My major concern is how demoralized the players would be. A team that started with full competitive force at the beginning of the season, and now, they are hit with the blow of there past, and it's hunting them. The thoughts alone can be a problem and a major set back for them as they enter into there fort coming matches.

I dotm know is I should feel sorry for them or not. But somehow, they went too far, and deserves a punishment, a serious one at that. But let's see how it goes and what they would finally get as judgement

My major concern is how far they will extend their hands while making the deduction, I just hope manchester city don't end up in the relegation zone after the deduction. I have never in any day imagine manchester city being relegated, I used to believe that even if such thing would happen but not in my time probably during the time of my ground children. But this mistake they did is trying to mess things up for them, I feel sorry for them. Wish there's a means they can sort this out without deducting point from them i will be so happy. But I don't see any possibility in that as they will like to punish them accordingly.

It’s practically the same as what happened to Juventus in the ‘Calciopoli’ scandal, but I believe this is even more serious.

Rightfully said, things sure look pretty bleak for them but i heard that Man-city has lodged an appeal and are still standing on their claim that all those extra money didn’t come from the owners of Manchester City but that it came from the Abu Dhabi government, lol how convenient.

Let’s see how it goes though, there hasn’t been any final decisions or sanctions made yet, but i’d really love to see how this whole thing ends.

If you should ask me, i will prefer to lose one match to still be holding the position of second and third premier League like Arsenal and Brighton than to be unbeating like Liverpool with 5th position in the premier League, so the only unbeating team that i can boss of right now is that of Manchester City, you see that Manchester City vs Liverpool match that will kick off on the 11th of October at Anfield, is something that Liverpool needs to prepare themselves very well ahead Manchester City, if they really want to archive winning or draw in that very match because the Manchester City i know, is ready to beat any teams.

That's the difference in all these games, Liverpool might not be doing well at the moment with the way they are performing and the rest but the whole match can be a totally different atmosphere when the opponent they are facing is a serious rival in the title race. I have seen so many times games like this play out differently so am not writing odd any team at all and I expect that Manchester city and Liverpool will do all in their power to take home that vital three points.

Negreira case seems more sensitive even if City case is more obvious and this is because when consideration of how both league FA are handling this is viewed it is clear who is more strict.

There are two things you said that i like, "Liverpool shouldn't be underestimated" and "the home advantage". Manchester City might be the best team in the league current but the future is uncertain and there's also chances that Liverpool could win based on their advantage, they're also in form Manchester City shouldn't expect playing against a weak team.

I know that Manchester City would like to maintain the their form and success rate but this might be the toughest game they'll play so far. As for me I'm still having doubt that Liverpool would be defeated at Anfield yet, they might not be the best currently but they've been very disciplined to avoid losing and won't want their first lose to be at Anfield, well let's see how it goes.

With everything around the club( Manchester City ), don't you think that these players would be mentally and psychologically fvcked?! It should take the manager to at least psyche them up mentally and make them play football while the management do their things. I really do not think that they will get a comfortable win against Liverpool who are currently unbeaten and is also having one of the formidable defenders with the right understanding amongst themselves. And with the Liverpool hone fans, I'd want to settle for a full-time draw for real. Other than that, one of them both wins by a narrow margin.

I saw that appeal news of Manchester City as a breaking news this afternoon and from what I read in the summary, they are confident in their claim that they did nothing wrong but they held back several key statements on the ground that the case is in legal process. I know this case is going to be a serious battle because if Manchester losses, the consequences will be better imagined than become reality. However, the law must take precedence and if they are found guilty, they will not be spared.

Were you actually expecting them to admit any wrongdoing? Of course they'll appeal and deny all the charges but at the end of the day, Court of Arbitration for Sport will look into the issue and deliver the final verdict.

Most of their top transfers are questionable, the amount they announced they used in signing some of their top players were too low for what we were made to believe is true.

It's a legal process that'll follow the due process, we'll see what happens at the end.

The case is still in court infact they just further to make the investigation become more interesting this time, Manchester City will have to show evidence that the signings they made cost exactly the amount they made public but if there is something they hid from the public just to get the players they signed then they will not only lose some points but some of their trophies will be taken from them. If only they will be asked to pay fine it would be better but if they decide to send them back to the championship and deduct points from them they they will lose so many of their players.
