From what I understand from several cases arisen recently, Anonibet is a clear ponzi scheme, holding people's money and delivering their winnings based upon deposits.
I suspect that they are insolvent now. That's why I had written to Bitcoin Foundation to investigate these issues and organize a financial audit for Anonibet.
Alternatively, Anonibet may show evidence that they are financially stable.

By the way, I'm still waiting for 5 BTC, plus its interest rate in case of not being justified your claims. Your senior management hasn't responded me for the past 10 days regarding this issue.

@everyone: I would like to remind you that Anonibet can confiscate your funds without providing any evidence of "bonus abuse". This may happen if you are a winning bettor. If your P/L is minus, you will be welcomed by Anonibet. Decide yourself whether it's fair or not. I'm a professional bettor, also running a Bitcoin e-commerce website and betting in several markets for about 15 years and this bonus abuse claim is one of the most ridiculous practice I've ever seen.

@Anonibet: You should define the term of "bonus abuse" clearly in your terms and conditions or remove the deposit bonus promotion, completely. Otherwise, you will be deemed as a scammer.

Your current 5.08 clause says: In cases of abuse by players, the Deposit Bonus and its winnings will be cancelled without explanation. Anonibet reserves the right to change the promotion rules and to terminate the promotion if it deems it necessary.

You should specify "the cases".

Gold member just means they joined with and pledged a minimum $25,000 annually. The Bitcoin Foundation doesn't do any of the other things you suggested such as certify, endorse, or guarantee any company.

This is what I suspected, once I gave it some thought.

However, when I first glanced at it, I thought it meant they were on the board of the Bitcoin Foundation or part of an executive body of that group, or were endorsed by the Bitcoin Foundation, or something similar.
I'm sure others think the same currently.

In actuality, it just means as you pointed out that they donated money to the Foundation.

A financial audit by a 3rd party is definitely in order at this point.

The bonus being offered will bankrupt any sportsbook offering it.
The only way Anonibet will avoid this is to accept losses, and withhold winnings.
And it is definitely an indicator of a Ponzi.

Peeps Place thread just dropped Anonibet's rating to "NR" (Not Rated), removing them as his top "A" rated book.

This is even more meaningful than if any other site had dropped their rating, as (those who have followed this for awhile are aware) Peeps has a "special relationship" with this book - or had, as it appears that is over.

Withdraw if possible all your funds from Anonibet asap.
You can always re-deposit if things get straightened out.

gogo- I wouldn't say that there is a special relationship between peepsplace and Anonibet, nor has the relationship changed. That was a rumor that was spread by another book.

The rating's guide thread is a player's advocate thread. Due to the recent occurrences at Anonibet, it's best to take a wait and see attitude.

Dear Customers,

Some forum "members" are always attacking Anonibet and try to discredit us as they did on several occasions in the past. You can look at their past messages and you will notice what they are trying to achieve.

We has a delay in crediting DEPOSITS last week, it took in some cases few hours HOWEVER there was NO SINGLE COMPLAIN ABOUT WITHDRAWALS. But this technical problem we encountered is trying to be used by some "members" again to tarnish our reputation.

As a good news, since we are serving customers from the whole globe we are extending our Live Chat Support to 24 hours 7 days a week as of Monday.

Good luck in your bets!

I just had contact with Anonibet. I'm hoping that we are all just jumping to conclusions. Anonibet has been in business since 2011 without any payout problems, outside of unfounded rumors. So far this is what I have ascertained.

1. One player's account has been locked as Anonibet is looking into a possible phishing problem. I don't think that Anonibet lacks funds to pay out any account.
2. There is one account that is being looked into concerning bonuses. I have not seen the account as of yet but expect so see it soon.
3. Deposits were manual for a little while.
4. Outside of what has been mentioned above, there have not been any withdrawal problems.
5. Come Monday, customer service chat will be open 24/7.

edit - I did not see Anonibet's post above prior to this post here.

