100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

I just realised that I have unintentionally but consistently made my reports here mostly every 3 days and this borders on time and also influences my number of pushups too. This is a report for 3 days of 100, 60 and 120 pushups. Sometimes our plans don't go the way we want but matters too is the willingness to continue the exercise. In a bid to make up for yesterday, I almost pushed beyond my limits today after starting out with 35 pushups in the first set, another 35 and then 30. With a closing set of 20 pushups in the evening, now how do I handle an Aching Chest?

Bitcoin has gone far below $100k and I think it's time to get more serious in our daily pushups. The Bull market is speeding into the thin cloud and investors' would have to accept reality and focus on buying instead of panicking about volatility.

Bitcoin has gone far below $100k and I think it's time to get more serious in our daily pushups. The Bull market is speeding into the thin cloud and investors' would have to accept reality and focus on buying instead of panicking about volatility.

Surely, since Bitcoin is highly volatile, buying more from the Dip for investors who still have extra cash and/or consistent DCAing should be the best option now, nothing more. No panic, don't fret. Volatility is just it's nature.


Seems like I got extra strength today, or maybe I have stayed too long on my previous daily numbers, and today, more number of push ups were added. It's a today of 150 Push ups done today, while yesterday was my normal 120.

You sound too sure that we will not experience a new ATH I'm price of Bitcoin this year or in the nearest possible time and I find it difficult to believe that because because Bitcoin been what it is, is full of surprises and volatility, meaning, it can depreciate and/or appreciate at anytime. So speaking with so much certainty that we will not experience another ATH is not real and may not hold facts.

That we experienced 4 ATH in the price of bitcoin this year(2025) proves that fact that Bitcoin is just ups and downs and is nearly unpredictable. Since it's bitcoin, anything is possible, really possible. I will just keep my fingers crossed, with continuous DCA buys while I remain positive. While I keep accumulating, I also keep pushing for bodily fitness and health.

You need to give a timeline, since there were many instances in which bitcoin was trying to get to $50k.

I think that you are referring to the time around summer 2024, and that period did not work out very well for those who were selling bitcoin (rather than buying it) in those times.  Think about Germany.  yeah, there are probably other examples, including yourself who was ongoingly focused on down (and/or failur to go up) that did not end up happening.. so in essence, you are trying to say this time is the same, but you are going to make the same mistake and fuck around thinking about down rather than focusing on buying?

Ultimately it is your choice how to treat these kinds of periods.. and yeah being a bitcoin "investor" is not all beds of roses and/or smooth sailing.

Well, to be honest, something else has to motivate you to work out asides from hoping for a ride in price else your drive could drop further if Bitcoin continues to dip. I see you're hyped about a good day today and that's very good. If there is no optimism, there can't be progress.
I worked up the nerve to do a little heavy lifting and I tell you, this would be the last. Let me stick to my dumbbells, thank you very much. Put in 120 cause I'm just in a good mood.

Bitcoin price going down below $100, 000 has been a shock for many investors whose price projection were not flexible to include that there can be a possible price reversal that can drop down below $100,000 this year even after the latest ATH.

Is imminent that people will show fear and disappointment whenever bitcoin price drops to a big scale from it ATH with the price not looking as though it will rebounce soonest typically as we going closer to end of the bull season by calculation, given bitcoin history.

But there has been couples of relevant changes with bitcoin price performance in this circle right from 2024 to 2025, set off by economic policies and approvals that have made bitcoin price quite difficult to predict this period what direction the price will go, up or down, therefore causing much littered speculations of a furtherance in price drop to $50,000 despite the strong support level that can be found in $85,500 level, which has been my area of concern as the lowest bitcoin price might go.

Sometimes you make me laugh honestly, we are almost saying the same thing here, you can be planning to buy and hold today but the next man maybe planning on selling and not hold any, that makes our thinking and planning different and you can't expect me to buy when I feel like doing the opposite. This is Bitcoin we're talking about and we know how it always struggle to move up especially and that's the time people start thinking differently weather to buy or to sell. Again, we can expect our plan to yield the best when we invest or trade but at the end Bitcoin will surprise us and we end up falling on the losing side, there are some situation where we get it right and it doesn't mean we are the best at what we do.

