 I  shovel tons of snow and did the pushups.

 but I just got plowed in which I will not do until Monday.

I will be having cake and steak tomorrow.

I love your consistency and the way you maintain and add up progressively on your daily pushup, with this way your body will take it in easily without much pressure to the joints.

Today was my birthday. I am 69.

I can do 10 sets of 20monday
About 200 stairs up and down
Plus 20 minutes on a stationary bike.

But the muscles
The breathing will be able to do that day after day until joints hurt.  [pleasure of being 69 with decent muscle tone]

So I back off  and do the reasonable able and zero joint pain.


Now Sunday and Monday I cleared my house from 10-12 inches of snow.

I am sore but I still did the puships today.

The snow clearing was three 25 minute sessions  on both Sunday and Monday.

Clearing snow is a heavy duty workout which involves weight lifting and cardio.

It's why every year a few people die doing it.

We had 2 snow shoveling deaths one in New Jersey and one in New York.

It's why I did my work in six separate sessions.

I am really sore right  now. BUT I will hopefully do 20+20 push ups for the 27th.

By starting pushups again my muscle pain is decreasing a lot and my performance is increasing. I am gradually increasing the number of pushups and like 4 more than yesterday. With the current stable state of Bitcoin price or the possibility of future increase, the number of pushups will gradually increase mentally and physically for me to be tempted to carry it in a positive direction.

Feeling more flexible, happy and the pain I experienced yesterday during my last push is gone.
This morning my spirit was high and I did more push ups while listening to some music and surpassing
yesterday push ups record.

Is called the Wheel roller, it comes with a little knee pad where you knee on before your start pushing the roller forward and stretch yourself then roll it back to the point where you started and you mustn't do it like you're lying down, what I mean is don't let your stomach to hit the ground, you suspend your self like your doing the plank exercise... keep doing this, by time you know it you'd start feeling the effects on your abs...for me after I'm done working with the Wheel roller I end it up with a little push up, if you continue for 3 days you'd feel pains all over especially your arms and abs.

Oh. It sounds like work  . So if I get you right, this works like you're trying to do a pushup, only that you have this wheel roller like you called it to push up and down right? That tracks. Anyways, I added 120 today after I carried out some other exercises. Here's my report.

Work out, push up they are all good let's say that doing exercises is a healthy medicine or medication, before we can start seeing improvement in muscle with only push up then it must be done consistently morning and evening but this is mostly for guys women are not supposed to look very muscular it can scare men coming around, i mostly do modified push up as a woman though am not even consistent with it but i manage to add 65 modify push up.

It's always like that, consistency takes away the Normal that comes alongside starting push ups when you have away for a long time or just starting it for the first time. The more you go, the more your muscles adjust. Weldon mate.

It's been almost two weeks off the floor. A little laziness, a little rest, a little I will do it tomorrow, and now it's 2 weeks off. A bad one, and I know the feeling is quite different from daily exercises. I had to get back to the floor this morning for a better health and stability, and it really feels good, though I got tired so early

Just 80 push ups added today. Of course, it's slow and steady, no rushing till I build better

I woke up feeling much better this morning, thank goodness. I wasn't feeling sick.
So I did push-ups whenever I had some time during the day, and even worked on my abs.
I don't want to neglect my abs right now because I feel like my abdominal muscles are losing weight when I don't do them. So I want to work them out as much as possible. I'm adding 100 push-ups to my report.

Staying without push up is like starving one self ,I keep pushing no matter the situation, I feel sorry to whom that run out of push up ,keep pushing, except you are sick.

That is one of the sweetest part of pushups when you consistent with your daily exercise, i do recommend to any members that has not been into push-ups exercise before and that come across this push-ups challenge thread which wish to follow up push-ups thread should not be in a hurry to start with 100 push-ups daily as the name of the thread is apply, as New members you can start with the number push-ups your can carry at the moment then as you progress with your daily push-ups exercise that is is how your body will become more lighter to to increase your number of push-ups without adding any more force or stress in increasing your number of push-ups, so @laijsica just continue pushing and there are more values to be added in you.
