Sorry about your experience, i haven't had any problems in Whale.io, so i haven't had any reason to message support recently. I think you can post your complaints here if you don't mind, i have seen @Whale attend to issues of players when posted in this thread, it could just be a quicker fix.

Didn't encounter an issue with them yet that's why I don't experience with such situation. Hopefully will not experience any problem since I don't want to experience any slow or delay response from their support.

But in case you are still not getting the response you want to hear from them better try to contact their forum representative and maybe you will get more faster response as they are active posting updates and answering question posted by people.

Yes, in sports betting one has more control than traditional casino games, and there's no house edge on sports games and that's another plus point. Yeah. Their log-in system is frankly atrocious and I have no idea why it's still in this state even after all this time. They could have simply used a simple system just like most other gambling sites out there.

Didn't log in for a while and just out of curiosity tried the login via email as well. At the first time I tried, nothing happened. 2nd time I got the code in the email, entered it and clicked to confirm and then got back to the starting site without being logged in. 3rd time I didn't get the email. 4th try I got the email again, entered the code and nothing happened, just loading for a couple of seconds and back to the "enter your code" message. At that point unfortunately I had to give up because I didn't see merit in continuing to try. Hope this is getting fixed soon!

I've already had problems with disposable email addresses, which didn't work for me either. However, I then created an alias email address via outlook.com and no longer had any problems with this.

I can only speak for my problem but in my case it was an already registered GMAIL address that I have used sucsessfull many times before.
After typing my address and hitting the button "Get started" the "Loading" message appears and then nothing anymore and I didn't received any Login Code by mail.

Anyway, a few minutes later it was working again like expected

I just tried accessing the casino now and had no issues logging in, but what I do think or believe is that the login system seems to be very slow, I don't know what could be the cause of this, or maybe it has something to do with the method one chooses to login with.

Before now, I have not linked my email address to the casino, my only means of login in was through telegram, I choosed telegram and after the successful verification, what I saw was a blank black screen that stayed up for more than 30 seconds before the site finally loaded fully, this is assume is the login system being slow because after this delay, I did not experience any delays while surfing around the site and even playing games.

Well, we just have to be patient and thats all, like I will always say, nothing created or made by man is completely perfect, when it comes to writing and running codes, errors are imminent, that is, it's unavoidable, there must be some errors and that is why we have testnet, which serves as a playground where developers tests their codes to ensure it's efficiency before moving it to the Mainnet, and even with this, errors still sometimes come up unannounced and most times unnoticed by the team, in such cases, it becomes the responsibility of the users like me and you to call the attention of the team to such errors so it can be fixed, and we also have to understand and be patient with the team as they look for a fix that won't put other parts of the code in jeopardy.

I successfully logged in through telegram though it took a bit of time, I don't know about the email login but if you have your account connected to your telegram account, maybe try that and see if you would have a better experience.

This happened to me a few days ago, I tried to log in here again, and at that time, even after entering the code correctly for the first time, I could not log in. The next time tried again, I could log in properly. I don't know why I had such a problem the first time, but I thought I might have had a network issue. Now I see that you are facing the same situation as I was. You should check your network, see if everything is fine with the connectivity, and try logging in again. Although I had a problem the first time, there was no problem the second time I used it.

What you have to do is to switch off the devices and login again and if it's still disturbed then it is a network problem. And you have to check your internet connection to see if their credit to connect the net or you have exhausted it. There are many factors that caused that.
Probably it is from the downturn of the site or others. But I don't know if you have been restored back but if it happened again you can try the above mentioned. If you are using private network, contact your network providers to see if they can solve the issue. Those are some suggestions I have.

Usually if a single user is facing any issue of connectivity then it is most probably the issue at the gamblers end. Restarting the system, Clearing the browser cache and sometimes even changing the internet connection resolves such problems. However if multiple users are complaining about the issue then it is more likely the problem at the gambling site end. It can be hosting issue or any DDOS attack due to which gambler may find it difficult to connect or login to the site.
