Fuck me, well played lads. I never saw this coming, and LFC is a club whose games I never miss and a team that I think I know.

This will cost me, I started good and will have a decent week - but more than 50% of the pool has a 6-goal advantage here. Costly..

Well i think the same about people going with Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, but it seems like it worked for them.

I know this Liverpool plays a very "economic" football, but Totneham is a shit defendind against big teams under postecoglu, for that i selected Liverpool. (it was risky)

Have a feeling this will be a highest scoring round so far and record breaker. Was very happy with my choices but seems like a lot of people went with usual suspects. Arsenal scoring 5 went a bit unnoticed. On first check i don't think anyone went with them.

For me again failed to choose the correct teams, but what pissed me off is Fiorentina, cant believe every time i made the move and choose them somehow they do their worst game, and after i dont choose them at all they score like crazy.

Such a gap is impossible to eliminate, only two successful all-ins in a row will save the situation. And these should be the first two all-ins, since each unsuccessful all-in makes the situation even worse. However, there are some advantages - you can relax and bet in search of a yellow cap. In fact, it is quite simple, since the Meta is visible to the naked eye for each round, so you can bet against it. This is exactly what I plan to do, hehe.

The difference between my current total with current #1 are 52 goals dang and we are already half season through. Its going to be a miracle if I could get to top 4 at this point

Nah if we continue with only EPL then the name of the competition wont be Cross League Goal anymore  . Besides I can imagine almost everyone pick the same teams on EPL. Liverpool, Chelski, Arsenal and probably Tottenham / Nottingham most likely

Well guys..... I decided finally to make a break for this competition (breaks goes until the 10 january). I tried to make my mind into doing something to fit the competition in this date, but damn is very complicated.

We lose two main leagues of four (Bundesliga and LaLiga) until the 10 of january. I was thinking to do a double round with the remianing Serie A and PM, but i feel like is not a very good option since is not so much cross league, and we are gonna end up with almost the same teams picked for everyone. Plus we have the reshufle of the teams to happen.


After the 10 january all comes back to "normality". So that is gonna be the date of the comeback, we are not gonna have Premier League in that weekend but we are gonna use the round 21 of PM for that round, i had thinked a few options, replace them for this only time for the Ligue1 for only that time but i think is better to maintain our actual set up.




But we have some good news, as i said before thanks to our sponsor and Icopress we have a special Christmas gift for the winner of the "comebacks round" (friday 10).

Yeah, that's probably best decision to make short break as we lose not one but two leagues on that time. While on return round, I wouldn't mind to have French Ligue 1, aka Farmers League, but if you keep original format, that's also fine for me.

Taking a break is a great idea because if you don't take one, the confusion and busy schedule during the holidays can cause many participants to simply miss a round.
As for adding Ligue 1, there is not much point in this, since it is unlikely that anyone will choose teams from there (although I do not follow France very closely and maybe there are teams there that are potentially capable of competing with Bayern/Real/Liverpool, etc.).

Why not to cap it at 30? We don't have to use max amount of rounds. I feel it is more fair that way than to announce final number very late. At this point, schedules for all leagues are available. Take a look when you have time and simply make a decision.

I post just to clarify and announce we are gonna be back on tuesday 14 with the form available to you so you can put your picks, i know before i say we are gonna be back for this date, but as i see we have so much games in mid week and some leagues having games forbiden and catching up, plus we lose 3 of 5 teams from the spanish league(we have he reshufle in this round and Bilbao is also playing supercup) since they are playing supercup, we dont have premier on the weekend. So after this week all comes to normality.