Your comments are not going to be taken seriously just because you increase the size of the type.

"We has a delay in crediting DEPOSITS last week, it took in some cases few hours HOWEVER there was NO SINGLE COMPLAIN ABOUT WITHDRAWALS. But this technical problem we encountered is trying to be used by some "members" again to tarnish our reputation."

That's because a delay in crediting DEPOSITS but no delay in WITHDRAWALS can be explained if DEPOSITS ARE BEING USED TO PAY THE WITHDRAWALS.

Instead of increasing the size of the font, how about responding to these complaints:

Posted by: zika2234

"over 3 weeks now and no news on my account or my funds, had about 19btc in the account"

zika2234 is being told for 3 weeks that his account does not exist. This despite the fact that he says he has email acknowledging deposits and withdrawals.

Posted by: jemaga1976

"I wait you investigate my proble soon and unblocked my account. I need my BTC. Thank you!!!"

jemaga1976 was (according to anonibet)  the object of a phishing attempt - someone was using subterfuge to try to get his login details.
So in response to that, you need to lock up his funds for 3 days? Why is that?

" But this technical problem we encountered is trying to be used by some "members" again to tarnish our reputation."

You tarnish your own reputation by not responding promptly to the 2 issues above, and not informing the forum as to what is going on with them.

In addition -

One player has had his bonuses seized by anonibet for bonus abuse, despite the fact that anonibet refuses to clarify what constitutes bonus abuse.

He and many others would like this clarified, yet you don't respond to that, but instead post a large type "We are being unfairly persecuted" post.

It would be appreciated if you would respond - if you do respond - without mentioning how long you have been in business and that you are a Gold Member of the Bitcoin Foundation.
I think everyone has got it as far as those go.

Readers/customers want answers, yet you haven't been forthcoming.

Just to be clear here I'm not one of those members. I moderate the sports betting subforum at 2+2 as a volunteer, have my own gambling information websites, and have in the past written for some of the biggest sites. I researched Anonibet starting without any negative bias. I however find your model very concerning. If you wish to see a write up can find it here: http://sportsbettingsites.org/news/anonibet-rated-3421/ . Take it as an attack, or take it as feedback up to you. Fair gambling involves having clearly defined terms that are fair for the site and the player, that protect them both. Your bonus terms / policy are at best careless, at worst something else. IMO players deserve to be warned.

With fiat books they take the lessor of the risk/reward. If you risk $500 to win $5, then $5 would go to the rollover requirement. The bonus rules at Anonibet are a hybrid cash/freeplay or sticky bonus.

Peeps, that specific is mostly irrelevant. It is for all intents and purposes a 10% cash bonus with 1X rollover. It can be exploited at any odds. But also understand the bonus essentially also has NO RULES! As there are no defined rules, it is not possible to abuse the bonus. Anyone who has had retroactive adjustments to their account balance in my strong opinion has a legitimate gripe. But I wasn't coming in with knowledge there were outstanding complaints, just spotted this looking at their website fresh. They wouldn't even directly answer my inquiry as to what they'll allow. You've been around a long time, I'm surprised you never had issues with their model when giving them ratings a long time ago, and that seem to have tunnel vision towards specifics, over full context, when pointed out.

At risk we're going to get off topic, as again the issue isn't in specifics.. the bonus cash is bet first. While it has a condition of a sticky bonus, in traditional terms sticky bonuses are reserve funds that are used only after the balance has been lost. You get a chance on going bust to use the sticky funds to win your way back to the positive. If so, can cash out the difference of cash less sticky remaining, but only if have met the generally large rollover terms. In general use, these have been the lowest value type of bonus. It has similarity to free play also, except bonus stake is returned, and then is used again as first stake on next bet. Therefore it functions much more like a cash bonus with a very minor caveat attached than it does free play or sticky. Again though issue isn't so much with the specifics, but is as explained in write up provider earlier.
