Are they? Reading this thread, seems if you pay someone to post on the forum (although he claims to not work there???), do advertising, do more advertising, POKER TOURNAMENTS, you're good to go. Disappear for a while, no big deal. And if they don't come back, no one's gonna be able to do anything anyway. Win win.

You raise a good argument but are definitely way off on facts and what actually happens. Betnomi is definitely not respecting their players, affiliates, promoters, or anyone else but disappearing. They did make a statement, so we just have to wait a little time. We don't know the whole story( they could help by telling the people whats up), but after a certain period tags will start flying. It's not as if they can disappear and reappear a year later and expect 0 repercussions.

The people that have money stuck on the platform(who aren't scammers) can create flags if they wish and try to get support. There are also scam accusations that can be made(show actual proof you're being scammed, not just complaints where you cheated and cannot get paid). Betnomi isn't getting a free pass, people are just waiting for an explanation.

It is obvious betnomi behaved this way. If they did make a statement, possibly the medium through which the message was passed across was not strong enough because from the response i have read here it seems many people were not aware of it and that shows that there was a strong communication gap between the betnomi team and their client which is not good. However be the case, the did has been done and i believe they are trying their possibly best to remedy the situation as people who's funds are stuck are running out of patience and possibly calling the casino a scam which i believe if the time frame elongates or elapses without any positive response from the team, it would be assumed they did all these intentionally and that would attract flags and more of scam accusations against them and if there is any one making any accusations, they would have to provide an evidence before they would be given the attention they desired.

Today I received another spam email in address I used for registering on Betnomi website but this time I have a screenshot!
This is second spam email I received and all that is happening while betnomi website is not working for weeks  
Maybe it is time for members to start writing negative feedbacks and scam accusations.

Only God knows what the people behind this brand have (had) in mind - they have obviously never had a clue of how to "properly"/"professionally" run a gambling business - some serious lack of project management that is. Not as important though when you don`t even plan on actually running the show in a legit way.

Seems that I was living under rock over past few weeks and I wasn't aware about things happening with Betnomi. Mainly because I rarely used Betnomi - I wasn't very satisfied with experience on their platform. Well, things doesn't looks good and I'm scpetical that things will end in positive way, I 've alreade seen similar cases in past and it always had same outcome.
IIRC, I hvaen't deposited money on Betnomi but had above $100 in ballance received as rewards from prediction pools and freebets. And have hardware wallet with their logo from one of their contests. It's not life-changing money, but after all it's my money and I would like to get it.
BTW, maybe it was discussed somewhere, but do they have any connection with BC.GAME? Their site and colors looks similar, but maybe it's just coincidence that randomly come to my head.

I received this email few days ago, but I didn't saw connection there because that my email is used for many other activities. But yeah, it's possible that they sold their users database together with making exit scam.

In the past 200 days Betnomi sent ~160k$ to 0xdada1e087221c4ae93339707a8ef785b1c0ac1de who then sent every penny to Stake.com 

Still learning I suppose. Read a few decent reveiws. Bookie had been running a few years. Seemed like a legit site with good limits. I deposited 0.29 btc and 3 eth the 15th of June to bet on the euro qualfier.

Looks like your money ended up in Stake as well.

Your right because a platform that fails to engage in communications with their community, would not only ruin the reputations of such platforms but it would also attract a tense environment thereby causing users to lose motivations in patronising such platform, and would also encourage competitors to take advantage of your setback and attract customers to themselves, because people would always seek for other alternatives when they are not satisfied with the services of a company or platform, so if betnomi does not act fast in fixing the issues of the platform it might make them lose alot of customers to their competitors.

 I've recently checked their site again and discovered that they're still under maintenance, with the same indication saying,sorry we're down for scheduled maintenance please check back soon, and i noticed that it's been like that for over a while, and it if continues like that for weeks, they'll end up losing most if not all their customers because not everyone would be patients enough to wait for them to fix the bug in their platform.

I believe the question first of all should be, what exactly is this maintenance that have lasted almost a week and we are yet to discover what they are truly maintaining, are they rebuilding the website from scratch? or rebuilding the database?
what ever the problem is or be, courtesy demands that they should have at least communicated to their users if  really they had any regard and respect for them..

I don't know about any other person but lets assume i had money on this casino, i probably consider it lost by now, cus it seems that the casino may likely not come back, but then, assuming they return back, i will just withdraw my money and chose another casino and start playing there, because I cant immediately continue to trust this casino after such a behavior .

Money that I got on ballance was from yellow cap rewards and maybe some other contests, can't recall exactlly. I got $50 free bet after season, but I wasn't able to use it. No idea why, but it was only allowed to use it on World Cup games, more than half year after World Cup ended:

It is interesting to see that owner of Betnomi, called Sorsis, made several trademark applications in the same time when he applied for Betnomi.
Maybe this means he is not giving up and he just rebranded to different name, like I speculated before, and he does not want to have any connection with Betnomi:

As far as I know at the moment the Betnomi owe money to me and another user (I also shared this information with the mentioned user). To be honest, I'm a little tired of these expectations and decided to change the signature today.

Betwrong is posting based on his experience as he already mention so clearly he has high hopes on this project and with extended understanding unlike other users here that doesn’t have any experience participating on the Betnomi contests when they are still active here.

On normal user point of view, You are right on your speculation about Bernomi since 3 weeks is already too long for being offline but still many have faith on them  since most of us here knew Betnomi for many years with their active contest and giveaway here.

You can't blame the people here if they think Betnomi did an exit scam. It all starts with withdrawals not pushing through, the support staff not replying, and literally a non-functional website. Also, no announcements prior to all these were made, hence people jumping to speculation about what could have happened. The patterns can also be seen on other exit scams from gambling platforms in the past, and that's where people are basing their initial judgment.

The thing is that, betnomi team have already violated the customer's right and all other business contract agreement, and at this point there should be tagged because they deserve it, how can a business close down on their clients for almost a month and nothing is done about it, there has not been any form of updates from the team and even their representatives have also not been responsive in queries.

More also their lock players out of the casino by not allowing them to have access to their balance in the casino and this is so bad that even the user's balance is not even displayed.

The email does not seems to come from Betnomi but is seems that they have given your emails to third party sites (maybe sold the gamblers emails) and now getting different offers from different sites  (most of them may be fake and made for scamming purpose). That's why i usually register on gambling side with my secondary email address so my primary email is free of spam.

Betnomi deserves the negative feedback but this negative feedback will have no effect as it seems they already quit and same time maybe sold their KYC and other database.