Every investors has the right to panic over the recent fluctuation of Bitcoin price in the parallel market but that doesn't not encourage any investors to be considering of gambling with his Bitcoin portfolio instead of focusing on accumulating more Bitcoin now that the opportunity is here because Bitcoin will not continue falling for ever, it will surely bance back that every investors that was able hold there Bitcoin will smile later run, so what we are experiencing in the fluctuation of Bitcoin price is due to its nature in the market. Today was very hatic for me but i still find time to do my pushups before today could runs out without doing push-ups, i added 20 push-ups in 10 sets.

Price drops below major levels will always worry people, but acting based on fear or sentiment usually leads to inconsistent decisions. Bitcoin has shown many times that sharp pullbacks can happen even in strong market phases, especially when macro policy shifts or large holders move supply. Instead of trying to predict exact bottoms, having a clear, steady buying plan removes a lot of the emotional pressure. As long as your accumulation is tied to your own cash flow and longterm horizon, these short-term moves matter far less.

I have felt when bitcoin is at ATH even several times this year so why should we be disappointed and feel afraid when there is a correction like this? We don't need to be naive that in the end the conditions of increase and decrease are normal but even though we may be in an aggressive point even though we should realize that the increase and decrease is a natural thing in bitcoin.

Do not over-dramatize the situation because it could be that with your thinking that thinks as if the decline is a disaster it makes you wrong in deciding.
Some consider this a disaster but instead it will be considered a blessing for others because they can buy bitcoin again at a discount.

It doesn't feel like I'm already at 299 days of following this challenge (although not full 299 days in a row) and tomorrow is my 300th day for the challenge.
As a form of appreciation I plan to do 300 push ups tomorrow in addition.
Obviously this may not be an easy thing because usually I only do 100 a day and for tomorrow x3 for that matter but I am determined to do it.

Every investors has the right to panic over the recent fluctuation of Bitcoin price in the parallel but that doesn't not encourage any investors to be considering of gambling with his Bitcoin portfolio instead of focusing on accumulating more Bitcoin now that the opportunity is here because Bitcoin will continue falling for ever, it will surely bance back that every investors that was able hold there Bitcoin will smile later run, so what we are experiencing in the fluctuation of Bitcoin price is due to its nature in the market. Today was very hatic for me but i still find time to do my pushups before today could runs out without doing push-ups, i added 20 push-ups in 10 sets.

Of course, everyone is going to have feelings when the BTC is going up or down, and those feelings likely relate to your position size.

Each of us has a right to have feelings.

Yet, at the same time, we are supposed to be putting systems and practices place so that we lessen the intensity of our feelings.

If we have poor systems and practices in place then yeah we are likely to panic more.

Also we might theorize about our level of panic, yet when we actually invest and we actually go through BTC price drops like the recent ones, then then going through such experiences is likely going to help us to better be able to handle such experiences and maybe even perhaps identify places in which we might need to tweak some of our practices to improve what we are doing.

Of course, there is no guarantee that the BTC price will bounce back and we end up in merely a correction rather than  transitioning into a bear market, and guys are going to feel so stupid if they end up selling too much too soon.

it has happened so much in bitcoin's history where guys sell way too much too soon and they also fail/refuse to accumulate in an ongoing way, and they end up with way less bitcoin than they could have had or should have had merely because they were too busy fucking around with expectations that the BTC price is going down further just because they perceive "everyone is saying it."  Sure, sometimes it might end up working out for them, even though sure maybe all they do is increase their holdings by 2-5% at best... when they probably would have had been way better off to just keep buying and to also end up increasing their BTC stash rather than taking chances by either selling some of their BTC or changing their accumulation strategies by failing /refuse to continue to buy.

I am not proclaiming to know shit, except that I frequently witness guys who spend a lot of time preparing for down and blah blah blah.. while at the same time failing/refusing to sufficiently prepare for up, and many of us likely recognize/appreciate that bitcoin has been and continues to be such an asset with so much upside potential that there are great needs to be preparing for UP since we can never really know when bitcoin prices might do some kind of a staircasing upward step without ever coming back down to earlier price levels.
