I think a newbie being aggressive isn’t a case of emotional thing but how much discretionary income they have at the end of the month, and how much can they be Able to allocate to buying of Bitcoin from their discretionary income without affecting their basic needs and also their emotions. You could choose to buy aggressive Without having that discretionary income or you may even have but can’t afford to lose such discretionary income on buying aggressively.
Sometimes we are left with choice of sharing our discretionary income into other stuffs, like building emergency funds, reserve funds etc. such person can’t go into aggressive buying or over aggressive buying because it will affect the other things the discretionary income can do.
It's not a good investment practice to buy bitcoin over aggressively regardless the size of your discretionary income because when you buy over aggressively, it means that you are buying beyond your discretionary income and that's the same thing as gambling because you will definitely sell those bitcoin when you needs arises at a lower price if the price of bitcoin is below your entry point. You don't need to buy aggressively when you don't know how to do it so that you don't over do it. Buying aggressively is based on your financial situation playing around you at that moment and it's easy for someone with a well organized financial system and his backup funds are already in place. I think an investor should buy in excess only when his emergency fund is adequate. And his discretionary income is high. If he has any of these less then he does not need to buy investments in an aggressive manner, if someone buys in excess and because of this if he has to get involved in any kind of loan then he will not be able to go far with his investment and at some point he may have to sell his investment due to pressure. So an investor should always use his own judgment properly and then develop an aggressive attitude in investing

Whether new or old investors using DCA strategy there's no point worrying about price movement because it's irrelevant even when you knows it.
Right on 👍 that just the whole superpower of having a DCA Plan. When an individual stick to a strict routine or even automate your buys, daily chart watching will completely be a useless noise. No need to care weather if your red or green candles are flashing, all because you plans are alrady locked in. It literally takes out the daily emotional roller coaster out of investment and will allow you to focus on what matters…… living your life and stacking sats. That just it with DCA, that total conveniency it provide and that stress free position it put you. I still wonder how people will still not want to use this strategy in accumulating bitcoin. Those who use strategy like buy the Dip are always on their chat, predicting and praying the dip comes so they can invest in bitcoin. For me I see that as a total wast of time, that time could be used for something more productive and use the income to get more discretionary income. The less you keep tabs on your portfolio, the lesser risk you are in getting emotionally challenged about making bad decisions about your holdings. That exactly what DCA provides, it keeps you totally focused on how to accumulate more rather than checking chats every now and then.

Honestly DCA strategy provides an investor with opportunity to always buy the dip without always waiting for the dip, that's why it becomes easier and beautiful to plan aggressive buying to seize the dip not only if there is opportunity funds, but then opportunity funds now becomes a facilitator to aggressive buying during the dip. This happens effortlessly without market pressure and what's your view? Under this condition, the interpretation of the dip is absolutely different from the interpretation by abject dip buyers. As in, the dip is perceived at different intensity and that will mean a DCA strategist who has plans for aggressive buying during the dip will be able to buy the dip while abject dip buyers are still waiting to buy the dip, it's that simple and possible.
Opportunity funds as you may call it, is not only a facilitator to aggressive buying during dips alone as you can always get to buy aggressively at any market price provided you have the funds or financial power to do so. If such opportunity funds is available to an investor who is ongoingly investing with the DCA, he can decide to seize the opportunity and buy aggressively as he wants without getting to wait to do it when its dip because he can actually buy aggressively at any market price. Conclusively, aggressive buying can be done at any market price. Your idea is wrong and you are misleading the newbies, it is natural that if you buy Bitcoin aggressively, that is, aggressively, you will face danger. Because if you have all the money and use all this money, then what will you do with that danger if you face danger at any time later? Because you bought Bitcoin aggressively with all the money you had. You have formed an emergency fund to buy Bitcoin, so you may be forced to sell your Bitcoin investment in the middle. So I did not like your idea in any way. You cannot say this, because if the newbies follow your plan, they will fail to sustain their Bitcoin investment for a long time. As a result, Bitcoin will be Shahrukh, and all the plans we are making will be abused as failures. So I think you should never buy Bitcoin aggressively, which will hinder your long-term holding. You seem to be mixing up investing overaggressive with investing aggressively. I frequently suggest that guys should try to invest in bitcoin as aggressively as they can without overdoing it, and each guy has to decide how much he want to invest. If the guy is investing within the scope of his discretionary funds, then he may well be investing within reasonable confines, yet from his discretionary funds, he has to figure out how much he wants to invest, how much to save and how much to discretionarily spend. Those are his choices, and if he has $100 each week and he allocates $33 to each category then that might be reasonable, yet is also might be reasonable for him to allocate 80/10/10.. Those are choices, yet if he screws up, then he will have to be accountable for his screw ups. I think that sometimes an investor can make aggressive investments, considering the market situation and his financial condition. For example, an investor is making continuous investments and at some stages of investing he feels that the market is coming down relatively and at that time he has some extra money, then he can make a little aggressive investment at that time along with continuous purchases, thereby making good use of his opportunity. However, excessive aggressive investments cannot be made, if due to excessive aggressive investments we are not able to meet our basic needs, and if financial problems start after the purchase due to unplanned excessive purchases, then it can have a bad effect on the investment later. So I think that we should continue investing as consistently as possible and according to the market situation and according to our financial condition, some aggressive purchases can be made at times.

