What you’re suggesting is a shift system and it’s obviously the right way to go about working a support system. I have had to see notes on some support systems used to notify customers on what time they would be available to take and resolve complaints which is okay. In as much as that is okay, it’s ideal to know that, the support system also serves as a means to sell the casino to prospective customers. No customer or gambler likes to be kept hanging when a response or two could ease their stress in that moment.
As the case might be, an evolving gambling site might not have what it takes to run this but, it’s definitely something worth looking into.

There's a thing called chat support bot where they can just program their chat support, and while I don't want it to happen, that would be better than no response at all or saying that "the support system is sleeping".

Like what the above post has said, I guess there's nothing wrong with waiting for a few hours for a response (unless it is very urgent, and I can't think of any situations that are urgent that you will make a support ticket). I believe there's no perfect customer support system on any website that's available and that includes these online casinos. They can implement chat support bots like I said, but if you as a customer wants a genuine response then at least wait for a few hours. Smiley

I just tested it and faced the same issue. The calendar is hidden in the background behind the form tab. This is a bug they need to fix and make the caledar popup on the front.
But you still can complete the registration and fill the form. All you have to do is to click on the text field where it says "dd/mm/yyyy" instead of clicking on the calendar icon. This way you will be able to fill in the date of birth by typing it manually.

There is no such thing as a chat up until now. There is only a chat bot and as we all know bots don't really help and they can only answer simple problems related to the site, but nothing account related.
Another thing I am encountering at the moment is that I don't receive the login email when I try to log into the account through the browser version. The first time I did that I got the email but now (tried it twice) there is nothing unfortunately, even after waiting several minutes.
