Where did you send the message? Here or in another channel? Contact them in their social media platforms, they might respond to you faster there. And another thing is when did you receive the freebet? As Lakai01 said, some last 24 hours or a week if you didn't use it. And finally, it is a freebet, and I know the amount is not big just that you are interested to use it but you can move on and definitely you will get another one. And make sure you use it on time when you received another free bet before it expired.

I always think that it's better to bet in favor of other teams/clubs than the top ones because sometimes those teams/clubs perform better than the top ones. The next match of Liverpool against Tottenham seems a good one. I believe there's low of chance of Tottenham winning the match because they've lost a good number of matches this league. However, they might try their best in the coming match, let's see what happens in their next match.

A review on CryptoGamble also states that Whale does not use mirror domains. As long as the link comes from the official ANN thread or their verified social media, it should be safe. However, It would be nice if the Whale team could clarify which domains are actually legitimate.

As far as I know, the Whale account here in the forum is not always online, so it may take a while before you get a response. Alternatively, you can of course contact support, who usually respond very quickly.

They can only officialy use whale.io but have other domains for promotions and redirects. For example, if you check your signature link for betpanda you can see the link is https://betpanda.partners

Spinly uses https://spinly.club but when you access this link you are redirected to https://spinly.io which is the main link

I've checked the OP thread and I wasn't able to find that link. I believe the only official domain of whale is whale.io, they might have mirrors but that one doesn't sound like a mirror to me. Whale.io and whalegames.gg sound quite different to me, and I think it's better to visit the official URL of Whale.io instead of that whalegames.gg.

It’s rare to find such favorable odds( above @2) with such a high probability of the bet actually hitting. At least, that was the gut feeling I got when I saw just how evenly matched Canada and the United States were. It’s a shame I didn't have more funds available on Whalet, but I went all-in anyway. That might sound like something a high roller would do, but in reality, it was just a micro-bet. My intuition paid off, though I suppose it was essentially lucky money anyway...

Congratulations, I guess you won the match because your luck favored you, however at least it's better to win a match with some good odds. Winning matches with low odds is okay but winning matches with high odds really make us happy.

What was particularly interesting here were the referee's decisions during the game itself. Two red cards against Bayern, one of which was highly questionable (and the referee has already admitted it was a mistake), as well as two disallowed goals against Bayern, one of which was also highly questionable.

Otherwise, it was a very exciting and good game; with two players down, you have to be able to not only get a draw against Bayer 04 Leverkusen but also hold on to it. Unfortunately, the game also ruined my multi-bet