So an investor should always use his own judgment properly and then develop an aggressive attitude in investing You should not compare your emergency fund with your investments. You said that when an investor has a high emergency fund, he can invest aggressively, do you mean that the investor will use money from the emergency fund to invest aggressively? If your attitude is that you will use emergency fund for investment, then I would say that your idea is going in the wrong direction, emergency fund is not mainly made for aggressive investment but to ensure the safety of investment. There is no guarantee that you will not suddenly need it while investing or after investing, and if you are not financially prepared at that time, it can have a bad effect on your investment, that is, you may have to decide to sell your investment to meet the need at that time. So that you do not have to sell your investment for that unexpected need, that is why an emergency fund is formed. Yes, I will support the second point you made that if discretionary income is high, you can invest aggressively.

Sometimes they don't do it in the style you say they have, so they are a little reluctant to use that strategy and prefer to choose based on what they think. It's true that we each have our own perceptions, but if there's a perception that makes it easier for us to accumulate Bitcoin, I think this is something worth listening to because it makes it easier, not harder. However, I also wonder why many people still choose to hold their own. Everyone's income is different, and having different incomes can lead to selfishness, with the goal of keeping everyone from knowing how much income we each have. This is one of the issues, in my opinion. However, if everyone listened, the DCA strategy would be easy to use simultaneously without waiting for a market downturn, because no one knows when a downturn will occur. This is because of the fear of loss, which prevents them from investing large amounts, arguing that they are not ready to accept the risk at that time, so they choose to stick with small amounts. With the idea you mentioned, they are not yet able to make decisions if those decisions lead to things that will lead to failure in ownership.

No, you are not getting what he was trying to say. If am not wrong, I believe that he was trying to say that if your emergency funds is already adequate, which is it's already huge enough to sustain you and your investment for a period of three months if their is a loss of job, you can invest aggressively, like 60-66% of your discretionary income, not from his emergency funds as you are thinking about. Because at that point, your emergency funds is already in place, so their is no need to be putting more money there, but instead, you can channel that funds into your weekly or monthly accumulation.

Investing beyond your means and being a novice investor should be viewed differently. Assume that two individuals begin purchasing Bitcoin simultaneously. After subtracting all necessary expenses, the first of them might have a sizable monthly discretionary income. However, after covering essential costs, the second might have a tiny amount of discretionary income. In this case, the first person's decision to invest a significant portion of his discretionary income in Bitcoin cannot be deemed incorrect simply because he is new.Because, in addition to the amount he invests, you must consider his ability to invest.
I agree that even if you invest within your means, falling market prices can make you uncomfortable. However, this possibility is not limited to beginners. Experienced people may also be concerned about their decisions.

The point is that some people enjoy gambling, even though most people are aware of how unpredictable Bitcoin is. They will continue to gamble with their chance to begin investing in Bitcoin regardless of what you tell them. Many of them later regret it because they never make another investment because they believe they will always have the chance to buy the dip. It's possible that the price of Bitcoin won't fall to their anticipated level, and even if it does, it might not hit their desired level.
They simply wait for the price of Bitcoin to rebound and keep rising.I know someone who was unable to make another Bitcoin investment due to this ongoing waiting for the price to decline. He had money to invest in Bitcoin during the previous bull run, but he anticipated a further decline in price. He lost the chance because of that. He only recently decided to resume investing in Bitcoin. Considering where the price of Bitcoin is now, he would have been extremely happy if he had invested when it was around $40,000.
I find your initial premise highly misleading gambling cannot be classified as investment the two are conceptually entirely distinct. If you have a specific price point in mind for purchasing Bitcoin, I believe this is a major investment error, as you end up perpetually waiting for that desired price to be reached. It is far better to begin investing rather than to keep waiting; by starting, you will gain familiarity and new experience, which serves as a foundation for learning. Investment success is not achieved through procrastination, but rather through consistent asset accumulation whenever you are in a position to make a purchase.

