Since he isn't active anymore, I guess he finally got his case resolved. But, even if the accuser don't bother himself to update after solving his dispute, the casino representative should update here about what happened exactly or at least explain why the case was or wasn't resolved. The community has the right to know updates about cases that touch the reputation of the casino they trust with their money. If no updates, anybody will be aware that of he will be in a problem with casino he might not get a response as expected. This is what we call responsive community manager.

As mentioned above, it seems that this thread will remain silent after the end of the signature campaign. But not only users stop interacting here, but also casino representatives.
The representative account of 1win was last active one month ago and with the end of their signature campaign, it's realistic to think they will not be active here too soon. If their representative is active again, it's good if they write a short note on that user case, even just like "the case was resolved", that is enough. They don't even need to explain and provide too many details, but of course it's better if they do that.

1win spent a lot of money for marketing here and their brand reputation is still good, so I see no considerable positive things so far, perhaps they just turned to be a little bit inactive.

It shouldn't be like this. I think, a great team like 1win can understand the importance of being presented on this forum. Can you expatiate what mean by 1win seems to join them? I am still taking complains to them to solve and I have directed the said guy to the appropriate headquarters to address his issue. And currently I am busy addressing issue behind the scene. Someone requested for his account to be blocked permanently and 1win did what he requested for and right now the guy said he didn't requested for it. 1win said they would not blocked account if the owner did request for it. So the case is complicated for me as well. If anyone has issue PM me with all the details and I will forward it to them. If any case has been resolved, it is for the complainer to come here and inform us here.

I read the news on Telegram that 1win has refunded the bets to those who bet on Conor! Is that true? If so, then it's clear that this is such a PR for 1win, but of course it's cool to return the bets to the bettors. But I doubt if it's fake. I can hardly believe it.

Something fishy going on with 1Win 5 000 000$ leaderboard. Suddenly the scores of the top 30 has been 5-10x boosted and organic players have been pushed down to smaller prizes. Of course impossible to prove the statement, but this seems extremely odd if the leaderboard was legit. Looking at their deposit volum on https://www.fairgambling.com/analytics it seems their deposits has been reduced rather than increased the last 7 days compared to last 30 days, and that does not make any sense looking at the sudden extreme increase in betting volume on their leaderboard. The prizes might have been too good to be true from the start but this is not fair at all. I have been top 17 from start to finish and suddenly I am pushed out of top 30. The bets needed to do this for the new top players are 1 500 000- 10 000 000$ per single bet. A couple of users increasing volume at the end of the tournament would not be weird, but this seems more like a scam to not pay out real users.
