FORMAT UPDATE:
New Rule: New Reported pushups must also be greater than the Latest Reported pushups for the report to be accepted. (Previously only checked for a greater number of Days In)
New Relaxation: 1 space is allowed after any or all commas in your report if you choose. (Previously spaces were only allowed within User Names)
Nice to see that new rules has been added... What about date?? I don't know if that has been added or it can also be included for probably future updates... and that's if possible though. The reason I'm asking &suggesting this at the same time was because I've seen a Pu entry in this thread that used future date, probably it was a mistake and it got accepted , I called your attention to it though but I don't know if you noticed it too...anything greater than current date shouldn't be recorded IMO.BTW, weldone!! |

15k push-ups done.
Wow, I completed a total of 15k push ups. I never thought my total of 15k push ups would be complete. It took me 147 days to do 15k push ups. Many people here have been doing push ups for more than 200 days, I will also complete 200 days at some point. However, I will not give up and continue. I did 100 push ups on August 28th and 100 push ups on August 29th.

100 push ups at a goal is very tough but endurance is a the made it possible for me to accomplish this mission today, my emphasis is on endurance meaning longsuffering in other to achieve something especially that which will benefit you, my ability to endure and be disciplined in doing this shows that endurance, perseverance and time is key to accomplishing great things in life.

From now on, I'll submit my push-up report here. I'll consider the previous ones as never done.  100k,EFS,1,100,2024-08-29 You just hit the zone, where the script had read for reports, and was busy generating the tables. Alright. Got it. Any reported date in the future will get rejected for having an incorrect date, but then it does get accepted as a valid report with no date, which gets recorded with the most recent day's report date. Progress report. After I've done 70 or 80 pushups in 4 or 5 minutes or so: when I throw in a set of diamond pushups, they are actually sort of a relief now. Another thing I've noticed is that I've been doing some sort of light abdominal crunches, and I'm getting cramps in muscles I've never had before. Happy to be here again and making my report on the energetic thread, there's so much energy here and I'm glad that I physically partake in it too. Even if I'm not very consistent with the pushup challenge, atleast I never gave up, I still do it when I can. I’ve got myself an old man injury today. I guess I slept wrong last night and now my neck is all cranked. Still managed to wake up and do 50 push-ups but I need to be more careful how I sleep. Those old man injuries can be rough sometimes. My neck hurts more from a night of sleep than my arms ever have from these 100 push-ups per day. Maybe I need to start doing daily neck exercises.

I was a bit slow this week because I had fever and I have been on medication so I just finished my drugs a couple of days ago and I feel much better now. I managed to reach 100 pushups in just 2 days out of the 7 days but now that am feeling better I will increase my pushups this month. I did a total of 595 pushups this week added to the 1840 I have already done in previous weeks which totals 2435 pushups. Happy new month to everyone doing this pushups challenge. My pushups report. 100k,Btcdeybodi,28,2435,2024-08-31  100 push ups at a goal is very tough but endurance is a the made it possible for me to accomplish this mission today, my emphasis is on endurance meaning longsuffering in other to achieve something especially that which will benefit you, my ability to endure and be disciplined in doing this shows that endurance, perseverance and time is key to accomplishing great things in life.
You can split your pushups into 2 or more rounds then you won't find it much difficult, however if you are really prepared to engage in something then you must have spirit of perseverance and endurance but don't go beyond your endurance limit just because you wanno meet a target. |

I’ve got myself an old man injury today. I guess I slept wrong last night and now my neck is all cranked. Still managed to wake up and do 50 push-ups but I need to be more careful how I sleep. Those old man injuries can be rough sometimes. My neck hurts more from a night of sleep than my arms ever have from these 100 push-ups per day. Maybe I need to start doing daily neck exercises.
I hate when those kinds of things happen, and these days (as compared with my younger days), I have way more issues in which my extremities tingling and falling asleep (due to poor circulation), so sometimes, I have to attempt to be careful how I sleep, but still shoulders seem more commonly aching for me.. though probably a combination of pushups and natural denigration (or vulnerabilities) that come with aging. 100k,JayJuanGee,209,44550,2024-08-31 It has only has one solution to that, take a rest like 3 days and with some painkillers it would help then after that you continue again. You know the body is not made of iron, such pains can only occur if you have over stressed the muscles and it will tear without you knowing so I'll say take a rest for some days then you continue to rest the body a little bit. If it has to do with the neck then you apply some turning of the neck exercises, like turning your neck from left to right and right to left continue doing that for 30secs it will free those pains, not with force or else the pains will become serious. Lets say after resting for the 3days stop taking the painkillers because is not cool doing exercise and taking painkillers, it doesn't help in improving the body. |
