Hello and good morning to BetBolt Team,
Can someone explain what is going on with you. I have been trying to withdraw a small amount for over two weeks. I always get the message: Withdrawal is blocked. Presumably you just want verification. But I don't know if that's the problem. I get no response to my contact attempts in the chat. I've already tried ten times. Our usual reply time 🕒 A few minutes that's what it says in the chat... Unfortunately, nothing happens. It would be nice if the problem could be resolved and someone could finally get back to me...
I have been trying to solve my problem with my payout since the beginning of May. On 1st May I contacted support for first time. Without any answer. On May 19, I wrote in the forum for the first time. Many thanks for your efforts @betboltxbt. He told me that he contacted relevant department and the would answer. Nothing has happened. I was told to be patient. But honestly. It is not possible to get an answer from supprt within 30 DAYS. I'm sorry, but my patience is at an end, my trust in the company is no longer there.

I am afraid I cannot do much for you, Willy99. All I could do is ask the team to check your case, but if they cannot provide me with an update regarding your case, I am afraid I cannot do much. But I make sure there is no delay on my part. I am keep pushing the team and trying to get an update. It is unfortunate that I did not get any update in a while. I am sorry to hear that your patience is over.

Nevertheless, everyone should be very careful with the casino. All contact is currently prohibited. Live support does not work !!!! There is no email address to contact. In short, there is absolutely no way to contact them. My account is still blocked for withdrawals. And I can't do anything. At the moment I have to assume that the site is a scam.

Does anybody EVER get any response at all in their livechat? I just tested it out on a different laptop, and on a different phone and on both occasions after 5 hours not a single reply after I say opening lines like "hello, can you help me please" etc.
Can you guys test it out too, and see if they even reply AT ALL in the livechat?

why with the betbolt site, I was playing and suddenly forced out, quite annoying, if there was an update at least the betbolt team made an announcement about the update, so that users like me are not affected so that I can play comfortably, looking for the highest digger so lazy to chase it because the betbolt website is very difficult to access

I don't want to continue the game, it's quite annoying in my opinion, because I've been forced to exit the game several times, hopefully there will be an answer from the team so that I feel comfortable continuing my game
I won't lie to you, but what you experienced definitely nags, especially if it keeps happening to when one if in the middle of playing slot spins. I have accessed the site on my computer without any troubles, but haven't yet played any slot game yet in order to reproduce the problem Which game did you attempt to play before getting those errors?

The website loads for me, but it’s too slow (my internet speed is good and all other websites load just fine). So, I guess they are already working on fixing the issue. However, I advise everyone to avoid playing and depositing there for the moment, at least until we get an update from the OP regarding what’s going on. Getting disconnected can be very annoying especially when playing slots or live games. Sorry you had to experience this, kojektea.
And indeed after I checked this casino is DOWN but there is no announcement about their site at this time, then I went there Discord and many people asked why the site is down. Will this problem be resolved soon? This image shows the site is not working.

It seems there may have been a DDoS attack on our server, which could have resulted in downtime. However, everything is running normally now. I thonk the reason for this could their Dev doing some activities not knowing it has tampered with the website usage as a result of this may be the reason why there's no official announcement. The no condition in terms of withdrawal of winning is one of the reasons why I like the flexibility that comes with the casino services.

It's good that you are fast to respond and keep the community updated. I suspect that every casino goes through this learning and adaption phase because they will be targeted by malicious attackers. It is often an attempt to blackmail these companies who either defeat the attackers by employing countermeasures or crumble away. It looks like you were able to effectively enhance your security and beat them back. This bodes well that you are part of a dynamic and growing company which is able to tackle challenges quickly, hopefully this philosophy continues into the future.
