I agree with users who mention that the terms of the bonus should be more clear. It is something that would save trouble for everyone, users and Anonibet.

Let me tell you with an example.
Event: Anderlecht vs KAA Gent

https://www.anonibet.com/match.aspx?gm_id=907904
http://www.directbet.eu/Event.cshtml?EventID=27361017

Anonibet Under 5.5: 1.02
Directbet Over 5.5: 20

Max. Payout for the event at Anonibet : 2100 mBTC

1) Open https://en.surebet.com/calculator
2) Enter odds 1.122 (which we multiply 1.02 x 1.10 - that comes from deposit bonus) and 20, respectively. You have a 6.24% surebet now!
3) Enter 2174.32 for total stake.
You'll see the distribution of your stake as 2058.82 and 115.50, respectively.

4) Now, divide each of these stakes with 1.10 and you have 1871.65 and 105 mBTC to bet. Your total cost for this event is : 1976.65 mBTC, Deposit these amounts to relevant bookies and you have a surebet.
5) Let's see the payout.

If the event outcome is under 5.5, we will have 2100 mBTC from Anonibet. (1912.83 mBTC + 187.165 mBTC Bonus)
If the event outcome is over 5.5, we will have 2100 mBTC from Directbet.

That's not a surebet, I would even say that it is almost impossible to find one surebet between sportbooks of bitcoin.
If the bet cost 1976.65 mBTC and if you win the bet in Anonibet, you don´t have 2100 mBTC, you have 1912.83 mBTC (-63,82 mBtc of the bet size), the bonus does not belong to the real balance, is just a bonus, you can´t withdraw the bonus.

You are missing a point. The bonus can be withdrawn, in fact, but by losing the bonus (or the whole bet) at Anonibet. I can provide you several case scenarios to prove that is a surebet.
This is definitely a surebet if you REPEAT the aforementioned process until the event outcome in other sportsbook(s) is realized. In this strategy, we are assuming the bonus to be withdrawn at another bookie by losing at Anonibet in the next event and if not, in our subsequent event and so goes on.. In other words, we are sacrificing a small percentage of the bonus which had won in the previous event in order to claim it from Bookie X or repeating the process from start for ease of calculation.
Note that Anonibet allows bettors to deposit and benefit from 10% deposit bonus, while they have bonus in their accounts and also allows bettors to use the bonus at first (see: FIFO method practice).

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. Server-assisted clients like blockchain.info rely on centralized servers to do their network verification for them. Although the server can't steal the client's bitcoins directly, it can easily execute double-spending-style attacks against the client.

Dear Customers,

We do not enter into this kind of discussion, however I would like to underline few points.

1. Yes, we are proud to be the first Bitcoin bookmaker to be launched in 2011, when only few people knew about Bitcoin. The next Bitcoin sportsbook was launched 1 year after us.

2. Michael Hoshford is NOT CEO of Anonibet. In fact Anonibet does not have a CEO. We have 35 employees in total for the time being and we are actually hiring more people to grow further Anonibet.

3. The Deposit Bonus we are giving can be subject to abuse, we are perfectly aware of it. In fact we launched the Deposit Bonus in order to encourage NON-Bitcoin punters to switch to Bitcoin. We are fervent believers of Bitcoin, and we are putting all our efforts to promote it anywhere anytime. Unfortunately, some people pretending being from Bitcoin community are abusing our Deposit Bonus by placing 300 single bets per day on odds as little as 1.01 in order to make some extra Bitcoins. Bonus hunters only job is to place bets all day long to make few Bitcoins, this is a clear abuse and it is our right to cancel their bonus and bonus winnings (only).

4. These abusers will not stop Anonibet efforts to promote Bitcoin to NON-Bitcoin communities. We will introduce new terms and conditions in order to prevent them in the near future.

Dear Anonibet,

You do not enter into this kind of discussion because you are cheating people with your unclear terms of conditions.

1. Yes, you should be ashamed of yourselves by this practice even though you are the first Bitcoin bookmarker to be launched in 2011, when only few people knew about Bitcoin. The next Bitcoin sportsbook, Nitrogen have been operating in a much fair manner.