There is so much that has to do with waiting to buy the dip, so many things to be worried about. People who wait for the dip are not only scared to buy when the price of Bitcoin is increasing, but sometimes they are scared of some dips. They are not just interested in buying the dip, but there is a particular dip that they are more interested in for buying Bitcoin. When you are focusing just on buying Bitcoin, the price of when to buy Bitcoin won't be a problem; you just buy at all times when you can afford to buy.
Whether they are waiting for a particular dip before they buy or not they are actually wasting their time because even if I should consider that a speculation, it is not all speculations that always occur exactly the way someone planned or hope for it which means price can approach those area and still retrace back and you will end regretting why it didn't just come and hit the price you planned and by so doing you are also missing out opportunity and time they would have started growing their investment. Waiting for a price drop means wasting both time and opportunity. Moreover there is no way to know when a price drop might occur. It is merely a speculation. That said, experienced individuals like you may be able to make reasonably good forecasts. Therefore, rather than regreting, it is better to invest in Bitcoin consistently. By following a regular dollar cost averaging strategy, you will not need to worry about whether the price goes up or down. It is not possible for anyone to accurately predict when the market will fall. Many people miss a major market rise while waiting for a certain price. Sometimes, even after reaching the desired price, they hesitate to invest in the hope of a lower price. In this way, waiting for the perfect entry price, many times they do not start investing. If you want to collect Bitcoin in the long term, it is more important to develop a habit of regular investment. Dollar cost averaging is an effective strategy in this case. You can buy Bitcoin according to your financial capacity at a certain time. There is no need to find the lowest price in the market every time. You do not have to worry too much about short-term price fluctuations. Following DCA does not mean that you should completely ignore the market situation. It is important to understand the fundamentals of Bitcoin and consider the risks before investing. It is also not uncommon to reevaluate your investment plan when there is a major change in the market. However, stopping investment every time the price drops slightly or waiting for a big drop can lose continuity. Instead of missing out on opportunities by waiting for the perfect price, you can consistently accumulate Bitcoin by creating a realistic plan. DCA does not guarantee profits. It essentially helps reduce the extra guesswork involved in timing investments. Financial capability and risk management are much more important than perfect entry prices for long-term investment success. Often, in our pursuit of perfection, we end up losing out on many things. Before starting any endeavor, we frequently convince ourselves that we are not yet capable enough. In reality, there is no such thing as perfect—no perfect timing, no perfect price, and no perfect set of circumstances. Just as the Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) investment strategy cannot guarantee success, no one can predict exactly when a market dip will occur. Simply to begin. Instead of wasting time and opportunities waiting for the perfect price, it is better to identify your discretionary income and start investing in Bitcoin.

Yea, we don't invest with your emergency funds, not at all. If we do that, we are eventually putting our investment to a high degree of risk which can affect us and make us lose our investments to emergencies that we can't handle. The only part of our back up funds that is flexible and that can be used to buy Bitcoin in some situations are our reserved funds. However, if an investor have well established his emergency funds, then it is only wise that he puts lot more of his discretionary into buying BTC weekly or monthly depending on his cash flow, rather than keep stocking up emergency funds.

Falling market should be an added advantage to a long term investor to seize that very opportunity and stack more bitcoin at such a reduced price to build up his portfolio rather than making him uncomfortable. For me, I sincerely think that it’s only when someone is in for making quick gains that’s when a drop in price will get them uncomfortable or maybe instead of them using their discretionary income after sorting out basic necessities to invest , they are investing with the amount they can’t afford to lose or the one they might be needing soon.

You shouldn't make such comparisons between investors.that they discretionary income in not the same and fixed amount, if you continue that way you may be making wrong DCA data collection and your entire analysis will be based on presumably variable that are far from the fact, as a new investor you don't need to set a standard that keeps you at a competitive DCA purchase with others that you don't know they monthly income both for emergency and discretionary, or daily bills. All of that should be properly measured before anyone decides to kick start they bitcoin DCA approach, and this way, no one will be under pressure to take actions based on any form of fomo or hypes that are meant to cause distractions to you as an investor.

Anyone including newbies can be as aggressive as they want within their own means without over doing things and there is nothing wrong with that, risk tolerance and financial position can differ so as level of aggressiveness can differ on different individuals, being aggressive even as a newbie is not actual bad if it's on the level they can be comfortable with, where the problem begins is when they are being over aggressive with their investment which is different from being aggressive.
Have you imagine what it will look like if a newbie acted aggressively and later the market started dropping? Have you imagine the level of pressure that newbie will be, under that circumstance or situation? Perhaps you don't know that is why you said anyone can be aggressive, well I am not saying anyone can not be aggressive. Being aggressive should be in levels and in stages. Newbie can be easily frighten about market condition that is why they have to gain some confident and emotional control before going aggressively.
