countries just having coin hoarded doesnt bring stability to the greater economy
(many bitcoiners are still fiat poor due to fear to selling too soon, so not getting any realised profits to spend in fiat economy)

its like saying you bring financial stability to your life style by hoarding(never selling) bitcoin[facepalm]
the truth is that until you start profiting from it by taking profit/cuts when the price is up and investing when the price is down to continually accumulate and also generate fiat to spend on needed things, bitcoin is not stabilising your life or a countries economy

so although governments having a hoard of coin brings some legitimacy to bitcoiners over all, the STRATEGY of bitcoin utility of a reserve of bitcoin is more important for those deciding on a SBR

hoarding alone is not the sole end goal. its how they will use it after
EG will they use the reserve as a collateral to then create bond loans, or will they go the ETF share route. or simply buy low sell high per cycle
the strategy is more important than the reserve when it comes to stabilising a governments economy that used to depend on inflationary fiat for its public service spending

all we know so far from most of the promoted SBR's is the accumulation/acquisition stage. but whats more interesting/important for them would be the later treatment and utility of the reserve in regards to stabilising their fiat economy

So Dubai is starting by taking that both crypto & Bitcoin for government services intresting
but they might focus more on the  btc later They could use these like it in smart way that's like saving it for long term or using it to help their economy

Ukraine is currently considering a strategic Bitcoin reserve, meaning the country would partner with a cryptocurrency exchange to do so. Even though this country has just introduced Bitcoin SBR, they have been holding Bitcoin for a long time because from what I can see, they already have about 46,351 Bitcoins. You are right that Ukraine is a war torn country but they are very spontaneous when it comes to Bitcoin investments.

last time I checked Ukraine holds a relevant amount of BTC. According to bitcointreasuries.net they are holding 46,351 BTC (holdings of public officials). According to the description there, it says that in 2018 government officials disclosed thousands of BTC in holdings:

Im assuming that their holdings come from worldwide donations? either way, they should think what they are going to do with so much money and properly secure it. They should talk to someone like Saylor to get some instructions in how to play the MSTR playbook to put the BTC to work without selling any.

Ukraine lawmakers still working round the clock to finalize the SBR Bill proposal on time, already on the final stage drafting the bill. In a matter of a week,the Bill will be ready and would be read in the house for a debate and for possible consideration. I am super bullish about this bill as all hands is on desk to bring this bill to reality.

The amount you stated is not what was released for Bitcoin purchase but it is the average cost of the reserve the company hodls currently. The amount released was $28.4m, which was used to purchase 274.52 Bitcoins. More companies are seeing that Bitcoin is not just a profitable asset but a reliable hedge against inflation.

It's really sad to be part of an organization that is closed to innovation. Some shareholders will reject proposals to invest in Bitcoin because they are ignorant of how it works. Sadly many of them are not even willing to learn. They prefer to invest in conventional assets that bring low returns in the long run.

Chinese Public Company DDC adopts Bitcoin Reserve



DDC, a public company in China, has decided to launch a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve by purchasing 5,000 Bitcoins over the next 36 matches. DDC Enterprise Limited, a China and US-based consumer brand, recently purchased 100 Bitcoins and will purchase 5,000 Bitcoins within the next 36 months to keep as a strategic reserve. The DDC company already has about 500 Bitcoins in their strategic reserve. However, the company has accumulated 500 Bitcoins in a very short time and their decision is to increase it to 5,000 Bitcoins, or about 10 times the initial reserve, within the next 36 months.

so many groups, orgs, govs declaring intentions to hoard bitcoin. yet soo many other people and media buzzwording "strategic reserve" without showing much detail of the strategic part

yea alll fine and dandy to hoard coin. but if it doesnt come with the strategic side hustle of EG using it as collateral to create shares, bonds or other negotiable notes to then use to benefit the org, gov, public.. or used to profit to then buy more with its own profits.. then its not strategic

This speculation they made is really easy to predict since if we look at the current events where lots of countries are becoming a Bitcoin friendly then lots of them are considering to create their own Bitcoin reserve. Those intentions plays huge role for future positive adoption since those situation could lead up to more exposure and demand for Bitcoin.

That's why its amazing to speculate that  Billions would really adopt Bitcoin at that year and imagine on what's going to happen especially that Bitcoin have limited supply. as I was going through news sites on my phone today I saw that Swiss National Bank Rejects Calls to Add Bitcoin Reserves and this was done by the swiss National Bank President one of the reasons he stated out for the rejection got me so surprised and pissed off he cited liquidity and volatility risks as reasons for not including bitcoin in the Swiss central bank’s reserves.
How can someone in that position with all his experience and idea still see Bitcoin volatile nature as a problem I really don't know if he has the knowledge about Bitcoin growth but I doubt he those because if he those he won't see Bitcoin volatile nature as a reason for not allowing them have a Bitcoin reserve, since he don't have the knowledge of Bitcoin growth he should have try in knowing this history growth of Bitcoin well maybe his mistaking shitcoins to Bitcoin and I think this misconception maybe the reason of the rejection.
Rejecting Bitcoin investment because of the volatile nature is like saying you don't want to take risk in any investment which is not possible every investment or business has risk but the difference is how risky it is and holding Bitcoin for long term is less risky this is what free you from the troubles of Bitcoin volatility.