2. I'm sorry for this information. I thought so when I see he replied to some accusations with his own name, previously (e.g. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=55365.msg8745537;topicseen#msg8745537) and withheld my 65 BTC for additional 2 days due to my report to Bitcoin Foundation.

3. The Deposit Bonus you have been giving can be subject to BENEFIT, not abuse, I am perfectly aware of it and I'm using it by following ALL your terms and conditions. However, the terms and conditions you specified is simply NOT CLEAR, as mentioned by numerous people in this thread. You simply CANNOT blame or intervene bettors for how they place their bets. Face the consequences if you are sincerely supporting Bitcoin. You have been giving an opportunity to bettors in order to destroy your competitors aggressively and hiding under Rule #5.08 in order to confiscate bettors' money.

Bettors are not the ones to be blamed if you give the opportunity to place a bet in any odds. Moreover, this surebet strategy that I mentioned previously can easily be applied for odds above 1.01. (e.g. 1.30 - 1.50 - 1.80 - 1.90 and maybe more). Basically it can be applied to any odds you provide from 1.01 to 2.00, according to my observations. In this regard, it is impossible for you to make a distinction between who is an abuser and who is not because your terms and conditions doesn't provide the DEFINITION of ABUSER or BONUS ABUSE, clearly. A bonus hunter or a surebettor or a chaotic neutral paladin or a fairy dragon (whatever it's called) has the right to place a bet on any odds at Anonibet when the right opportunity comes and you cannot intervene their TRADING DECISIONS. If you are intervening on how a bettor can bet, that is simply not a fair practice.

4. We will see. It's a way of saying "Anonibet cannot sustainably cheat bettors. Anonibet will definitely change its cheating methods, accordingly." Yeah, go ahead. Until you find a way not to cheat bettors, I'm after you and I'm committed that I will make every effort to identify your possible future scamming activities.

5. You are obliged to send me 5.076 BTC + daily interest rate of 0.5% since 10th of Feb = 5.1525 BTC for not providing a justification for the case, yet the discussion of the case is much more important for me. I want this case to be discussed publicly in a fair manner, with a 3rd party audit which will be decided mutually. I'm also waiting for Bitcoin Foundation's and SBR's respond on this case and so far I notice, they haven't responded yet. I sincerely believe that the importance of this case is extremely high for Bitcoin.

To prove my theory, I'm providing the method how to withdraw the bonus amount that had won at Anonibet while obeying all the terms and conditions specified by Anonibet.
Anonibet should define clearly if this is an abuse or not. Otherwise, it will be deemed as a scammer.

In these events, I picked relatively low surebet opportunities at Anonibet. However, these low surebets is regarded as the most lucrative ones compared to general surebet opportunities in the entire planet.

Event #1: Bologna vs. Ternana - Italy Serie B - 14.02.2014 14:00 GMT (3.09% surebet)

Bologna (Anonibet Solid odds @1.70 - Bonus odds 1.70 x 1.10 = @1.87) : Deposit 2673,8 mBTC to Anonibet and you have 2941,18 mBTC in your account. If Bologna wins, you will have 2941,18 mBTC x 1.70 = 5000 mBTC in your account. 4732,62 mBTC (Withdrawable amount) + 267,38 mBTC (Bonus amount)
Draw (Nitrogensports @3.51) : Deposit 1424,5 mBTC to Nitrogen and place a bet on draw with your full stake. If the event outcome is Draw, you will have 5000 mBTC in your account.
Ternana (Nitrogensports @6.65) : Deposit 751,88 mBTC to Nitrogen and place a bet on Ternana with your full stake. If the event outcome is Ternana, you will have 5000 mBTC in your account.

Note that your cost is : 4850,18 mBTC

Now, let's assume the event is finished and Bologna won. We have 4732,62 + 267,38 = 5000 mBTC in our Anonibet account. Possible event grade time by Anonibet is 14.02.2014 16:00 GMT
Repeat the procedure with Event #2. We should pick the event after 14.02.2014 16:00 GMT and Bitcoin network should find at least 1 block between 14.02.2014 16:00 GMT and Event #2 start time as Anonibet requires 1 confirmation for deposits.

