It was a great weekend, I hope everyone had a great weekend too.
Good luck to everyone for the new week, I hope all your wishes come true. Today was a beautiful Sunday, I spent more time with my family and I didn't neglect my push-ups, I did 100 reps and worked my core, I also did 250-300 different variations of sit-ups, Russian twists and similar exercises.

I couldn't do push-ups on the weekend because I was busy with some urgent family work. After starting newly my body muscles was pain. So after spending my personal work, I spent time with my family end of the day. After taking a day off, I was able to increase the number of push-ups and increased it to three sets compared to before. I hope this number will increase soon.

Despite my busy schedule, I never forget to do my daily push ups.i felt free and more flexible today. I added 40 push ups to my yesterday push ups numbers.

Yes, I've started a new week, I hope I can spend this week fairly well. I'm trying to do a lot of push-ups today, so I completed 100 push-ups in 10 sets today.

I never thought i will skip pushups the way i just did of recent, how impossible i felt i wouldn't miss pushups but now i concor that work pressure will can destabilized my schedule and prevent me from pushups activities. Presently I'm putting effort to do a comeback this new week and to keep fit.

Have been using on this tool a friend gave me for exercise and it helps to build the abs, shoulder and arms etc...it can only be done on a smooth surface. have been using for 2 days now and I think it could be helpful to those who wants a flat tummy too and other things that shows you're working out.
For my push up I added 400 today.

Just curious. How does this work cause it looks like something I should add into my list of things I need to add into my exercise. Workouts for the abs hit different and even though I do situps and mountain climbs, I feel that if I up my game, I'd see faster results. I was able to enter 130 pushups. Focused on squats too and tried deadlifting because I was just too fired up to stop but I didn't go too far before I had to stop.  Grin

I love your consistency and the way you maintain and add up progressively on your daily pushup, with this way your body will take it in easily without much pressure to the joints.

It is normal as i proced with this push-ups challenge exercise to experience some pains that some days i can be able to archive my daily routine due to some pains in body but I'm glad that I'm done battling with the pains then today i decided to do push-ups without no pains in my body to continue pushing as the new week has already started courting down as we push to keep Bitcoin above £100k and to continue buying Bitcoin aggressively without minding the current situation of Bitcoin price in the parallel market, for the price of Bitcoin in the market will not remain these forever, so no need to panic over the price because batter day ahead to all investors.

Good push-up form is all about alignment and control.Keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, with your fingers pointing forwards, Engage your core to maintain a straight line from your head to your heels—no sagging hips or lifted bottoms, If your hips begin dipping down towards the floor, that could be a sign that your core muscles could benefit.

Finally my 365 day challenge is now surpassed even though it's not every day because seeing as I was first in this thread until now that means there's about 2 months less I'm overdue to complete this 365 days but it's still an achievement for me and I'm proud of it.
41800 push ups is not bad for me who was previously very lazy to do exercise.

I'm going through some interesting times. This is almost the third time in the last 1-2 months I'm going to get sick. Just when I'm getting back into training, my immune system drops and I catch a cold.
Today, when I came home from training, I started sneezing and my nose started running. Yet, training was great, it was a pulling workout.
I did 100 push-ups at the beginning and I'm attaching it to the report. I hope I wake up feeling better tomorrow.

Is called the Wheel roller, it comes with a little knee pad where you knee on before your start pushing the roller forward and stretch yourself then roll it back to the point where you started and you mustn't do it like you're lying down, what I mean is don't let your stomach to hit the ground, you suspend your self like your doing the plank exercise... keep doing this, by time you know it you'd start feeling the effects on your abs...for me after I'm done working with the Wheel roller I end it up with a little push up, if you continue for 3 days you'd feel pains all over especially your arms and abs.

Today was my birthday. I am 69.

I can do 10 sets of 20monday
About 200 stairs up and down
Plus 20 minutes on a stationary bike.

But the muscles
The breathing will be able to do that day after day until joints hurt.  [pleasure of being 69 with decent muscle tone]

So I back off  and do the reasonable able and zero joint pain.


Now Sunday and Monday I cleared my house from 10-12 inches of snow.

I am sore but I still did the puships today.

The snow clearing was three 25 minute sessions  on both Sunday and Monday.

Clearing snow is a heavy duty workout which involves weight lifting and cardio.

It's why every year a few people die doing it.

We had 2 snow shoveling deaths one in New Jersey and one in New York.

It's why I did my work in six separate sessions.

I am really sore right  now. BUT I will hopefully do 20+20 push ups for the 27th.

By starting pushups again my muscle pain is decreasing a lot and my performance is increasing. I am gradually increasing the number of pushups and like 4 more than yesterday. With the current stable state of Bitcoin price or the possibility of future increase, the number of pushups will gradually increase mentally and physically for me to be tempted to carry it in a positive direction.
