Yeah I'd rather have Switzerland win the next one and advance to the next stage and it would be perfect if Switzerland score atleast 2 goals tomorrow. We both have England to concede 4 or more goals though on the pre tournament question 


A draw between German and Spain. Fullkrug is still in the field so lets hope he score a goal or probably just let the game gets through the penalty shootout and let him score there lol. This would be the perfect case scenario for my 2 points

I had the both teams to score and over 3.5 goals which seems highly unlikely yet I answered yes because I had high confidence in penalty shootout and hopefully one of those players will score a goal.First extra time ended and the result is still 1-1 so most likely we are going to that penalty shootout and that was the most likely result of such game.Penalties are also called "sudden death" for a reason and that can be a good justification for Germany if they get eliminated by Spain that they did what they could while Spain would be hammered down by fans and media after letting Germany equalizing in the 89th minute,so we have two different scenarios and this was one of the most interesting games of the tournament so far.

Well that one stung a bit. I was almost sure Fullkrug will score if it goes to penalties and I will be 2 for 2 at the start of this round. I have no idea where that winning goal came from. Brilliant from Dani Olmo with the cross and that was a determined header.

What a ride for the German fans, they can hold their head up high, their players were brilliant and lost to unarguably the best team in the tournament so far, and the favorites to win it.

I hate fucking hate Spain right now, only for them to go and win in the final minute of the extra time, for all it's worth they could have just kept their shit together for those 5 minutes or thereabout. Damn, it was finally worthy game, something that we expected. And when we already were preparing for penalties (and you know that Germany don't lose on penalties), Merino get so much freedom from Rudiger and scores perfect goal.
Haven't seen game with so many yellow cards for a while, if I count correctly there was 16 cards shown, including with players not on the pitch.
It's the end of glorious Toni Kroos career. Even though he spent mostvof career at Real, I will miss him playing.

I knew Morata most likely wouldnt score but Fullkrug could have thats why I chose Yes on that question and also penalty shootout was included as well so most likely if the game ended in peanltu shootout, fullkrug could have been chosen as first five kicker so yeah too bad that the game didnt end with a penalty shootout

Yeah, that's how I was thinking also. Morata wasn't in my calculations as a goal scorer, but I expected that Fulkrug will score. But it's OK. Now I'm rooting for Portugal to score to give me two points. The game is not that interesting like Spain-Germany, but it's not that boring as I expected it to be.

Most of the time we grade as we watch, it takes 30 sec to do and gives all of you a better experience in a competition like this.

I won 2 points but that Fullkrug miss saved my ass, would have been 0 instead.

That is why it was asked like that. Morata is a starter and Fulkrug always gets minutes it was expected that one of them will be on the pitch during whole 120 minutes and they were. Fulkrug was close to scoring as well.

Also no one was really blocking the ref's view and yeah it was a clear penalty from ref's pov as well. Even if he is not sure with that, VAR should have been checked. Germany just got robbed but I gotta say Spain played much better, cant wait for Spain - France

And even worse Pedri went off injured so I don't even know if he is going to feature anymore, hope it was more precaution than anything else. That guy has more injuries than he deserves, I feel so bad for him.

I read somewhere that he was injured and that he probably won't be playing anymore in the Euro. I'm not sure if that's just media's speculation or a formal decision. But Olmo did pretty good job replacing him with a goal and an assist.

I really hope that Switzerland can kick England off in today's game.

Switzerland had such good opportunity to shock England in the last minute, but Embolo touched the ball and the other player (I didn't see which one) missed the ball. Too bad. Another draw and another answer without a point. There is still a chance for Kane to score, but I would rather that Switzerland goes to the swmi final and Kane not to score.

I dislike England team as well (I mean, whats to like anyway) and have Kane to score, but I like the chance of winning 0.1 BTC way more than I dislike them.  

So, in the ideal scenario Kane scores, Switzerland then equalizes and in the end England lose on penalties.  But its too late for that now, only few minutes left.

England again find a way to win. They and France seem to have it in them to win matches without particularly playing well and have both made it to the semi finals, this increases the odds of either France or England winning (my pick in the pre-round tournament), I will much rather have France win it than England however.

I must say the margin for errors in penalty shootouts have been very low, everyone is scoring them, so if you miss one, be rest assured you will be going out.
