One thing that has surprised me throughout this challenge is how much it has changed my body. As someone who always worked out and did 20 push-ups along with other workouts I didn’t expect I would see much change when starting this. I’ve now seen my body immediately lose weight when starting, then start bulking up, and the last couple weeks I’ve noticed I’m slimming down again. Makes me want to push it more, but I’m trying hard to focus on all areas of the body. I have to say this has been such a great experience so far. If you’re reading this, start doing push-ups. I promise you won’t regret it.

Makes me want to start eating healthy more regularly, but one step at a time.
If done consistently, the benefits of push ups for the body will definitely be felt, even if little by little. Apart from that, don't be surprised if, for example, when you do push ups in the initial phase (1 to 3 months), your weight will decrease first. Because in this phase the impact of push ups will burn most of the fat in the body. Then after that muscle mass will develop, and slowly the body will become bigger and stronger.

That's why when starting push ups, never stop halfway, for example after 1 or 2 months of stopping. Because if you stop at this phase, the body will shrink because the fat has been burned, but the problem is that the muscle mass will not be too big because the push ups are not continued. So basically if you stop doing push ups after 1 or 2 months of doing it, then your weight will not be ideal.

That is the most decisive process in doing push ups. The point is you have to keep doing it and never stop doing push ups for more than 1 week. Because in my experience, after 1 week of not doing push ups, the muscles will weaken again and you will definitely feel pain again when you start doing push ups. What's worse, the habitual mindset of doing push ups will be difficult to form (in essence, you will be lazy to start again).

And I want to ask, has your appetite increased? Because if your appetite increases, this is normal. Because what I experienced, when I consistently did push ups for more than 2 months, my appetite increased drastically. Previously I only ate 2 times a day, after consistently doing push ups, I ate 4 to 5 times a day. After I studied it, it turned out that my appetite increased after consistently doing push ups, which was a sign that muscle mass needed a greater protein intake. And I think that's quite fun, because it feels like all the food tastes good after entering that phase.

My appetite seemed to change in the beginning.  I couldn't get enough food.  After initially losing some weight right away, it became clear after a week or two that I was going to need to be eating more.  This led to me gaining back all the weight I'd lost and then some, while remaining skinnier looking.  It seems like recently I've stopped eating tons and have made an effort to eat healthier.  Lots of turkey sandwiches and cutting back on the Zebra Cakes.  I also switched to 1% milk for the first time in my life.  This has led to me dropping a little bit of weight, but I'm still about 15 pounds heavier than when I started.  I can't put this on push-ups alone though.  I've done a lot of stairs and work on my stationary bike as well and my legs definitely needed it more than my arms.
I think it's  normal to lose weight when you initially started your pushup journey although it's not limited to it but every exercise. 
Then we have another issue when you build that your desired muscle, need to keep it in intact else you lose it back and you will probably add asking just like getting fat Tongue
Junk food are not advisable  while building but to maintain and balance it you can eat it in intervals to prevent adding too much fat because  fat is still needed...
There're many alot of contraint actually even when you pause for a little bit you add weight but staying much more healthier is the goal...


I've missed 4 entries although I did skipped a day but I pushed it a little but I've been feeling weak with slight hedache these days I don't know the cause ... but I'm  trying to take some rest . Nevertheless I have my entry
May 22 => I did 2 sets of pushups (35,45)
May 23=> skipped
Today => did 3 sets  as I've  gotten so weak ( 25,15,20)..

Summing it up I had the total of 140...not impressive but I did gave a little support to  the family Smiley

I'm so excited to see that more people are joining the push ups challenge because this thread is really a nice place to be and also to acquire more fitness, because push ups exercise is really good for our health and also for the Love we have for Bitcoin that's why we bring out our mind together in this challenge because we are not going to give up until Bitcoin hit $100k.
For me, it is better we remain the way we are and be committed to this push-up challenge, and we don't really need to be many on this thread before we can achieve the goal of this push-up challenge. In the past, there were so many new members who joined us in this push-up challenge, but they didn't last long on this thread, and they stopped posting here. I am okay with the few of us who are trying so hard to keep this thread and this push-up challenge ongoing. It is not easy, but we are all still here and believe we will see bitcoin at $100k some day.

