Even though I only did 100 push-ups today, it's better than nothing. Here's today's report:

Even though I didn't go to the gym today, I believe I had a good workout.
I did 20 minutes of abdominal exercises, mainly planks. I also did 100 push-ups and 50 diamond push-ups. My pushing strength is coming back, and I believe it will get even better.

I think we need to add more effort to make Bitcoin see another $100k again that's if it will work...is being a long while since we saw 6 digits and no one can say the market movement is healthy because as of last year it has been dropping and not going up to the amount we all are expecting it to be, today $85k tomorrow $90k and now is $89k, like when are we going to see it raise to $100k?

I was busy and did all 40 in 1 set.

I can really feel the 40 in shoulder muscles.

Maybe you are getting built up to higher levels of pushup sets.  It is one thing to do more pushup within the pushup sets once in a while, but it can be more challenging to do that many every day, and it seems to me that split set pyramids are probably better, even though you seem to have had come a long way in the last year, and if you are doing them every day, then it is not as bad as if you were doing them just once or twice a week... meaning that your body might remain a bit warmed up from the previous day. 

I know sometimes if I do several sets in a day, then the next day I might be still warmed up from my pushups on the previous day.

Are you doing all of these flat or are you using the stairs?

We're doing the 100k challenge, and I completed 100 days with 100 push-ups.

 Here's the report for the first 100 days since I started:

• I struggled quite a bit at first because I was overweight. We're talking about approximately ~20 kg.
• I gradually sped up as I found my rhythm, and after a while I realized I wasn't getting tired of doing push-ups anymore. This led to an increase in my daily routine.
• In 100 days (and of course, the actual number is higher when you include the days I didn't take push-ups) and with a strict diet, I lost 12 kg.
• My life is much easier now; I even feel like I can breathe easily while sleeping at night.

I never thought I'd give up if I continued with such determination one day. You know, I was one of those people who started a diet on Monday and finished it on Tuesday.

However, if this topic and the Turkish thread that led to it hadn't been started by @EFS, I might still be that passive character with 20 kg of excess weight.

What I liked most was that it taught me consistency. Thank you all, my friends, for bringing this up and undertaking such an initiative.

We can see it hit six figures when more hands buy and don't get in a haste to sell. Bitcoin price is just shaky at the moment and the only effort we can do for it's price to go up is not just by upping our pushup game but take action, and also be optimistic that more institutions would purchase as well.

I couldn't register my report yesterday due to a very tight schedule but I was able to fit in something today and honestly I'm glad I could put in some work since I've noticed that whenever I slack, I tend to enjoy the slacking which isn't good.

At least I'm training as much as possible. And thanks to the push-up challenge, I have push-ups every day.
Tomorrow I'm planning to do cardio and boxing, hopefully there won't be any changes to the plan, I need cardio. And after the workout, a sauna to relax a bit.

This week isn’t that bad, just one day missed  but I maintained the 100 Pushups/day, yesterday I did  120 but I was back to 100  again today.

Sometimes we need to take break and follow the strategy of being re-energized. This is not laziness. I would call this kind of mentality a physical need because our organs understand when they need to rest and when they need to be stimulated. It sends signals to our brain and we focus on that.
