Atalanta are playing very well, they were the better team in the first half and they deserved their equalizer. It is 1-1 now and for the sake of your bet, i do hope that they win the game, though this game is very important for Real Madrid and their champions league hopes, so they may be unstoppable in the second half.

When I click on the text box, the support ticket is closed immediately and I can't tell support what's going on.

From what i understand, the ticket is marked as closed and resolved, but without any interaction on my part, i can still click on the options offered, but when I get to the "Please select" step, no more options appear and I get stuck at that step.

I don't know why you choose Atlanta to win although the stats and form shows that Atlanta are up to the task but c'mon it's Real Madrid we are talking about, so far the game hasn't disappointed as it's filled with lots of goals and lots of action but as it stands currently, I think Atlanta are trailing 2-3 and I doubt if there aren't gonna be any other goal in this thread.

It does not look like it at the moment with Real Madrid leading by three goals and Atalanta playing catch up with two goals and less than 15 minutes left to play. Atalanta would have had a better chance with Vinicius not in this game, they likely would have been able to contain Mbappe and Bellingham, but with Vinicius's return, it makes it harder for them. I think you have lost this your gamble.

it's a good thing if they can solve this problem right away, because not everyone wants to connect their telegram or not everyone has a telegram, so having the option to register with email is a very good thing for them.

also I found something that they might need to fix a bit. during verification when people click on “date of birth” the calendar pop up appears at the back instead of the front, blocking people from clicking on their date of birth. this doesn't allow people to complete the level 1 verification process.

I registered using the email option and i had the same problem, but i went ahead to register using Telegram and i have my user ID and the username is my Telegram name. So for those who do not mind using Telegram, they can go ahead and use Telegram as their authentication method, while Whale fixes the bug with the Email authentication.

I have not tried registering with Telegram, so does it mean that the telegram option for sign up does not have the issue the email is having?, is the name going to display on the username area? However don't you think is not going to possible for those who has already sign up using email to sign up again with there telegram account because that will be double registration on the casino because after fixing the email the users name is going to appear twice on the site and it may not going to be nice considering if the casino prohibits users from having two gambling account on there casino, so I think those that has already sign up should wait till they fixed the problem.

You don't know why I choose Atalanta, but there is an easy explanation. It is one of the best teams out there at the moment and since you say, c'mon it's Real Madrid, what do you think about those who picked AC Milan when they won 3-1 against Real Madrid? Or Lille OSC, which beat Real Madrid. Atalanta is superior to both AC Milan and Lille and if these two teams can do it, there is no good reason to assume that Atalanta can't do it at home. But I am ok with it, it was a nice game. Can't get all your bets right.

Very true, Atalanta played a very good game and in my opinion they were the better team on the night, but Real Madrid got the goals necessary for the win. It was not a bad bet if you ask me, especially with Real's current form this season, like you said, we win some bets, we lose some, better luck next time friend.

Today I logged in again using the same email and it went smoothly, I am not sure about others but I think the team has worked on the issue after icopress intervened. Not yet, i did sign up using my email but was unable to get a proper log in after inputting my verification code, which led me to make use of the telegram process. Already, i see some users complain about not getting a username after signing up with the email process, i had same problem today which means they are yet to resolve it. The first impression given to gambling platforms are basically on how fast and secured their signing up process is. I suggest a haste to solve the problem, besides the platform is great for my gambling activities.

Same same.  Just tried to create an account via email and after the successful email verification I unfortunately see this under settings:
User ID: undefined. .Basically I get no account ID assigned.

Guess there is still some stuff to figure out but I think it's good to have a normal web client as well, not only the telegram version. By the way, about telegram, for some reason when I start the telegram whale app on my mac it just doesn't really start, just stays black. I have the newest tg version so that's strange. On the phone on the other hand it works without problems.

I think I missed the discussion part what I wrote yesterday was about not able to log in to the casino for a couple of minutes as the screen kept on refreshing after I had entered my code. I was talking about the interface issue and I agree when I still visit the settings page I am also not getting User ID: undefined. I agree that this issue of not getting a unique user ID is still unresolved. icopress has already contacted the team it would be better for us to wait for their response. BTW, I have quoted below the issue I was facing yesterday for you. 

There is an issue with email signup as after entering all the details the website kept loading itself for a few minutes. Later on, I could access the interface, but there was a delay which can be understood because they are not asking users to register. I think the team is working on this issue and in time it should get resolved. I have not check the Telegram signup which I am planning to check next time when I visit the casino.

Nope i don't think there would be any problem, i am only going to gamble with the account i opened using Telegram as my authentication method. When i tried using Email, i didn't get any user identification number, so i guess it is as good as unsuccessful, however, we'll see how that minor issue will be solved.

No, if you use Telegram as your authentication option, everything works fine and you get your user identification number.

After that issue of Telegram founder getting arrested in France and then he issued a statement that every suspected account will need to pass KYC. The fear of of identity getting revealed is high among our forum members. That might be one of reason why everyone here is trying to use the email signup and login process.

I don't blame the casino on why they have Installed an option for Telegram as they were in the forum before that issue came up. I think it is better for us to wait patiently while this problem get sorted.

What device are you using to access the casino via telegram account? I’m using mobile phone but doesn’t encounter this problem so far since I start playing on this casino few days ago.

The error I experienced is when I login via email, the display is a little bit not proportional on my screen when browsing via browser that makes menu function hard to press/ not functional.

I think there’s still some bug on this casino.
