I guess this (GWJ9CmDhrCZ1E5qbhD8E5V257dSfVTuCZf) is the address of the remaining DEV wallet?
I tracked it back to a string of transfers from the original first block.

Just to figure out my current position on the rich list  Grin

It seems to me pos 1,2,3 are the cold-storage walets
pos 4 and 6 are obviously pools, that leaves pos 5 (GWJ9CmDhrCZ1E5qbhD8E5V257dSfVTuCZf) to be the only one above me  Roll Eyes

If this indeed is the DEV wallet, my conclusion is, I'm the first on the list that is a private investor  Grin

I know for a fact that one of the members of the Criptoe team has you beat on that distinction, but has their funds in multiple cold-storage wallets for security.

Not to rain on your parade, just to tell you need to buy more Smiley

All - this is definately beta. It's a work in progress and it definitely contains errors.  If anyone wants to work with me on what I'm doing wrong, send me a PM.  It's just an ugly nested SQL query that runs against the abe database daily and gets uploaded.  I'm sure GJ could come up with a much better solution but he's got bigger fish to fry right now Smiley

PS: my hunch is rank #4 and #6 are bittrex wallets.. pools don't typically hold large balances.

I'll tell you, looking back at my spending, I wish I saved what I spent.  That's a hard number to look at in that list.  Cry

I got a project in the works that should help me out a little though.  I'll keep the community posted  Grin

DGW3

A few days ago we decided to replace the KGW-algorithm with DGW3. This new algorithm will bring more stability to the network and the balance of miners. We think DGW3 will provide enough stability to the network without a huge impact for all users.

Next to changes in algorithm, we also address some other updates right away.
Protocol version revert

When KGW was added to Guldencoin, the protocol version was used to reject old software from the network. This means that the protocol version is not in sync anymore with Litecoin and Bitcoin protocols. We would like to have it in sync again as this will make development easier and documentation for the given versions in the other coins will still apply to Guldencoin that way.
Version 1.3

Main changes are DGW3 and the protocol version revert and because of these changes, we need to perform a hard fork in the network. The new software version number will be 1.3 and it won’t be able to connect with pre-1.3 software.

Updating your wallet is mandatory!
The plan

Times are CEST timezone (UTC+0200)
Thursday 25th of September we will cause a hard fork.

18:30 – We will start by shutting down the seeds one by one.
19:00 – The last seed will be shut down, the last block known by this seed will be the last KGW block.
19:01 – We will hard code the next block number into the new software and start compilation of the guldencoind (software ran on the seeds).
19:05 – We will start compiling the guldencoin-qt wallet for Windows and Mac OSx.
19:15 – First seed is started with the new 1.3 software, other seeds follow one by one.
19:16 – We test the Guldencoin-QT wallet with the new network
19:17 – New software source code is pushed to Github.
19:20 – The new Guldencoin-QT wallet is published on the website and available for download.

We will keep everyone updated about the process through a topic on the forums.
Exchanges, payment providers, etc.

We advise operators for automated systems to suspend processing the chain 2014-09-25 18:00:00 until the new wallet (v1.3) has been installed.

We will approach as many operators as we can to inform them of these plans.

I'll donate 2000 NLG per day to anyone that close the longest gap.
Exceptions:
- The closed gap must be at least 60 minutes
- That address hasn't received a blockreward in previous 15 blocks where the time to find was less than a minute.

Yesterday September 24, the longest block to find took 144 minutes.
The block in question was 122342 and was found by Gf7wGA. Thanks for stepping in Gf7wGA.
Because you also found block 122340 in only 18 seconds, you've got your share. Therefore, no bonus this time.
