The development team has a long term commitment to NHZ and won't be dumping any time soon.

Check again after 1440 blocks since you sent the NHZ to your wallet. I will, thanks for the advice.

After deliberating with the team, and the community, we have decided to go with the proposed distribution changes. Thanks to everyone who chimed in! The code modification shouldn't take long. I'll keep everyone updated.

The distribution model has been official modified to 1,000,000 NHZ / # active nodes which will be paid out once every 24 hours. This should help alleviate the sell pressure, and provide a longer and more fair distribution period, as the former model was paying out 2,064,600 NHZ every 24h.There have been several people asking if there are bounties for promotion. If you run a promotional service, or have connections to such services, you can contact me at: ncote@xc-official.com or send me a PM on the forums. Stay tuned for more updates.

Hey guys, I'm trying to set up a node. I've followed the guide to a T, have NHZ running and have the 7774 port open on my router and firewall. But the node check keeps coming back a failure. Can anyone help me out?

Was this before or after I helped you on IRC? Let me know. After. Easier to use the forum at work, otherwise I would be asking this in the IRC. I just set up a new node to see if things are working, and I don't get any errors, so I believe a lot of users are doing something wrong on their end, or don't have port 7774 open. I'm going to make a quick video on the exact steps on what you need to do and will post it here and on our forums tonight.