Do not regret doing only 140 push-ups in two days; the most important thing is that you did something, and it was above the minimum push-up one should do before his name will be entered in the push-up table. Since you complained of a headache and you are now feeling weak, I will suggest you take a break from this push-up challenge and go for a checkup to know what the real problem is with your body. It is not good for your body to be in pain and you ignore it and continue doing push-ups that will make your body stressed out.

Congratulations in advance in your quest to be an iron Man. The most important thing is that you have gotten the passion to be an iron Man. I didn't know that people also train to become an iron Man, how does the training looks like?

It’s really remarkable what people can do with the right motivation am with you on this one major, I for one was part of the runways, but here I am back on this amazing thread and striving for consistency.

I'm back after 3 months which this challenge have lasted, at least I have been active for 3 months and and 3 weeks minus my days off the challenge based on my health issues which is just a few days less than a week.

I have successfully reach my all time high of 11000 push-ups this morning. Thanks to Ognasty for a great challenge and my gym instructor who kept me going till this day.

I now see there is a format for report which was initiated after I went off the reporting just as I said early that I wouldn't be reporting but will keep doing my part in the best way I can. maybe someone can explain the reporting format to me which will guide in submitting my report officially.

@DirtyKeyboard I see your script it's such a wonderful work you have there, you deserve some accolades, and it seems your bird in your signature space is growing

Well for me I will say there is nothing wrong if others join the process , team work is always good in anything one is doing, the more the workforce the fast efficient work done , am fully sure that the thread can still move forward with the current number of participants as been part of the pushups is not persuasion, but it will game more popularity when we pull some crowd weight, I don't think the creator of the thread has any targeted population so suggesting to limit people may contradict the main objective of the creator. Assuming it's a business it's expected the more you game customer so is your profit increase and liable to sell off products to buy new ones in corrolating it to this more people the more the thread hit target if there is any in terms of population but be it as it may we are going to hit our target if $100k.

Congratulations in advance in your quest to be an iron Man. The most important thing is that you have gotten the passion to be an iron Man. I didn't know that people also train to become an iron Man, how does the training looks like?

I have trained all my life all from martial arts to football to running, when it comes to things like extreme sports like: Ultra-Marathon and Iron Man it's like 60% your strength and condition and 40% in your head, when your body gonna scream at you to quit you MUST be hard mentally enough to continue.99% that fails fails because of the mentality!
Because it will hurt and be so painful you will probably cry sometimes in the race, you will have your up and downs.
I don't think people understand how though these sports really are and Ultra Marathon is hundred times harder then any martial arts sports I can assure you that!
I have don't both so I know. But never a full Iron Man. You need to train on all aspects, swimming, cycling and running, the most important part is that you will be out there for around 10-17 hours
(I think 17 hours is the max limit if you gonna be able to do the cut and be an official Iron Man) Have a bicycle in your room, go up at night an cycle, run long runs in slow paste, and learn to swim (very important) so you don't lose to much energy.

Then do what works for you and you will need tto hire some kind of coach that will help you and record your progress, trust me.
Today I would probably be able to do a Iron Man under 17 hours because I can go true the most pain and suffer like other humans don't even exist. It's a lot of my mixed martial arts training and my running.
But i gonna be able to do a good Iron Man I must get much much better cardio and get stronger mentally even if I am strong today, but you guys don't understand what will happens, you will get hallucinations start cry sometimes and your body will just say STOP STOP STOP NOW!
But start slow, don't go out to hard, that the biggest mistake people do, do it in your tempo and then increase slowly step by step.

And the hardest sport in th world is Ultra Marathon.
Anyone 'heard about Badwater? Cocodona 250? Moab 240? They literally running 125/240/250 miles without any stop, of course the stop and change clothes and rest and eat like 15 mins and then continue, and these people is the strongest minded people in the world, no fighter in the world can compare to them. Badwater is an insane race it's in Deathwalley during the summer heat and they running 125 miles. That is.. not even human.

And you all know what? We humans are capable of so much more then we think, but our governments have put us in zombie mode trust me just because they want to control us its time for us to leave that mind and start to try and find out our real limits! I know what I am talking abut at least IMO.

That is a backyard ultra, they basically running a track like 6KM distance each hour until its only one person left, normally a race takes like 4-5 days of non-stop running. This is the extreme of the extreme. Watch that video and you will get goose bumps and get a inspiration you didn't know was possible.

I'm back after 3 months which this challenge have lasted, at least I have been active for 3 months and and 3 weeks minus my days off the challenge based on my health issues which is just a few days less than a week.

