Did Whale casino made some permanent design changes or this is only temporary?
I like many things in Whale casino and their free and fast withdrawal, but I think they could improve menu and join everything in one place.
Sometimes I forget how to access my bets and than I remember that I first have to click on Sports page, and them click one new menu.
This could be be made more simple and intuitive.

The design is now only temporarily themed "HALLOWEEN" after the show is completed will probably return to the old design.
Withdrawal in Whale.io indeed fast, I almost every day make withdrawals from affiliates without any problems, all his goes smoothly a matter of minutes withdrawals are approved.

Simply having an account for a month doesn't automatically qualify you for higher limits. I'd suggest contacting support and asking specifically what criteria determine your betting limit and whether there's anything you can do to increase it.

Good to hear such feedback about genuine platforms like Whale.io and to be honest it makes sense to test the withdrawal of a platform to see how things go. Have you got a free bet that you used to win $20.50 or you used your own deposited money?

If I'm not wrong it seems you got a free bet and you were able to win $20.50 with the free bet by placing your bet on Sevilla vs Osasuna football match.

It's always good to hear such positive feedback, I also did the same when I won a bet on Whale.io with a free bet and everything worked well for me and the withdrawal was completed in very short time.

Your doubts are unfounded; of course I contacted support. The response was generic—citing their right to limit stake sizes—which is why I posted here to see if anyone could offer any advice.

Fair enough, that makes more sense then.

However, if support has already confirmed that they reserve the right to limit individual stakes, there might not be much you can do about it. I'd still ask them whether the $2 limit is temporary, account-specific or related to any verification requirements.

A generic response doesn't really explain why your particular account is restricted. Maybe someone here has experienced the same issue and can share how it was resolved.

Winning. Easy and simple reply. Also it's not the site that is limiting you but their odds provider. One month is still ok, I have been limited WAY faster just for winning a couple of bets in my first week somewhere, then got hit with the limit hammer. That's how it goes these days, you lose and you can keep going, win a couple of bets and they show you the door.
Support can't really do anything about it but I have to admit that the support on whale is sub par unfortunately. I have had a problem some days ago, then they created a ticket and there is still no solution, they don't even update it for days, which is pretty disappointing.

Anyway, if a site shows you the door, just leave. There are plenty of sites around that want your business, until you win again of course.
