I like the little chart showing our progress to 100K push-ups. Pretty cool. I haven’t missed a day yet but am trying not to report so frequently. One thing I’ve started doing as well is instead of just doing push-ups, I try to explode off the ground with all my power. I’m told this should help me on my quest to be able to do 100 push-ups at once. I seem to have hit a wall on progress there. I have still not done more than 50 at a time.
The most important thing is that you are doing your push-up despite not reporting frequently and with your consistence in this push-up sooner or later I believe the strength and energy you have gathered will help you in breaking your current push-up limit hitting 50+ at a time will now been things of the past.
Am really happy we are doing this together hoping that sooner later Bitcoin price will reach $100k and above.

I am very interested in participating in this challenge. Maybe tomorrow I'll start doing push ups. Because I definitely can't do push ups today, because it's so late where I live. So doing push ups right now is definitely not possible for me. And I was a little surprised to see the enthusiasm of the forum members for this Challenge. Because if you look at it from my imagination, the faces of the members who took part in this challenge looked very enthusiastic. Even though I have only read several posts from members who took part in this challenge, many complained about the difficulty of achieving 100 push ups. However, it seems that they are still carrying out this challenge with high enthusiasm.
This challenge is open to everyone interested in joining us when they see this push-up thread, and since you are interested, I will say welcome to this challenge. It is okay if you do not do any push-ups today; no rule says one must do a push-up on the first day of joining this challenge. You can do your push-up when it is convenient, and there is no problem with that. And for your push-ups to be entered in the push-up table, you will need to do the minimum of 10 push-ups a day and report them here daily, weekly, and monthly, depending on which one is okay for you with this format:100k,UserName,DaysofPush-up,TotalPush-ups,yyyy-mm-dd

It's been another day of great progress for me and I'm really getting the hang of this daily excerise routine, I remember when I was complaining about not been able to do up to 50 but now that's a walk in the park for me, just a motivation to all new members it going to be a little challenging at first but as long as you keep consistency you are surely gonna get better at it.

Another thing the sores that I'm sure that most new members would be feeling from the new push-ups activity but there is a way outfof that by spreading put the workouts through out the day to reduce the impact of stress on yourself and it would even you to easily break do the numbers and do more push-ups in no time. I was able to do another outstanding 150 today and I was able to accomplish that by doing 25 for each set, and I did 4 sets in the morning and 2 sets in the evening before going to play football.

@DirtyKeyboard I can only think of how much commitment you are putting to keep up updating the table, thumbs 👍 to you.

If we maintain our performance since we started this challenge, we will achieve 100k push-ups soon, and before bitcoin reaches $100k we must have achieved the 100k push-ups. I suggest you first do more than 50 push-ups at a time and do it for a week so that it will be used to your body. This will help you do 100 push-ups at a set because you have gained the stamina that will make you endure pain and continue pushing until you achieve the 100 push-ups at a set one day.

Yeah I definitely know how much you feel about this because we are in this together, I will suggest hitting above 50 at a time shouldn't be your main target for now, but rather how much of consistence you are in hitting 50 and close to 50 should be your priority and you will be surprised the very day you will hit above 50 at time unknowingly after which you still be making progress working towards hitting 100 at a stretch.

For something you just started hitting 50 at a go is showing how much strength you have already built by consistency in this challenge,  the more you continue in doing what you are doing the more you wpudl adapt and build strength at it.

My advice don't push to hard in getting to hundred at a go, rather focus more on getting used to it and then the progress would come on it own, and you don't want to end up getting to sore.

I started the day with a 30-25 2 set pushup run.  But later decided I was going to go for the '10 for 10' challenge I made up.  10 pushups a minute for 10 minutes straight.  I like to take things slow, so I was doing each set in around 20-25 seconds.  The last 2 sets were a struggle, especially the last 2 pushups, but we got em in.  Smiley  My deficit is down to 212!  100k,DirtyKeyboard,75,7288,2024-04-24

I would like my name to be registered on that table @DirtyKeyboard. Since I can't get the correct number of push ups done right from the beginning I came across this thread, i will actualize it on my minimum number of push up done.

My hard work on this push-up challenge has started to pay off. Since I have been doing a minimum of 50 push-ups in my sets, my chest, upper arms, and forearms have increased, and my strength has also increased a bit. With all I have achieved in this push-up challenge so far, I can now lift heavy loads to a long distance without getting tired easily. All thanks to bitcoin for using the OP to create a thread like this in the Bitcointalk forum, where we have come together to share ideas and guide ourselves on how to improve in this challenge and are still very active in keeping this challenge going until bitcoin reaches $100k. I did 200 push-ups today in 4 sets of 50 push-ups in each set.

You adopted a strategy that allows you to achieve a push-up number that will match with bitcoin price. It is nice because it will allow you to have enough rest after you have completed your daily push-ups.There's a mistake in your report; there shouldn't be a space between 100k and your username. Your report should be like this 100k,Obim34,64,3200,2024-04-25, and not like this 100k, Obim34,64,3200,2024-04-25.

So tomorrow I will also try to take part in this challenge with enthusiasm. Because doing push ups until Bitcoin reaches 100 thousand dollars will certainly make me a healthier person, of course. Because I saw OP's reference video about doing 100x push ups in a month. The results are truly extraordinary. So I thought what if I continued to do push ups 100x/day within 6 months or 1 year. Maybe I will be healthier and my body will have big muscles.

