Its been 4 days now that after approval of my withdrawal, i m still waiting my btc to be sent to my wallet. Trying to contact them through email, they dont give a shit at all. No replies to my 2 emails so far. When i try to contact through live chat, they write same automated reply "I ve forwarded your request to approval department , it will be processed soon lol i will just wait till the end of the day to receive btc in my account or i will be posting the fact with screenshots and live chat texts soon.

I had this exact problem with "Anonibet" few months ago, it was a withdrawal of 300 mBTC "I just deposited, tried betting and everything was buggy -and a live bet that should have yielded 1.6 not being processed- so decided to withdraw".

Delays, excuses and unbelievably incompetent live support to the degree that it seemed intentional. it did come through in the end after around 5 Days and plenty of email/complaints/PM's for just 0.30 BTC that wasn't even played with. I never even opened Anonibet after that and I recommend others not to as well.

-IMO, just continue to contact support, PM anonibet, post in forum and if no response you can even open a scam accusation, That would probably get their attention.

Just tried to talk with their "Automated" chat support again hahhahaha look what i got again .
Seems like copy paste of the exact message like i said from yesterday
"I am re-forwarding your query right now to a higher authority to settle the matter as soon as possible."

She also said me yesterday that i should get reply from relevant department in next 24 hours. And now she is reforwarding it. I am almost %100 sure tomorrow when i log in to support she will rerereforward it again to higher department.

Thats complete bullshit, i cant believe these guys coming up and still saying that we have renovated the website in few posts above , its like dying the house which almost wracked.

The problem you experienced last week was due to the payment provider. BTC network was extremely slow and there were more than 70K transfers waiting. Your btcs were apporved and sent to your wallet by anonibet but were on the cue for so long. During this process we are not able to cancel or resend your btcs. Sorry for the inconvinience. To avoid such problems in the future we have also increased our commision rates significantly. We hope you will not have the same problem anymore on your future transactions.

I wouldn't trust this site!! Their promotion that they have running on their site... 5 mBTC for twitter followers is not legit!! They have you follow them sign up and then you will never receive the bonus!! Shame!!

I do not get the twitter promo, they accuses me to have multiple accounts but they do not give me proofs that I have more than one account. I never played on this site before and just registered yesterday because I saw the twitter promo but too bad they accuses me like that.
At least they should give me which twitter accounts and which annonibet accounts are connected with mine, but they did not give me more details.
I think it is because here in my country most internet providers use dynamic IP that may connects one person to others based on the IP. I think they should have better system to detect multiple accounts.
