One major reason am happy to be here is that am getting three things all at once. Firstly, steady fitness which supports health, secondly, pushing daily for Bitcoin to stay above $100k, and then finally, getting to interact daily with people in this community and learning from there experience and encouragements too.

Even though we are our own motivation, and we first decide to be disciplined and consistent in been part of this challenge, I must also commend members here who are always active and reporting, also giving and/or sharing there daily experiences and exercise pattern here, it's really encourage and a privilege. We keep pushing.

Today, I went to a restaurant for dinner with my family. Towards evening, I did my push-ups and did half an hour of deep stretching, which felt really relaxed.

Yes, every person has their own decision to prepare physically. No one else will make your decision, you always have to make your own decision. I can choose any time in the morning or afternoon for my daily push-ups because whenever I have the opportunity, I complete the push-ups as I have the opportunity.I did push-ups in the morning today and in the afternoon I still did a few sets of push-ups.If the body is healthy, it will be ready to accept any pressure that can be put on it, but it should be applied according to its capacity and never overloaded, as this will be counterproductive.

I woke up this morning and did push-ups in a cool environment and I also completed a few sets in the afternoon. I completed a total of 150 push-ups in 5 sets this morning and afternoon combined.

Haha, sounds funny but crazy and indecisive. Why inform us of your starting first? So that we can actually do what for you? Maybe we can all be in attendance at your first day out and then take records or count your reps and/or appluade you for your efforts? Bulshit!

No need for procrastination. Getting started is the deal. The reports here and members here should be enough encouragement anyone who comes first should need. The rest depends on you to take a physical move and keep up with the push. After all, its your own fitness, its for your own health, not mine. I'm not going to say I don't understand the point you are trying to make because I do understand it but I am not looking for motivation or validation, seeing the thread and the number of people participating in it is motivation enough for me to want to join.

Then start already! No time is too late to begin your report. Hell, look at me, I loved the whole effort being put into this place and I began from somewhere. I admit that the thought of starting something you must have dropped for a long time can feel daunting but it's the little drops of water that makes a mighty ocean. You can begin small then when you get the hang of it, you up your ante. There's no pressure bruh.

I started today, since we are allowed to do in sets I was able to run 3 sets of 10 pushups today which got my total to 30 pushups, not the best start but it is a start regardless and I'm proud of myself for being able to start, I'm looking forward to being evenore proud of myself when I stay consistent and see the changes in this exercise will have in my body in the long run.

Happy Sunday workout. I'd been stretching my legs yesterday to prepare for today, so it was a heavy leg workout—not with weights, but with reps.
I generally prefer working with my own body weight. Some call it calistanics, but it doesn't matter what you call it. To warm up, I did pushups and jump rope.
