From your post I have found that there are already two type of gamblers - adults and kids in your surrounding. I've never heard that 5yo kid was so into gambling, that he has lost parents house and now owe to half of the city.  Never an adult play against kids seriously, nor accept their unrealistic bet. Never adults gamble against kids to win all their money, make them broke and etc.

Yes all children try to grow up with the education of their parents from childhood. If a child sees his parents are addicted to gambling then that child will never be good he will at some point be interested in gambling and become addicted to gambling. I would guess that "kids" could be different, a 13-14 year old is still a kid as well and online world is not blocked to them if they know what they are doing. I personally believe that the best thing to do in the end would be making sure that you are going to end up with a kid who is illegally gambling without giving any KYC or secretly taking the photos of the ID of someone older who knows. not everything is like what you describe. More precisely, every human being, even small children, have different interests. A small example of children knowing the value of a currency is when a child prefers to buy two of the same food because the pleasure they get can be enjoyed for longer. From there children get to know the basic value of currency, initially asking for 1 dollar which can only buy one ice cream. Cream then asks for 2 dollars because they know with those two dollars they can get two ice creams at once.
