1win really hard a good run in terms if the promotions in most aspects of it, their did touched all categories of promotions in the forum, this earn them the presence and visibility they have gained here on bitcointalk,.

It's about what they did in the past, that's good but moving forwards, there are other things to do from 1win and to be concerned by community especially their users.

Allowing the end of their signatures campaign, to make the ANN inactive is not good at least we have some other casinos whose signatures and other promotions ended long ago but yet their mentain a close connection with their community members and actively solving their issues.

I employ  🔵1win team to put in the same efforts to keep the ANN thread active and in a positive light as always.

It's their rights to join here or also to leave this community, it's freedom.

However, they joined here and announced about that with this thread, so if they decided to leave this community, honestly I think they should announce it too. About customer support, it can be at their website, basically it should be there, not here, but again if they planned to leave this forum community either for a while or forever, they can simply write a post to announce that, including how customer support moving forwards will be at their website only.

I can conclude from what you said that you were assigned by the 1win team to moderate the thread? Or is it just a volunteer mission? As I can remember you were a participant in their signature campaign and now you removed the signature and avatar like you want to join another campaign if any. Does this mean you will moderate the thread for 1win and wear an ads banner of another casino? Sorry but something confusing with your status here. Ok please let us know updates from your contact regarding the pending cases published here. I think community is waiting for a trusted answer asap.

I was the campaign participant and was asked to moderate the thread and after the end of the campaign, if there are issue here, I can still forward them to 1win team. That is my position here. Is that clear now. If I see complains here, I will call the attention of 1win support team.

Nice to hear this from you, but I just want know the difference between a thread moderator and a representative, because for me their work is almost the same and now that you are doing the job of submitting complaints to the team makes you an insider already, just hope we get issues resolved through your duties on the ANN thread.

In my own understanding. The person who brought the casino and created the ANN thread in the forum is the representative in the thread. And I have forwarded many complains to them for resolution.

But it rises more questions about the role of the official representative to rely on a volunteering moderator that can even be promoting another competitor casino. It was understood while you were a campaign participant wearing the 1win signature but after you removed the signature, I can't understand your position but a negligence on the part of the representative as he can't follow updates in the ANN without the help of volunteers. No offense and you are doing a great job to help complainers but this somehow justify the unprofessionalism of the official representative. I don't remember another casino doing the same relying on volunteers while they have an official ANN with official representatives.

I believe it's not a problem with the volunteer moderator, but a problem of the official representative being visible. It's great if a member of the community can help by forwarding complaints, particularly if they already have a contact with the team. The issue is that the user relies on that volunteer and the official representative is not usually there. Every ANN thread should be given someone who is officially responsible to answer questions, update the thread and follow up on cases that have not been resolved. Volunteers can be a valuable link but may not be the main link. If that is the case. It appears that the casino isn't devoting enough attention to its own community support.

1win.global, the account created this announcement thread only made two posts since December 2024. This shows a person behind that account was very inactive and not interested in posting in this forum and I don't hope that this habit will change.

2 posts include the OP and another post for "Reserved for future update" that tell many things.

After that is a reply from AB de Royse777 who answered questions later, so likely 1win hired him as a signature campaign manager but even more than that. Assuming that contract expired after the end of their signature campaign, and Royse777 no longer has that task, this thread inactivity can be explained.

Today I was playing BlackJack on 1 win. Placed two side bets along with my original bet. I was so lucky that for the first time I've won both side bets. I did placed side bets on 21+3 and Perfect Pair. I received 55x multiplier by both compiling. Side bets are more of like slots game  IMO . It has higher payout same time high risks. But I think you can minimize the risks or losing amount on side bets if you played wisely by maintaining your stakes on base bets.

My base was 3$ and in two side bet was worth 2$ . So if I would won I would still have 1$ profit which was a positive balance I can risks in next match.

Their presence and regular community update is important. Being active and engage with the community regularly is a confident on it own because players can reach out to them easily and how they handle such issues can add up to their reputation. On other hand, if they don't engage with community here but they have promotional and marketing services running, it means they're in contact with a community member somehow. As long as there's no serious issue of concern, we shouldn't worry much about their presence. There are many other casinos that their representatives are not longer active in the forum but their name and brand still remains.

The people you mentioned are not part of the team, they were hired for marketing purposes in the forum so they do not replace the core team that run the operation of the casino and their knowledge is limited. My point is that they are not supposed to take the position of their representative in the forum, which means having a team member active here is necessary just like we have in some other projects. This does not mean that the casino is not good and doing well, I have account there and have enjoyed seamless experience in the casino. They even allow deposit in our local currency via their local agents and it takes few seconds to depositi and withdraw in the local currency. You seem to over worry about that because there are other casinos with inactive founders/ representatives. I recall Roobet, Stake (you can check their OPs) and more if you spend time to find. If they have marketing here, they have campaign manager and even more to communicate with the community, to bring cases of support need to their internal team for further checking and supporting.

With a post from icopress, it's a confirmation that 1win team know about things happening in the forum with their announcement thread as well as with their marketing activities here.

I recall the time when their previous campaign manager gloated while congratulating another campaign manager when you had a campaign removed under duplicitous circumstances and saw it handed over.

Even though that was a live campaign whereas the old 1win campaign had ended before you started managing it, I wonder if he will contact you to congratulate you on your new management project while he gloats at his own loss. I doubt it.