Event #2: Heracles - Feyenoord - Netherlands Eredivisie - 14.02.2014 17:30 GMT (~2.15% surebet)

Feyenoord (Anonibet Solid Odds @1.60 - Bonus odds 1.60 x 1.10 = @1.76) : Deposit 5681,81 mBTC to Anonibet and you have 6250 mBTC (5681,81 + 568,181) + 5000 mBTC (won at Bologna match) in your Anonibet account. Note that you now have 10414,439 mBTC withdrawable amount + 835,561 mBTC in your bonus account. However, you cannot withdraw 10414,439 mBTC because you have to bet at least 6250 mBTC in order to be eligible for withdraw any amount according to deposit bonus rules. And now, we are placing this bet. Bet on Feyenoord with 6250 mBTC.

6250 x 1.60 = 10000 mBTC
According to FIFO method of Anonibet, you will have 5000 mBTC at Anonibet which can be withdrawn anytime. Note that you used the total bonus in Event #2. You have fulfilled the conditions completely, now. Either choose to withdraw 5000 mBTC or wait for the event(s) to be finished in order to benefit from deposit bonus once more because Anonibet is giving you this "opportunity", legitimately.

Draw (Nitrogensport @4.25): Deposit 2352,94 mBTC to Nitrogen and place a bet on draw with your full stake. If the event outcome is Draw, you will have 10000 mBTC in your account.
Heracles (Nitrogensport @5.7) Deposit 1754,38 mBTC to Nitrogen and place a bet on Heracles with your full skate. If the event outcome is Heracles, you will have 10000 mBTC in your account.

Note that our total cost for Event #2 is 5681,81 + 2352,94 + 1754,38 = 9789,13 mBTC
Total cost of Event #1 and Event #2: 4850,18 + 9789,13 = 14639,31

Let's assume Heracles won or Draw. We have 5000 mBTC at Anonibet which can be withdrawn anytime and 10000 mBTC at Nitrogen which can be withdrawn anytime, as well. A total of 15000 BTC with a cost of 14639,31 mBTC. 2.46% easy profit in 5 and a half hours and notice that I picked relatively low surebets.. You can find surebets up to 8 percent per event, anytime. So far I notice, average of these surebets are 5-6% per event.

If Feyenoord wins, repeat the procedure for Event #n.

In this regard, Anonibet's accusation to legitimate bettors for odds 1.01 has NO VALID GROUND and is an effort to hide its scam activity while they are giving this opportunity for each of every event!

If you have any other additional questions, you can ask me anytime.

BEWARE!

I just had my anonibet account hacked! I got an email with password reset and two withdrawal reset requests. I couldn't log in. The password reset link worked and I managed to reset my password only to notice 8btc have been withdrawn from my account to an unknown address.

The emails I got were unread and I checked my login history (yahoo), they were all from the same IP, mine. So no one messed with my email, that's for sure.

I'm now speaking to support over livechat, but they seem to have no idea what they're doing, just telling me I should use 2 step verification.

You have requested a withdraw 1 hour after placing your last bet. It is your responsibility to protect your own email address. Anonibet can not be liable for your email address accessed by someone else.

However as a precaution we will investigate your case.

As I've replied to you over email, I've taken necessary precautions to ensure my email account can not be easily taken control of. I have 2FA in place and the IP log and the fact the messages were unread corroborates my stance. I am therefore sure my email account has not been tempered with and that you have a security flaw. Furthermore, I've been active in online gambling for 6 years and I am an IT professional. I have never had an account hacked (email, gambling related, or otherwise). Thus I am certain that your software has a security flaw enabling a potential attacker to reset a password without having access to the attached email.

I have offered to Michael to give him the login details to my email account so he can check the IP logs himself, and confirm the only IP it has been accessed from is the one used for accessing anonibet account. That should confirm that my email hasn't been hacked.

Michael has refused to have the password for my email account, on grounds of it being against their policy. It was the only way I could have proven the integrity of the account.

