Wait, I just saw in the terms and conditions of Bitz that a user should never use VPN to hide his identity. But yes, as you said if he travels from one country to another then he can access the site through VPN, there is no problem here. But if he uses VPN to hide his location then it may falls under abuse.

As mentioned in the Tos, if you use a similar service or the same devices, it means the same person is managing multiple accounts. This is a violation of casino rules and abuse. It is clearly stated in Bitz that using a VPN is not prohibited but does not compromise on abusers. And speaking of travel, when I enter from one region to another within my state. And I discover through the BTT logged IP check that, my location has changed.

So, not everyone's intention who uses a VPN is the same. Some try to evade bans and some abuse. But perhaps casinos only detect abuse through IP address or Mac address. Because in the same region, multiple gamblers can be located at a casino.

The account usually logouts most of the time after sometime of not using it, maybe it can be fixed on the browser retaining it's data or cache? But I just check remember password to make login easier.

There have been a lot of updates recently, but I had an issue last time about my deposit. It was kinda frustrating until I tried to contact there support about that, I though I did some kind of mistake with my deposit.

But it turns out to be some kind of error only in the system, after that the support confirm that they just need to confirm the deposit and it was credited already on my account, it was all smooth after I contacted them, so they are doing really great job on services.
