I just saw this on reddit group related to cloudfare, try to sync your device clock if ever your time is not updated to the current version. Some user experience this cloudfare issue same as your because their device is not sync.

Other user suggested that your ISP is the one that gives problem probably used often on fraudulent activity that’s why it was flagged.

When I accessed the website, sometimes I will be presented with this issues as well. I used clear net so I do think that it could be the issue on my end as my IP address could have been flagged by the casino itself.

Nevertheless, after I confirmed that I'm a human, everything works perfectly.

So probably this is the reason, but I'm not sure why my IP is being flagged as dirty though, it could really be my ISP or someone within the range of my IP is using it for malicious activity.
