't know who to support. I don't know if I'm to support Enzo Maresca or Criticise him. Maybe I should just take a chill pill and observe how the first team games play out for Enzo Maresca.

Manchester City need a very active and experience manager, they are into big competition. Let's see how Enzo performance will be in the coming season. The first season is what I want to see and know whether he will be able to transform this club and do same as Pep.

Arsenal was always playing defensive game and this was what actually make them to lose the champions League final because that pattern didn't work against PSG.

Let’s be honest about the whole situation, Arsenal almost won the champions league title against PSG. They almost beat PSG not until almost the minutes towards the end of the game did PSG equalized. Arsenal is a great team and we can’t be sure of their last loss in the champions league finals say that they’re on a verge of being called a loser. They can do better next season and get to play in the champions league finals once again. They are amongst the top team for the champions league title and I hope they can at least prevail this time around when given the opportunity again. Arsenal now have some experience in the champions league and I don’t think they will perform poorly as before, they will get a better chance at the title next time.

I feel like it's too early to judge him there were time Pep Guardiola also had bad game but losing the community shield is just one thing there are more competition and Maresca might needs time to build the team. I think when we will have to full criticize him will be after this coming season has gone quite far and his team doesn't really have any structure or identity.

Well nearly does not kill a bird, and until Arsenal can win the champions league the rival fans will always make fun of them. The did well in the last season champions league but in that final they were not the better team. The only goal they scored was the chance they created, and it was all down to Harvertz individual brilliance. This season is a Another opportunity for them to try to win it again, but I don’t think it will be easy.

Most teams have now making some good signings and look more prepared. The like of Barcelona and Real Madrid have made some good additions to the squad. Arsenal can be consider to be amongst the top contender but this season, they are not favorite.

I always like to commend Arsenal, they’ve put in the work and efforts to get to where they are right now. Yes they lost the Champions League final to PSG but we all saw how it ended, Twas a narrow escape for PSG who were the victors.

Arsenal have been at the top performing levels for almost three seasons now and they were so unlucky but last season they were rewarded with just the league title.
I’m sure if they’re able to continue in their form, they’ll also win some more silverware’s this season.

I don't see Manchester City getting a healthy season from what I'm seeing because Enzo Maresca is causing a heavy damage on the team, nothing fun is happening. Same pattern of substitution as when he was at Chelsea and now we are seeing the same thing. Why is Semenyo still on the pitch and few minutes ago he substituted Haaland, something Pep Guardiola has never done, City need to start searching for a new manager because I don't see Enzo Maresca lasting long at the club.

Take it easy on them because they are not playing a weak team and by the way the league is about start, I also don't expect this kind of performance from them but I assume it to just be a warm up, Manchester city is not under Pep Guardiola now and every manager have their own strategies maybe he is trying to figure out something that is why those changes came. Arsenal is currently leading with three goals but despite that the game has not ended and there is high chances that Manchester City can make u turn to overtake Arsenal. Possible but I don't expect that to happen despite I'm the one that said it.

If it was Pep Guardiola I would have said this game would be very hard for Arsenal, we know how crazy City always play against arsenal, they always make it difficult for them but as soon as it was Enzo the game plan for Man City changed completely, is now no Pep no problem. The only thing that can stand in the way of arsenal to successful defend Thier title is either they will have very bad lack in throwing away point or that a random team gets it right and suddenly comes up as a suprise key player in the title race. If this is not the case and everything goes on the way we see it happening now, there's nothing that's stoping arsenal from a successful defend of Thier title. As a matter of fact, the odds are high that they will do so quite early because they possess all the ingredients that gives them greater edge above other teams that are contesting for the title.

I do not see arsenal as the best team to win the league. Chelsea looks sharp and are definitely my favourite to win the league. The league starts today, let see what other teams have to show. Wining the league wasn’t easy for arsenal that it took many years of trying to before they had it. what makes you think defending it will be that easy. I also don’t see Manchester City as the strong contender this season. For some few reasons, like the team imbalance and are still struggling to replace some players that plays a very crucial role position.

I think it’s going to be a very interesting season and a very competitive one unlike the previous one but at the end Chelsea should win it because they have much time to rest and prepare for only the weekend games as they are not playing in the Europe.

No team is strong enough to compete against Arsenal, maybe not yet, City, United, and Villa are quite unstable from the look of things.

Here i'm doing three legs parlay for opening day games of EPL. Arsenal is surely winning against Coventry, but we don't really know how good Coventry defense. Sometimes, a promoted team may surprise you. So i think i'd rather pick Arsenal to win the game. The odds is small, but it's likely to success.

Due to the how small Arsenal odds. So i decide to makes it attractive by combining it with another game that's quite easy to predict such as MU vs Hull (MU win) and Crystal Palace vs Everton (BTTS).

So far all of clubs are always aiming to secure full points and i'm sure the game between big clubs vs small team are always be winning by big clubs.

I can't wait for the games to begin.

The premier league officially starts today and Arsenal is going to open the league and I am very sure they will win Coventry with so much ease because their last five matches, Arsenal won all and some of the results were 3 goals and above. It is still funny when you said Arsenal game today will show if winning the premier league will be easy for them, how can you tell that for sure by just watching a first game of a team in the starting of a season. Remember Chelsea started well last season and later messed up.
