Yes, the FIFA Club World Cup would be going to be very interesting and the first match will be on Sunday. Real Madrid will have a tough match with Al-Hilal as both of them are in same group H. Also i will be eyeing on Chelsea games in the group stages. They have ES Tunis, Leon and Flamengo, all competing in Group D.

To be honest, I'm not so sure. Above all, public perception and ticket sales show that there is hardly any interest in the Club World Cup.

The example of Bayern shows that although they are traveling with the majority of professionals like Harry Kane, they have signed a lot of young players, 7 in total (eg. the 16 years old C. Kiala). So I expect that these players will be given more of a chance to prove themselves and that the best team will only be used for key games.