I have successfully reach my all time high of 11000 push-ups this morning. Thanks to Ognasty for a great challenge and my gym instructor who kept me going till this day.

I now see there is a format for report which was initiated after I went off the reporting just as I said early that I wouldn't be reporting but will keep doing my part in the best way I can. maybe someone can explain the reporting format to me which will guide in submitting my report officially.

@DirtyKeyboard I see your script it's such a wonderful work you have there, you deserve some accolades, and it seems your bird in your signature space is growing

Today I was much more faster than the time frame of yesterday because, I used a maximum resting time of 5 minutes after every set of pushups, and I was able to cover 110 pushups in 27 minutes I felt more tired than yesterday maybe because of the time frame, I did 40-25-20-15-10 pushups after the minutes break as resting time. I believe if I continue in consistency I'll be able to go for 100 straight without any resting time or break.

I'm so excited to see that more people are joining the push ups challenge because this thread is really a nice place to be and also to acquire more fitness, because push ups exercise is really good for our health and also for the Love we have for Bitcoin that's why we bring out our mind together in this challenge because we are not going to give up until Bitcoin hit $100k.
For me, it is better we remain the way we are and be committed to this push-up challenge, and we don't really need to be many on this thread before we can achieve the goal of this push-up challenge. In the past, there were so many new members who joined us in this push-up challenge, but they didn't last long on this thread, and they stopped posting here. I am okay with the few of us who are trying so hard to keep this thread and this push-up challenge ongoing. It is not easy, but we are all still here and believe we will see bitcoin at $100k some day.

It’s really remarkable what people can do with the right motivation am with you on this one major, I for one was part of the runways, but here I am back on this amazing thread and striving for consistency.

When I joined this push-up challenge, there was so much traffic on this thread. A lot of users were active, but I didn't know what went wrong along the line, and they stopped coming to this thread. There were a few people on this thread who put in their efforts to see that this push-up challenge or thread is ongoing, thanks to high-ranking members like JayJuanGee, OgNasty, and Vapoirminer who have been here with us on this thread. And also DirtyKeyboard, who has been doing wonderful work to make sure our push-up details are entered in the push-up table anytime we make a report. This morning workout really help me alot since the weather was cold even tried to cover myself with bed sheets but wasn't working to keep my body warm I went for a 3 minutes squat to keep the body active and warm before hitting my push-up, I spread it into 5 set of 20 reps each  which was a total of 100 push-up this morning before I was able to warm up the body so am very much active now the body is set to work for the day.  All thanks to 100 push-up challenge.

This push-up challenge has lasted for more than three months. If you check the push-up table, you will see that OgNasty has covered 112 days in this push-up challenge, which is more than the three months you said this push-up challenge lasted. Yeah, a lot of developments have been initiated in this push-up challenge, which has made the push-up more interesting for us. We now even have a minimum of 10 push-ups a member will do before his push-up details are entered in the push-up table.

I have 12 steps to first floor from kitchen in second floor.








so I am discovering just how many steps / flights of stairs I can do.

180 steps is  really 180 down and 180 up 15 flights of stairs.   7 and 1/2 minutes.

I hope to do it again today. I will push at it to see if I can do 500 steps that should be about 25 minutes of stairs up and down which is pretty good cardio.

I am interested to see if 100 k for btc comes faster than 500 steps up and down the stairs.

I can tell you 180/15 flights was a bit taxing.

I hit a new record today for the most push-ups I’ve done in a single set, probably in my life if we’re being honest. This morning before hopping in the shower I did a set of 60 push-ups and it actually felt pretty good. Maybe if Bitcoin was at $63K I would have gone for it, but for now I continue to inch closer to my goals.

Since Push-Ups exercise is all about building the Upper Muscles of the body with physical Strength,It is also obvious that more than just physical strength will be needed to build and maintain those muscles. So in other to build our Muscles and maintain it,I recommend we should start taking Supplements to aid us.Supplements Are Muscle builders and are highly recommended by Medical experts and professional gym instructors.

For me, I will not need any supplements to enhance my ability to build big muscles in this push-up challenge. I want to build my muscles without the help of any supplements so that they will allow me to have enough strength and be strong enough to defend myself. Those who use supplements to build big muscles don't have enough strength, and they are limited in the kind of weight they can carry because supplements help them build big muscles. And since we are not into weightlifting, I also see those supplements as not necessary for me.
