Oh now I get the point, that means your withdrawal option have been disabled, I think this is more a serious issue right now, and you need to communicate with the support for assistance, you should write email to support since you Said the online supports agents are AI or bots, try emailing them than way you direct human reply.

Yeah that is not going to work long term. They are either hoping people don’t notice or this is like a trial period and they will lower it in the future. Or they accidentally set it this high.