Having slept on the situation, I couldn't devise a probable theoretical vector of attack used to take control of my email. Since only my machine's IP accessed my email, the attacker had to do a remote-session-like attack to access my it. Even if he could do that, there are two problems with the theory: one is that the emails were unread (he could have marked them unread after he was done with them just to fuck with me, plenty of nutters out there) and the other is that I was at the computer at the time the hack happened. I am still convinced the whole thing happened because of an exploit on anonibet servers' end.

The failure on my part is that I was so overconfident on the security of my system that I did not enable 2FA on the anonibet account, which might have prevented the attack.

If anyone has any theories, please post them.

It may take a few hours? Do you know how to count, more than 20 hours is not a few hours. And your email response to me was that you are processing all withdrawals manually when I was asking about deposit. And this thread looks interesting as well . Affiliate problems, Bonus problems, hack problems, how on earth are you running your site , do you operate from a beerhall?

Over three days for me. I've asked to cancel the deposit and be sent back to me, and they say they can't do that.

Please, nobody deposit onto anonibet.

The responsible thing to do, if this is really some kind of wallet problem, would be to not allow deposits. Nobody is expecting to wait several days when they make a deposit. And the only warning is something posted on the bottom of their website (rather than, say, on the page where deposits are made), saying it could take "a few hours".

I don't know if my money is stolen, but I also don't know how long I'm supposed to wait before I assume that. There's no reason that they would still accept deposits when this is going on if it was a genuine wallet problem. Could be a liquidity issue even if they're not just running off with the funds.

I'm going to PM the moderators of this forum. Even besides this "wallet" thing, they've already stolen 5btc from user coaex, plus the numerous other issues. I think it's at the point where they should be regarded as known scammers (at least until they correct these issues), or whatever the procedure is when a business operates unfairly and still tries to post here.

Info@anonibet, you personally are misleading the members here if you don't change "a few hours" to the real information.

Donatello,

You are having an interesting approach.

1. Do you think a company having liquidity problem will announce there are serious delays in depositing (Some of our customers may have not deposited because of that announcement this weekend).

2. We have no withdraw problem, we are processing all withdraws as usual.

Rather than criticize "my approach", you could update your post or even apologize for the wrong information.

I have no idea if it's a liquidity problem. I mentioned that as one possibility. Why then are you still accepting deposits? What's the point of allowing users to deposit when you know there is this issue? You tell me?

But as for your questions,

1.) Sure, because it's obvious right away that deposits aren't showing up. So you have no choice but to say something. A company with a liquidity issue would probably do exactly what you did, say something about it at the bottom of the website (rather than on the deposit page) and say that the delay is a lot smaller than it really is.

2.) Which doesn't speak anything to the possibility that you're using deposited money to make those payments.

What donatello says. Now I feel I have been tricked in depositing, and maybe losing, my bitcoins, because you could and should have disabled giving out new deposit addresses. If you are having liquidity problems, don't take the MtGox road.. we all know where that went. Just be honest about it and declare yourself bankrupt (though I still somewhat hope everything will turn out to be 'alright')

1. "Dear Customers,

We do not enter into this kind of discussion..."

Then you immediately launch into a 4 paragraph discussion.
A bit odd...

2.  " Yes, we are proud to be the first Bitcoin bookmaker to be launched in 2011, when only few people knew about Bitcoin. The next Bitcoin sportsbook was launched 1 year after us."

As goxcraft pointed out in  post 1527 in this thread, stating the above every time there is a questionable situation about your book, is ridiculous.
And it's also meaningless.

Well respected long time books such as BetCascade have gone under and stiffed people.
And Cascade's Lenny was well known and well liked and especially well respected as a standup guy by many of the biggest sportsbettors. He would have been at the head of the list of "Person/sportsbook Least Likely to Ever Stiff Customers".

Bernie Madoff who had the biggest Ponzi in history, had his scam going for many years and he was involved in NYC "high society" and his investors included many uber-wealthy prominent people.

3." Michael Hoshford is NOT CEO of Anonibet..."

Why stop there? Why not clarify? What is his position?
