It happens, you can't assume you're always right, even with sports betting. Even though, as I said, I absolutely didn't expect both games to go so wrong.

I don't think I'll be betting on the Champions League. The games are all very difficult to predict, I would most likely bet on wins for Barcelona against Dortmund and Arsenal against Real, but even that is too tricky for me, as both Dortmund and Real are playing at home and the cards could well be reshuffled as a result - a combined bet on Barcelona and Arsenal advancing, on the other hand, has odds that are too bad to be worth betting on.

But i get your point, our profile information, like username, user ID, email verification, etc, can be found in 'settings', and our profile page contains information like statistics, tx's, etc, maybe it should be the other way round, but there is no right or wrong in something like this, what's important is to know where the info you are looking for is.

There’s still a lot of room for improvement, especially on the UI side of Whale.io (for example, the menu bar at the bottom can be redesigned to make it look better: the text isn’t well aligned with the icons), but I kind of agree with Lakai about the user ID. That’s not really information that gamblers need to access regularly or urgently. Placing it on the profile page next to or under the username would be great, but I don’t think it needs to be at the top of their to-do list.

I agree with you, there are definitely UI improvements that could be implemented relatively easily and quickly, but in my regular use I honestly wouldn't have noticed any major blockers.

You can also see that Whale.io regularly releases new versions of the UI and fixes problems or adds new features. I think the speed with which problems reported here in the thread are solved is very good!

of course the whale interface will be updated from time to time by the whale team, because there are some sections that seem to need to be improved a bit. but that's not a serious problem, because the current whale interface is quite user friendly and makes it easy for users to navigate. just give the team time and i think they will perfect it all.

Actually your prediction seems quite good, more especially this Real Madrid match against Arsenal. Because Real can never allow Arsenal to win them just like that in this second leg, they most definitely do the needful to enable them secured the victory against Arsenal. Although what would only affect them in this game is just the three goals margin.

On the other hand Bayern Munich stand in a better chance to qualify in this second leg. Because considering their first leg results, it is not that much if only they would be able to get a win with 2 goals or 3 goals against their opponent in this second leg it will going to be very easy them to qualify.

But i get your point, our profile information, like username, user ID, email verification, etc, can be found in 'settings', and our profile page contains information like statistics, tx's, etc, maybe it should be the other way round, but there is no right or wrong in something like this, what's important is to know where the info you are looking for is.

When I was looking for my whale ID, I couldn't find because I kept looking in the profile page because I didn't expect it to be on the settings page. And in my opinion, those two can be merged into one, right?

Regarding the others, I still feel the optimization needed because it takes longer for games to load and making it fast will bring huge difference in the user experience.
