Okay. So I have now tried to contact Whale support since saturday morning with no response as of yet. Yesterday they marked the ticket as solved without even responding. On Friday I placed 3 bets of 1350$ each. The bets won, but the case here is that Whale has not credited back the funds for one of these bets so I am missing about 2800$ from my balance. Some thoughts:

I believe that I have less lucky with the autoplay feature on.
When I put the autoplay, i won very little money and wasted many bets. Clicking each bet I got better results, and better luck.

And I thought I was running bad on this game, you only got half of what I had some weeks ago with 125 spins. So sad. Still of course it’s better than nothing but I think unless you win big on sweet bonanza there is nothing else you can get. Break even almost feels like a win if you manage to achieve that. 

Anyway, hope you can make something win your small win though. There is always the possibility for a big run!

It's still better than nothing though, because sometimes you even get maybe probably like 5$ or even less for that same amount of free spins. Hey guys! I'm happy to announce that Whale has added a free bet feature!

This is great news for sports fans as half of the prizes in our contests will now be paid out not in free spins but in free bets.

I'm actually thinking about adding rules so that the user can choose what he prefers.

I'm not sure about others but I think free bet is a good option for sports betting fans and personally I prefer free bets over free spins. No one is saying you’re lying. It’s just that we’re used to users creating new accounts and making baseless accusations against casinos for various reasons. That’s why forum members don’t take such claims seriously unless solid evidence has been provided.

As I said they marked my ticket from saturday as resolved last night without response, so I no longer have access to that ticket since I had to create a new one to contact them earlier today.

Did you contact them via their Telegram support channel? If you open a ticket when their customer support is unavailable (night time), it will be marked as resolved and closed instantly. You’ll need to reach out to them later.

Don't expect people would easily believe on your claims since there's so many cases that someone create a new account here then troll the casino. That's why its common reaction that people will doubt your case and your intention. But if you have legitimate claims then provably you will be taken care well by their support.

You can somehow see that Whale is reputable casino since if see the ongoing discussion here you could figure out that they are running smooth and other people don't have encounter any issue with them.

Also try to post proof so people can verify if your claims is legitimate.

My only point was the lack of response for several days. But, they finally responded a couple hours ago, and paid out the missing bet which was not automatically paid.

It took some days but everything just got solved out. 3 days is nothing, just needed a little patience.

This is a very good innovation, and I can fully welcome it. It will encourage people who win the bets to actually play (more), so it will certainly help to raise awareness of whale.io and its use among forum members.

To be honest, I find the minimum odds of 1.3 almost a little low, other platforms have significantly higher limits here, for example Sportsbet has a minimum of 1.5. So I don't think there's anything wrong with raising these minimum odds even higher!

Wows that's sweet update from whales and to commend more also on reducing the minimum odd(1.3x) because I think it's the best I have seen so far and it's give the winner a huge chance of atleast claiming the actual winning price too. @Lakai01 it's not a must you play only odds of 1.3x so you playing to your own desired odd is better or do you not want winners of raffle to atleast have high chances of getting something from their winnings?


Also my price of 25$ free spins has been credited and won 15$ worth of TON from the spin but the issue now is withdraw as it kinda taking pretty long to withdraw the price  to my  wallet.
