What is the situation with your live chat?
Yesterday night I was on the site and only email option was available.
Was on the site about 20 minutes ago and got the live chat popup asking if I needed help.
About 5 minutes ago I did come up with a question, and now live chat is gone and only the email option is available.
(It would clear this up if the hours for your live chat were stated clearly on the website).

Until now I was regular betting on anonibet, but now I can say that this site is not save to use because there is a lot of bugs.
Problem is that sometimes when you place a bet it takes double position even your balance is less and after that you see - (minus) in your account balance. Then you have to contact support and they fix this minus balance.
Sometimes when you placing bet its getting like error and bet are not placing, then you try open new one and after that you see that you have two same bets. But if you was betting with not all your money then you not getting minus in your account and its not able to proof this in support. So you waisting more money on bet that you can loss. It happen yesterday.Its good that I'm small betting but if I would not and for example have 1 btc in my account and planning make a bet on one event with 0.50 btc?
Not recommend use this site for betting. This site is good to find events in next 2 hours only.

Same thing happened with me before (setting a bet and getting an error message and then setting it again and then find I have 2 of it). Support will just say it's your fault etc etc... There are better sites imo. |

In your case, you waited 24 hours to report to us and this makes it difficult to clarify on whether it was a system problem or you placed the two bets. Member ID 356735 Gaps between this double bets is 13sec. so If I have more btc than for one bet I would pay for this bet double amount. And I cannot proof to support that its bug. They just reply confirmed bets cannot be canceled and this two bets was made in different time. |

I had a 4btc withdrawal from anonibet couple of hours ago, but the transaction was sent with 0 fees paid to blockchain.
For that reason its stuck on 0 confirmations and im not sure that it ever gets confirmed. Their support said that
Did anyone else experience this kind of problem?
Their support said:
"With all due respect,once the withdrawals are processed ,the bitcoins have to receive confirmations via blockchain for them to reach their destination.In that regard Anonibet and Blockchain are separate entities therefore i am unable to know why it hasn't been confirmed.Its not unusual for a transaction to not receive confirmations instantly,there are some transactions that require more time which might be the case in this situation.If by end of tommorow you still haven't received your bitcoin then feel free to contact support."
But the truth is that if they paid blockchain fee of like 0.00001btc, i would have received my payment long time ago. If the withdrawals will always be slow like this, i wont enjoy playing on this website anymore  SOLVED! |
