I agree with that, yes. Sportsbet.io is simply the top dog at the moment and is most likely well above Whale.io in terms of the number of people it employs.

But Whale.io is doing a lot of things right. First and foremost, of course, the focus as a Telegram gambling platform coupled with the website to appeal to so many different customers. Marketing activities have also been stepped up considerably to attract new customers, and not just here in the forum.

I also find the review campaign very exciting, even though I haven't gotten around to writing a review yet. However, I always make a note of points that have caught my eye and will report them collectively to help make the platform even better

Very few casinos this days (and by this days, I mean casinos that was launched in recent years) have softwares built from scratch, and even at that, it can never be all of their softwares.
Like you rightly said, building a software from scratch involves a lot of work,  which might take years due to how much time that is needed to test and correct every error before releasing the software to the public for use, hurrying to release a half baked software can be very detrimental to the business, as hackers can easily identify an error and use it to hack the platform.

So, instead of taking such risk, which is also time wasting as well, most casinos today simply go for the same software that other casinos are using, this ones have been tested and trusted to work, the casino only need to change a few things to sort their own business model, and boom, it's running.

i agree with what you said that it is not a bad thing to take what is already in the market and implement it on your platform... many companies also use the same method like this and there is nothing wrong with it-- in fact it is a good thing that whale.io uses what is already proven to work in the market, meaning they only need to develop a few things, like security, core development, and focus more on the more important things. and it also actually helps the users, meaning people who are already familiar with the interface like that will have no trouble using whale.io

That explains the existence and survival of game provider companies and many casinos use games from third party game providers, big and famous ones. Yes, it’s not clickable. I managed to make a withdrawal and tried to check the transaction ID, but the transaction link is not clickable. Most online crypto casinos provide a transaction ID link. For sure, some users rely on this to verify payments with the receiver. Hopefully, Whale.io will work on enabling clickable transaction ID links.
