Check the network address of the wallet you're using. If it's the same, it means your network is a bit slow. Try refreshing and trying again. I've never experienced anything like that.

Most likely it's from the raffles and competitions they are doing here, there are plenty. I have won like twice in the past so the odds are actually not bad I would say.
