100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge

I wanted to submit a 200-day report, yet I still might do some more pushups today, but I am not going to revise my 200-day report... The rest of today's pushups, if any, will go into my next pushup report.

I am still in a bit of a process of preparing for a 1,000 pushup day, and so far, since July 22, I have had 7 days of pushups of more than 400 pushups in a day, so I am thinking that I am getting close to being ready for a larger pushup day, including something like an attempt at a 1,000 pushups day, so I guess in some sense, I might be ready too soon.. my body seems to be ready too soon.

I am afraid that if I decrease my pushups, like I had done earlier (especially through most of June and into the first week or two of July), then I feel like I am going to lose momentum again, even though some kind of a reduction in my pushups might be the right thing for me to do.

Yep.  It still hurts, but I can do more pushup sets back to back and with shorter rest times in between the pushup sets, and even though my body is still sore, it is sore in less severe kinds of ways, so there surely are ongoing improvements.

Finally did 100 push-ups today but still can't do 40 to 50 in a stretch yet. Anyways, consistency still remains the goal, here is today's report.
First round, 35+20= 55 push-ups.
Second round 35+10= 45 push-ups.

Frequently, I have several weeks in which I am stuck at a certain maximum pushup amounts per set, yet there might be some days that I have been able to do more purshups during that day or even more pushups during each of my pushup sets.

I also was not able to do 50 per pushup set until my 44th day, and surely I was not even consistently able to do 50 per set until recently, but even now, once in a while, I am not able to do 50 pushups in a set... and yeah of course, I am currently on my 201st day of doing pushups, and I have had right more than 5 sets in which I got 70-ish pushups in a set... but even in recent times, I still tend to stick in the 50-ish range of pushups per set most of the time.

I feel like the more I concentrate on adding more exercises to the routine the easier the push-ups get. I decided today I was going to try and challenge myself a little by doing my 100 push-ups as slow as possible while maintaining the most control possible. It actually felt really good. I think I’m going to start trying to do my sets as slow as possible instead of exploding off the ground and see how that effects me.

It is up to you if you want to provide pictures.... and also keep in mind OPSec, too... If you post pictures of something like body pics of you before and after, then that might be interesting or we might not be able to see any differences, yet it would be completely up to you to choose to post any pics, and not necessary to post any pics in terms of your participating in this thread.

So, for example if a newbie member, such as you, posts images, the images will not be visible through the newbie member's post, yet if a higher rank member agrees to repost the images by quoting your post, then the images will show up through the post of the member who ended up quoting your post.  None of that would be in itself against any forum rules as long as another forum member agreed to quote your post(s) with image(s).

You have really been Committed to this and I must say it's quite admirable
Always get a mention on my notifier by you everyday cause of this.
Absence did limit the fire I had in the start
Now I just work out for leisure, that I don't think the results are worth mentioning been abysmal.

I have now gone 21 days in this pushups challenge which is 3 weeks of consistency and to be honest am really enjoying this challenge because I have seen good changes both in my health and my body. I have found a way of relieving pains in this challenge and that is running on a treadmill after each session, it helps to strengthen the muscles and also burn some calories and i have been able to divide each of my sessions to two rounds, it makes me not to become sore and makes it more easier for me because instead of going like 50 pushups at a go,  i do 25 thrusts then rest a little and do the remaining 25 again, it's so easy for me now. This time around I was able to reach 100 pushups in 3 days out of the 7 days I'm really so excited with my improvements.

This thread is pretty good for our health, I have really miss the thread for quite some time now but that didn't stop me from doing my push ups challenge I did a total of 2300 push ups in 23 days average of 100 push ups per day. I did different types of upper body workout, which helped me to achieve a good upper body, I would have loved to post my picture but dou to the fact that newbie is not allowed to post a picture that's why.

It is up to you if you want to provide pictures.... and also keep in mind OPSec, too... If you post pictures of something like body pics of you before and after, then that might be interesting or we might not be able to see any differences, yet it would be completely up to you to choose to post any pics, and not necessary to post any pics in terms of your participating in this thread.

So, for example if a newbie member, such as you, posts images, the images will not be visible through the newbie member's post, yet if a higher rank member agrees to repost the images by quoting your post, then the images will show up through the post of the member who ended up quoting your post.  None of that would be in itself against any forum rules as long as another forum member agreed to quote your post(s) with image(s). 

Yeah for sure anyone can decide to use images or pictures to show either their body build ups or about records of their individual progress, as for me the reason why I post pictures of my pushups report sheet here is for record purposes incase anything happens to my notebook so that I can have where to fall back to and retrieve the records again.

Undoubtedly if only one can see the pushups exercise as a fun play it will be more easier doing it just as you have made mentioned that if on e could easy pushups then pushups will be hard then if one could do hard pushups the pushups will become easier, a lot of mistakes alot of will keep doing is to seeing the pushups exercise as a burden by not freeing their minds and do as much comfortable pushups they can do with the hope of improving as time goes on.

200days Mile stone isn’t an easy reach and to have kept up with the challenge this far, you really have a determined mind for the go. It’s something that should come with a lot of proud moment for you and the result is in itself, enticing.

I am still in a bit of a process of preparing for a 1,000 pushup day, and so far, since July 22, I have had 7 days of pushups of more than 400 pushups in a day, so I am thinking that I am getting close to being ready for a larger pushup day, including something like an attempt at a 1,000 pushups day, so I guess in some sense, I might be ready too soon.. my body seems to be ready too soon.

400 push-ups for a day isn’t a bad one, I consider it to be really much even. For someone who started from about a 100 push-ups and have been able to achieve that much replica for a day, it’s great. The activity however is to keep fit and build endurance so, you’ll be mindful and maybe flip between high and lows some days. You don’t have to over work the muscles.

I am afraid that if I decrease my pushups, like I had done earlier (especially through most of June and into the first week or two of July), then I feel like I am going to lose momentum again, even though some kind of a reduction in my pushups might be the right thing for me to do.

A bit of a current dilemma.

That could happen or will happen. When it does happen, you challenge yourself yet again and continue.