Welcome mate, I understand the enthusiasm but it's also good to take it easy and not to rush to doing 100 at a go especially if you have not been into this kind of excerise before, OP has been with us for months, so doing that much is not a problem for him and he us already thinking of taking to 200 daily. My point is you should take it easy and don't try getting to hundred at once, buy if you are up for it then I can recommend that you spread the numbers within the day, let's say you can try doing 50 pushups in the morning by doing 10 into 5 sets and then doing 25 later in the day and 25 in the evening, that way you can both take it slow and still get your desired results, besides it's all about been healthy and having a good physic and you don't want to get sores on your muscles so fast.

I wasn't able to report yesterday based on my busy schedules, but it hasn't stopped me from doing my daily excerise and moreover I work from home, so from time to time I can just go a few rounds and take my bath again especially when I'm not flowing well with work 😅.

I was able to reach a 100 pushups yesterday and 100 the day before  although I'm still struggling with 100 and 90, but I'm sure with time my strength would adapt and 100 would be a thing of the past.

I have been doing pushups regularly since participating in this challenge.  When I first started I could do 40 to 50 pushups. Since doing regular pushups I can do about 70 pushups now. But I'm definitely optimistic that I can do 100 pushups before I reach 100k bitcoins and succeed with this challenge. However, doing pushups regularly will definitely benefit the health of people and help them to have a fit body. So participating in this challenge will bring many benefits together. Let's participate in this challenge and do 100 push ups successfully before reaching 100k bitcoins.

Let's participate in this challenge and do 100 push-ups successfully before reaching 100k bitcoins.
Since we all started this push-up challenge we have done 100 push-ups a day, and some people improved in their push-ups and did more than 100 push-ups a day. Our target is to achieve 100k push-ups together before bitcoin reaches $100k. It would be good if you could start reporting your push-up details so that it would help us achieve 100k push-ups easily before bitcoin reaches $100k.

I was able to do 70 push ups in a day that was yesterday  to be precise in five set. Three in the morning ( 20, 10, 10). And two in the evening(15, 15). Making it a total of 70 push ups. Though it was not really easy since it was my first time of joining the challenge but I believe with constant practice and dedication the 100 push ups will be a reality and I can be able to do it in one set in a day.

I started early this morning to do my push ups and I was able to do 50 in 3 set 20, 15
, 10.so after dis 50 my heart was beating heavily and arms was paining me so I decided to
 stop bcos it has been a long time since I did push up.am really happy to join dis challenge and since am not that used to doing exercise wsince am not that used to doing exercise frequently, dis will be a great opportunity for
me .if continue in dis pace I believe I can be able to do de 100 push ups a day even if not at desame time.

The current correction of bitcoin price is like giving me ample time to enjoy this very challenge. Assuming price rushed to 100k immediately after the bitcoin halving, I wouldn't have enjoyed this exercise much because even though I might continue with the push-ups, the motivation I derive from this thread, knowing that others are doing the same thing, will not be there.

Thank you for adding me to the system, it really feel good to finally join others in this beautiful challenge. In addition to push-ups, I also do jugging and other exercises to work on other parts of the body. Push-ups should be the most strenuous of them due to my peculiarity and as things  improves other will be added. I was able to do 70 push ups in a day that was yesterday  to be precise in five set. Three in de morning ( 20, 10, 10). And two in de evening(15, 15). Making it a total of 70 push ups. Though it was not really easy since it was my first time of joining de challenge but I believe with constant practice and dedication de 100 push ups will be a reality and I can be able to do in one set in a day.
Yes it won't be very easy for you to get to 100 on your first attempt, you are also going to be having some pains in your muscles since it's been a while that you have to push ups, we all had it but within few days it gave way. 70 is a big number I must say. Once again congratulations for joining the challenge to be fit and more healthy even as our aim is to see bitcoin getting to $100k soon.

Am so happy to see my name on the table. The seriousness of active members is top notch. Lets keep it up guys whoa hoo!

Mine for the day, hope it is not coming late. I did some steps in the morning when i woke up, kind of spreading it out through out the day. First i did 25 and after an hour i did 25 again. Then i decided to go all the way to 49 coudnt keep up with that last 1 to complete it. Most times the last one seems so hard to just go up and come down  Grin

Today push up seemed so cumbersome or hectic to me because of too many activities for today but nevertheless 100k push ups is very necessary so I had to make some adjustment to fit in my push ups for the day.
I made a split of two set 50 first round after some time I did another 50, I am glad I was able to meet up despite my crazy schedule today because soon bitcoin will hit $100k.

Today is the 51st day of my push-ups challenge today and today I have to give 70 total push-ups, I have had a lot of trouble today to give 70 push-ups, because today I fell in the road while returning at home and got a lot of pain in my legs. Because of this I had a hard time giving my push-ups. I give all the push-ups together every day, but today I couldn't give all the push-ups at once because of my leg pain. But I don't divide 70 push-ups into three parts, I do 25 push-ups first, then after about two hours I do 25 push-ups again, and then three hours later I do 20 push-ups, although today I have 70. Push-ups had a lot of trouble to do, but I still managed to do it. Since starting my challenge today my total push-ups are 2,371+70= 2441.
