It's true that gambling is never a good idea if you don't have enough money. But most of the gamblers think that they can make more money from this gambling and at some point they turn to addiction which wreaks havoc in their lives. It becomes so addictive that many people borrow and gamble with household items when they don't have cash. You should never do anything beyond your capabilities.

First how do you take gambling as? Some people take gambling as a fun and entertaining to them, why some people take gambling as a mins of earning money while you stake your's. The major part if you're among of the ones that gambles cause you want to earn from it, then you are actually gambling cause you're running out of money.

But for me I gamble cause it feels like fun and exciting to me betting on my club, so I don't bother much if I lose cause I'm not gambling to earn for a living. When they are lucky! Thank goodness you picked that point. Luck happens unexpectedly and disappears immediately when gambling. I was in argument with someone. His view is that people who gamble are those that what they have is not sufficient for them and so they try to make more money from gambling. Yes people gamble because they don't have money and they hope to make money from it but gambling with such hope doesn't give you that money, you will rather end up losing the one that you have. If you are gambling and you keep losing you will still have that hope and feeling that the next game or bet is the one that will give you that winning and you see yourself over gambling yourself, exhausting your bankroll yet without no gain. So it is really not a nice thing to feel you will make more profit out of gambling. Exactly, like you said knowing when to quit is much easier said than done, and I'm sure there are some gamblers who always suggest that to other gamblers but they themselves don't have that ability

But forget it because I also understand that it is not an easy thing to do, even if you are still really struggling to do it then try to make yourself realize that gambling is nothing more than a game of "possibility" which means that even if you continue then there will never be any certainty that you can win with this action. Well, you are right, most rich people who gamble, don't gamble because of the money but simply because they gamble for fun or because they are addicted to gambling, while those who gamble to get more money are the poor or those who are actually struggling with addiction.

If most rich people don't gamble for money then what can you say rich people betting on sports where they put huge amount of money to bet against each other?  Rich or poor people they have the tendency to gamble for money after all, gambling as an entertainment can entice an individual to aim for a win.  Once a person aim to win something then it automatically considered as gambling for profit even though they themselves think that their are just into entertainment.

Like a friend I had, some years back, he has a very little money and he wants money to use to sort out an emergency but no money so he decided to go and gamble to double the small money in his hand, so he gamble and wins but wasn't yet satisfied, so he try again and also was lucky to win and was able to sort out the emergency although it was helpful at that time but that doesn't mean it doesn't have disadvantages too. Yes, and I guess it does happen due to the fact gambling is much more simpler than investing on stocks market. Yes it is quite reasonable to say that someone who has problems in their finances then most likely they will not have more money to gamble more often, but on the other hand I think we can't just think up to this, remember that all people have a brain to think which can produce various decisions that they want, meaning that even if they don't have personal money to gamble with but it is possible for them to eventually do various ways or legalize various ways to get money for the purpose of gambling.

Only my friend has relied on it until now, I have suggested something like what you said. so as not to expect more from luck because you don't know you will lose at an undetermined time. I agree with you. Without money gambling is not possible. More precisely possible, but this kind of game will not allow you to feel the bright emotions as when playing for money.

Well more than 50% of gamblers always gamble because they don’t know much the cash going to last them so they go on gambling word and it get use to them, they even get addicted and more of their money go in, all because they are thinking they don’t have sufficient cash for their living and they go into gambling, I seen different kinds of people gambling because they don’t have enough money, but I don’t really think it a good idea.

That's not a good idea, but we also have to see that those who don't have money will definitely not gamble continuously unless they just play for free to get lucky there, because those who gamble every day are definitely people who have money. and they have even prepared special money for that. So even if they are addicted because they gamble very often, they won't experience any difficulties because they have set aside money specifically for this so it doesn't have any impact on their own lives.

I agree with you. Without money gambling is not possible. More precisely possible, but this kind of game will not allow you to feel the bright emotions as when playing for money.

I also agree with you and think the rich/average will definitely gamble more than the poor and while also having more tendency of becoming more addicted than the poor without realising earlier, simply because the rich/average may usually see someone to lend them money even with interest while the chances of someone lending to a poor man/woman is lower, for there's no surety if they can pay back
