I don't have a crystal ball, but I have noticed what generally happens: casinos tend to keep advertising if they see a return on investment, that is, if they see more customers coming into the business. Metawin seems to be a very popular casino, I couldn't imagine a newcomer casino having up to 200k follower on Twitter, that's a huge number.
