I hate being sick, is like whenever it happens ever access to what you do will be on shut down completely, the food you eat activities you engage in will all stop. That is why we should put our health first but we have many who put their work first with them knowing. You'd see some persons going to work with illness just because they don't want to lose their job, that is punishment in another level. What ever we do please we all should do whatever it takes to stay healthy.

I couldn't recover for two days after my leg workout. It was a bit too intense. I massaged my legs with a Formol roller and did some deep stretching, but it took two whole days for the pain to subside.
Even though I'm eating well, it's not a problem because I'll be better at my next workout. Today I only did push-ups, I'm adding 100 reps to the report.

I think that's because you posted after cutout time but the bot posted 4 hours delayed, so it didn't show up. If the bot posted at its usual time, it wouldn't count yours anyway.

Today was busy but I slept for some hours in the evening and felt refreshed, then did my daily push-ups. Now it's time to watch some NBA games and chillin' at home.

ThankGod is Friday, as they always say it and when ever it reaches Friday most people are always happy, i don't know for any other person in this thread, how he actually feels when it comes to Friday like this but for me i always feel extremely happy when ever it is Friday because weekend is comes absolutely rest and time to spend with your family, and if you are football lovers, you will have time for yourself to watch different Leagues. I can remember that i predicted about the fluctuation of Bitcoin few days back, i will still repeat myself because I'm still having the strong feelings, if you watch vividly you will notice that Bitcoin price has not fall below $60k  no matter the fluctuation of Bitcoin price in the market and still the fluctuation is within the range of $60k to $71k , which means a surprise of Bitcoin adding more in value can happen anytime soon, so buying and accumulating as you can, by having your discretionary income which determine your level of level of consistency. I added my pushups report which i archived in sets 210.

Health is wealth if you are not feeling fine or not strong in the body you can't go out to make money or go out to your business place or work place at that time you are not making money unless there are people who make money for you through what you have established already but most importantly its better we stay healthy and strong.

This week Tuesday and Wednesday i didn't do my push up i has some malaria which made my body system to be weak but with help of medicine i took i got ok, i did 50 push up on Sunday evening completed 100 on Monday 100 on Thursday while 50 this morning.

Today I had a shoulder workout. I did a lot of handstand practice.
I also worked with a barbell, doing exercises like front raises, shrugs, and military presses. I did 100 push-ups at the beginning of the workout, which I'm adding to the report.
Thankfully, about 80% of my leg pain is gone today. Since it's not completely gone, I did 15-20 minutes of yoga and stretching in the evening. I can say I feel much better now.

This week I did two long walks, noticed some changes  on my calfs too which has to be the effect of the added exercises.

It's been a long time I ride bicycle using sports bike after my push you I still have some energy I use the bicycle to cover some miles within my geographical location which strengthen more my nerves, muscle and all part of the body mostly the joint are all at work, though it's some how stressful for me as I seated for long and pushing with pressure by bomb was little painful but I enjoyed it as it's more widden my exercise beyond just push up, bicycle riding is good.

Leg exercises are really painful but if you can do it, it is very beneficial for the body. You have done leg exercises with a roller but I have done leg exercises a little differently till my waist. My exercise is to stand up and sit with my hands on my waist. I have stood up and sat down like this for 40 times and I can see that my leg muscles and thighs along with my waist are very sore and there is a lot of pressure in my stomach. After that I tried doing kegel exercises. However, if I can continue my exercises like this, then I will be able to improve and feel refreshed physically a lot.
