100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge

A busy day today for me but that usually just means getting my pushes in earlier. I do feel a little bit like I’m becoming one of those people who has to tell everyone that I’m doing push-ups everyday though. I can feel myself being annoying. Other than that, the journey continues with another 100 in the books.

I have been telling quite a few people too.

I tell them how difficult it is, and some of them ask questions and sometimes they change the topic... but it is difficult to resist, since whenever you know people sometimes you will talk about diet, sleep and exercise and surely some other topics, but yeah, the longer that you talk with them, the more likely the topic of pushups will come up, and surely if people can relate, then they might consider the topic interesting and relatable.. but yeah some folks might not be able to relate as much.  Sometimes if it is a girl I might talk about pushups and then sometimes I will do lunges, and then maybe I will ask her if she might want to consider doing lunges.. so it could be an interesting topic... I think that it is better than not having anything relatable going on in your life..

Relatable.  We all just wanna feel connected.

Getting my push-ups in after doing some work outside today.  Dripping sweat in the desert heat is always a good time.  I did manage to get some customizations done to my new truck.  Exciting stuff.  Lately I've been consistent in doing other exercises which also makes me happy.  In an effort to keep from hurting myself, I am switching back and forth between additional leg workouts and arm workouts, keeping my push-ups as the only daily grind.  It's been going well so far.

This push up challenge has been running for approximately six months. This can certainly change many things for the members who take part in this push up challenge (especially in terms of body shape). Because doing push ups for more than 6 months definitely has a very good impact on our bodies. Among them, the body definitely looks a little more aesthetic than before doing push ups. In essence, those who are fat will experience weight loss, and those who are thin will definitely experience weight gain. Because I personally also experienced this when I had been doing push ups for 6-7 months. If I'm not mistaken, at that time my weight increased by 7 KG. Because when I first did push ups, my weight was around 49 KG with a height of 168. What is clear at that time was that I was very thin and not ideal.
However, after I did push ups within 6 to 7 months, my weight increased to 56 KG. This means that every month I experience an average weight gain of 1 KG. This certainly makes me very happy. Because believe me, when someone who is thin gains weight, it feels very happy. And after I have been doing push ups for almost 3 years now, my weight is ideal, namely 71 KG with quite large muscle mass.

However, apart from these impacts, what I like most is that after doing push ups regularly, I have become a more disciplined person in living my lifestyle. So in essence, this push up challenge will definitely be very useful and very beneficial for the participants who take part in it. So I want to ask all the members who took part in this push up challenge, what changes have you all felt after regularly doing push ups now.

Bitcoin is headed to $100,000 and that's not speculation. OK, maybe it is, but the 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K challenge is real and has been echoing throughout the community for a week now, so I thought I would make a thread here for those of us who want to try and hold ourselves accountable.

There is a strong reason why Bitcoin can reach this price and maybe we can test it when with several existing variables and facts, but right now it is still in the speculation stage because we never know what year or month that number will be. The basic thing about the discussion that Bitcoin will reach $100,000 is something unique because we see the cyclical process that occurs before the ATH will exceed the previous price and this is where the discussion space opens for Bitcoin to reach that price.

In the context of trust, perhaps it is very limited to each individual's beliefs and how they can continue to accumulate purchases. Just discussing without taking any action will not benefit us because whether we realize it or not, Bitcoin will reach that price.

I am still in a bit of a process of preparing for a 1,000 pushup day, and so far, since July 22, I have had 7 days of pushups of more than 400 pushups in a day, so I am thinking that I am getting close to being ready for a larger pushup day, including something like an attempt at a 1,000 pushups day, so I guess in some sense, I might be ready too soon.. my body seems to be ready too soon.

I am afraid that if I decrease my pushups, like I had done earlier (especially through most of June and into the first week or two of July), then I feel like I am going to lose momentum again, even though some kind of a reduction in my pushups might be the right thing for me to do.

A bit of a current dilemma.

You have really been Committed to this and I must say it's quite admirable
Always get a mention on my notifier by you everyday cause of this.
Absence did limit the fire I had in the start
Now I just work out for leisure, that I don't think the results are worth mentioning been abysmal.

Wow I averaged 100+ push-ups daily. It was difficult for me to do 20-25 push ups a day in the beginning but I believed I would average 100 push ups daily which happened. In fact, if there is desire, everything is possible, if there is no desire, you can do nothing. However, I have not submitted a push up record for the past few days. Currently I have joined a new job, having to work all day. Push ups become difficult after working hard all day. Yet I do more push ups in the morning and less push ups in the afternoon.
