Due to which the pressure on the Fed will increase more. At some point, the Fed may be forced to follow the Texas's path. And for this reason, it will have to change its policy.

The Fed level have been too slow in their pursuit of a Bitcoin Reserve  especially seeing how states have been frontier the enacting of a Bitcoin Reserve in the US will keep you in the dark if the Federal are really serious in keeping their promises about the Bitcoin reserve,because the SBR Bill progress in the house isn't moving as expected and hasn't come to a close reasonable conclusion. Texas progress in signing the SB21 bill into law in the coming weeks is a clear hope that the FED will one day pick up strength in their pursuit of a federal Bitcoin reserve some day.

What is even delaying the bill to be sent to the governor if Greg Abbott is ready to sign it? 105 members of the house has already voted in favor of the bill so what is holding it from reaching the governor's office. It's been 3 days since the bill was passed awaiting the governor's signature for approval and yet the governor haven't received it.

Well maybe they get pressured on every state decision for creating their own reserves. This situation really challenges the traditional policies and they might be force to consider changing their stance then adopt Bitcoin.

Also I think let's just see what's going to happen if more state will approve the Bitcoin Reserve Bill since for sure that FED's would provably do some action to. They have not only started taking initiatives to take up the plan, they have mentioned crypto directly, they have not mentioned the Bitcoin strategy that will reserve it.

But it is clearly said that in the future this project will take a stronger form and they can plan about Bitcoin.
