If the experience and champion factors are an indication of a team being a strong candidate. AC Milan, which has won many champions league trophies, should not be eliminated easily in the group stage this season. and was forced to play in the Europa league because it was only able to rank third.
But even so AC Milan in the Europa League is also one of the strong candidates to become a champion besides Leverkusen and Liverpool.

Teams like Roma and Milan might not be expected to make a splash in the Europa League, but anything is still possible.

I also want to see the match between the two teams but of course not in the first round I want to see this fight in the semifinals or even in the final, Liverpool may have more experience but now Leverkusen is in the best performance so it is worth waiting for in the final. Maybe I can say that Leverkusen has performed very solidly this season. They have a very good defense therefore even though they don't have a world class striker they are able to look quite neat and get the win with their defense. Coincidentally, they were also the unbeaten team in the group stage, but if you want to compare with Liverpool, I don't think it's suitable because we know Liverpool have a different level, whether in the League or in the UEFA European League group stage.

We can only say liverpool was on the different level due to the achievmeents owned by the club but if we are talking about another aspect like the performance of club and i can't even sure if liverpool is far better than leverkusen.
I meant leverkusen has coached by xavi which has been also playing for liverpool in the past. He may be knowing more about liverpool. I will not try to underestimate other club caused by this is going to be another disaster for the club.

Having a lot of experience is indeed a great factor too but yes, even though Liverpool have better experience than Bayer Leverkusen but still not a full guarantee for Liverpool to become a title winner. That right, Liverpool and Laverkusen are the two initial teams that should be prioritized, which is understandable because they appear quite consistently here and in their respective domestic leagues. I do not understand the tactics of the coach lately, they the management have just decided on their own to leave him for a while tnays what I'm guessing..... He's been sent down from the Champions League to Europa League Competition and in the Scudetto Competition, he's also not doing very well like he did the season he wom them the Seria A.

I'm sure Ac Milan would still go through from this very tough round of sixteen. They're big European giants, I don't think they'll want to miss and joke with this one. Big Matches in the round of 16 would be great but then again at the moment we still can't decide which teams can qualify for the play offs because even though there are some clubs that can certainly qualify like Milan but the proof is still to be done.

Other than that, I am interested in the match between Feyenoord and Roma.
They always seem to meet in the last few seasons because previously in the 2022 season they met in the Conference League final which made Roma champions at that time and last season they also met in the Europa League with the results of 1 win and 1 loss for each and now they are back together in the play offs. Honestly, I'm quite looking forward to this match.

I believe so and not to forget that Bayer Leverkusen played a great Europa League season in 2022/23. It was an unlucky defeat that cost them the participation in the final and instead Roma took their place, which was really a shame. But this season Leverkusen is more complete, mentally stronger and they are bursting with strength and confidence. That's why I think a game like theone against Roma last season when they had all these chances and then lost patience, it would not be the same this season. They would increase the pressure further and further until a team like Roma would cave in.
