Used whale a lot in the past, always trough that bot Wallet on telegram. Problem is Wallet is now KYC only so that is not an option for me anymore. 

Did someone use cryptobot and is it any good? KYC? Other than that I see now there is some options for deposits/withdrawals directly from blockchain so I guess that should work no matter the bots.

Hello everyone. I was informed that one error related to registration via email has been fixed.

I would love to check but unfortunately I still can't log into my account ( I created through the browser via email ) because I don't get the email to log in. When I registered I got the email so I don't think the problem is my provider. Yet, when I did the registration I didn't get an ID assigned to my account, so that was odd.
Some days ago I reported this login problem already in here and sorry to say but it still exists.

The problem was never with Telegram it was always with the email registration. Please don't doubt your signature campaign manager as the highlighted statement by you sound sarcastic. I did login now with my email and it brought me to the page where I had to enter a few details about me. I did and now it is showing my username which I don't  appreciate.




The reason being they asked me to fill the first name and the second name. I did that and therefore you will see only half part of my username which I go with in the forum. It would be nice if they can add username in that simple application that will display on the profile and everywhere within the casino.

I confirmed that I can log in with my email account. After the message prompts with the basic information, it confirms the details and bonds in my whale.io account. Upon checking, my email is also now verified.

For those who use their email accounts, I guess it's good to add the username input details so players can choose their desired username. It might be a conflict in the future if their name on the basic details are different on their KYC docs if there's any required.

For those who use their email accounts, I guess it's good to add the username input details so players can choose their desired username. It might be a conflict in the future if their name on the basic details are different on their KYC docs if there's any required.

KYC is something we all know will come up when a user makes a good win. The problem here is simple a username will avoid that guy to hide his or her identity from thieves. This is a simple request from to the casino team.

I don't think there will be any issue with the database or adding a new space to thier application after verification of email. I think this is required and the team should work on it as soon as possible.

The problem was never with Telegram it was always with the email registration. Please don't doubt your signature campaign manager as the highlighted statement by you sound sarcastic.

The reason being they asked me to fill the first name and the second name. I did that and therefore you will see only half part of my username which I go with in the forum. It would be nice if they can add username in that simple application that will display on the profile and everywhere within the casino.
It's not a major issue. They have fixed their issue, and after giving the first name and last name like this, they show your first name. Since they have fixed it, they may change it to show their last name later, but it shouldn't be a problem, even if it is like this.

The KYC issue can be used for high security, but since there is no problem now, it is better not to say anything extra about it. But it can be done that the names we will use now should be used in such a way that if we have to do KYC in the future, we should use our names in such a way that there is some name.

Oh yeah, I see that now.

Just attempted the whole registration process and there is an entirely new menu with details to fill after verifying your mail address. You get bio details and country of origin selection amongst others, at least users that sign up from site could get to set their username now.

Whenever I use Whale on Telegram, that box also pops out as well.
TBH, I have doubts on whether I will put my personal information on it or not especially they are asking some sensitive information like you said.

I wonder why the Whale team asks when you're just logging in when you can just give your personal information to them if you're withdrawing huge amounts of money like what other online casinos are doing. I second the suggestion though or maybe put an "Optional" option beside it, or just completely remove it and ask it when withdrawing certain amounts of money.
